Absolutely never bring your animal here. Drive the extra miles to go to Everett or Lynnwood. I've had two dogs die under their overly expensive "care."

I was THREATENED ON MY WAY OUT. infront of many customers and other STAFF employees who said NOTHING. I took my cat here at 2PM. I was concerned that I thought she had been throwing up blood. we waited for 3 hours for her to even get into the back room. it is now 8pm. I find out from my husband that the blood I found was not my cats and initially his from a bloody nose. stupid right? I KNOW. ANYWAYS. My cat had been sitting back there for almost 8 HOURS without being seen or worked on. BEFORE hand, I informed everyone, BE careful she is not a friendly cat, she will need to get anesthesia to be worked on. ( I KNOW THIS because she was put under anesthesia at all her previous vet visits) WHAT DO THEY DO? try to work on her while she is fully aware and she scratches and bites one of their employees. she is a strictly INDOOR cat with no human contact other than my husband and I. When I came in they wanted to rush me with questions, TOOK paperwork from me because I couldn't tell them off the top of my head which vet i took her to in california for her visits, so they assumed she had no shots in her 4 years of living? i didn't even get the CHANCE to fill out her vaccination paperwork. fast forward to when im leaving, a staff brings my cat out, all her stuff outside of her carrier, she said "here is your cat ALSO YOUR CAT BIT AND SCRATCHED SOMEONE AND THEY HAD TO GO TO THE E.R AND BECAUSE YOUR CAT DOESNT HAVE RABIES SHOT I REPORTED YOU TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH YOU" like what the fuck? excuse me?? if you thought she had rabies why wouldn't you put it on the paperwork? if you thought she had rabies why didn't you recommend that shot during her visit? IF YOU THOUGHT SHE HAD RABIES WHY WOULD YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH HER WITHOUT PROPER GEAR TO PROTECT YOURSELF? AFTER being informed she isn't nice and doesn't play well with outsiders? you're licensed for this job. it's no surprise if a cat scratches or bites someone. A CAT WHO SCRATCHES OR BITES DOESNT in every case HAVE RABIES! but you're the licensed one here, so you should know that! BEFORE that when I expressed to them that it was a misunderstanding about the blood and that I wanted to bring my cat home I was told by the DOCTOR "i understand if finances are tight and you want to choose a cheaper option but considering you told me she has diarrhea and hasn't been eating regularly" your audacity sickens me. I just moved a few days ago. she is having a hard time adjusting and a little diarrhea is no cause for her to be put under anesthesia, and worked on for hours. like seriously now DARE YOU! I came in with pajamas and my hair a mess, so you assume i'm BROKE or don't want what's best for my CAT my daughter if you will!!!?? insanity. I'm curious if your employees work off of commission or if they were upset that my cat acted out and ended up leaving because of a misunderstanding? just over all the experience and work is baffling. Why and how do you treat people that way? I have no clue how they have such uneducated, losers working there. your staff did all of this for what? to prove some type of authority? traumatize me and my cat? when the health department contacts me and I have her documents and vaccine records then what? do I come up there and threaten your staff? TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! BE PREPARED TO SPEND MONEY SO THEY CAN TORMENT YOUR ANIMAL AND WATCH THEM DIE! (A FAMILY CAME IN AND THEIR ANIMAL WAS PUT TO SLEEP AND THESE EMPLOYEES DIDNT EVEN BAT AN EYE! NOT EVEN AN "i'm sorry" literally NOTHING) I will tell everyone about this place every chance I get. this establishment is unfortunately infected with inconsiderate, over worked, underpaid, imbeciles.

I wish I did not have to write this but I feel it is important. I am sure this vet does well with live stock because that seems to be their main focus if you look at the logo. I sure will not trust them with our cats anymore. We have 3 Bengals and one of older boys had a problem on New Years Day. We finally were able to get him seen the day after. I won't go into the long dramatic details because I am sure others know this place has zero sense of urgency. What I will say is that they gave our Bengal Ketamine after making such a big deal about needing all his records and then they never even read them because all are documented with absolutely NO Ketamine. As you can see we were charged for ketamine and why? To run some tests. Basic tests. Ketamine is not safe for Bengals. You would think a vet that prides themselves on having over 20 highly qualified vets on staff would know this. Nope. Plus the cost was over $2000 to tell us absolutely nothing concrete. That on top of making my husband wait in a room for over 2 hours just to get a damn estimate to start the testing was ridiculous. I will never ever use this vet again.

We unfortunately had a visit due to our sick darling and while she was there, she was diagnosed with a couple different cancers. We had to let her go while there, but I have to say, the staff and doctor were outstanding. They made us feel so welcome and were so gracious with how they treated us and our sweetheart Jacqui. Its terrible to have to meet that way, but you all were so great to us. Thank you!

My 3.5 year old Shiba Inu ate stuff she shouldn't have.....had to have her stomach cut open and thankfully they were able to milk out her intestines. This place works miracles. Expensive miracles, but I'd say the vets, nurses and staff are worth every penny. Our baby Yuki was there off and on for close to a week. We probably met most of the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable and very kind. I can not speak highly enough of this place and the wonderful people who work there.

I can't say enough good things about this team! My dog sees Dr Meyer at their integrative health and I have never LOVED a Dr so much. She explains everything that they do so well! She makes me feel like my doggo is the best boy in the world (even though i know he's not), and you can tell she loves her job! The team there is amazing as well! Al the techs have been amazing with Jackson, so patient, so kind! I honestly feel so lucky to have been able to find such an amazing place and trust them more than anything with him!

Grace (150 pound Great Dane) actually likes visiting them, in spite of the shots, surgery, etc. Just got her stitches out, no trauma to her at all. When we left, she gave the girls at the front desk kisses. They compassionately helped Stitch, our 11 year old kitty that had cancer, get her angel wings. After she was gone, the next day, they called me to check on me. A few days After Graces surgery, they called to see how she was doing, and how the incision looked. Truly amazing people and care. I'm not sure, but I think the costs are lower than other doctors around, not that that's a deciding factor in care for our fur family members. So, kudos to them!!! We appreciate the kindness and compassion and care for not only our fur babies, but for the hoomans too.

Today (Monday) I stayed home from work to call Mountain View (his vet) to see if they could look at him to see if he is in pain or if he may need to leave us. Called at 9 am said doc will call back. No call back! I called at 3pm and then told me to take him where he was diagnosed. There is nothing they can do. Well, if he is needing to be given that final shot, I was hoping his Mountain View vet would support us through that. Very Disappointed!! I have another little fur baby, but we will find her a new vet!

It's a huge store with a massive parking lot and they always seem to have what I'm looking for in stock. I regularly pick up the large bags of pine pellets here, and they're a great value. I'm also usually in and out within just a few minutes, which I really appreciate. The employees have always been so kind and helpful. They have offered to help me carry the large heavy bag of pellets out before, which was such a thoughtful gesture. And when they have the little chicks in, I always have to take a peek! So cute! :) Thank you to the team at Tractor Supply in Monroe for always making my trips so quick and easy!

Tractor Supply is pretty darn solid! They have a nice big parking lot (can easily bring a trailer…read morewithout being too much of a nuisance when it isn't super busy). I come here regularly to pick up poultry feed and straw bedding, and usually everything's in stock (they had a straw shortage during COVID, but can't really fault them on that). I like that their compressed straw is wrapped in plastic - it's a bit wasteful, but it's cleaner to transport and store at home - it usually takes me a month to go through a whole bale, so it's helpful that it stores dry without me having to build a specific straw shed or something. For heavy/bulky stuff (like straw bales and 50lb bags of feed), they have an open cart, which is nice - so you don't have to load stuff in and out of a normal cart. That's nice. Usually, there are enough cashiers to make things move pretty quickly - usually there are only 1 or 2 people in line ahead of me. I've used their online ordering, and it was... awkward - I had to wait around forever for an associate at the pick up desk... might as well have just shopped normally that time. It did seem like they were short staffed. Overall, Tractor Supply has some specialty items that other stores don't have. However, there are more pleasant places to shop that I tend to prefer to go to (Snohomish & Monroe Co-Op). Outside of commodity stuff (feed, etc), I don't like that they don't sell high quality stuff - it's mostly cheap stuff and maybe some national brands. So, I don't really go here for much - unless they have something I can't find elsewhere.
