I was running 4 mins behind due to traffic and they went ahead and brought in the appointment behind me since they were already there and waiting. Not ideal for me of course but great if the shoe had been on the other foot. It's a pretty cozy space so I waited for the appointment to wrap up by admiring the small town views and a few new pair of glasses. Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and made sure that I had just as much of an understanding of what was going on with my eyes. I didn't feel rushed at all going through my exam and she gave me thoughtful suggestions on my next steps to ensure that my eye health was being prioritized. I also appreciated that Dr. Nguyen sanitized the equipment before having me use each machine. At the front desk for check out, the woman who helped me there was also really patient as I scrambled to find my HSA card to pay. It started pouring down raining and she was even kind enough to walk me through the back door to my car so I wouldn't get as wet. I will be ordering my new contacts from here soon and was told the turnaround time is really quick. I look forward to receiving them and I am excited to have a new eye doctor.

Dr Bond got me in fast, and ran a few tests. The answer was this: "I know what's wrong, but I cannot treat it. You need a retinal specialist." One phone call from Dr Bond, and 24 hours later I was in with one of the top retinal specialists in North Texas. 3 months later, I'm in UTSW with one of the top specialists in the country. The bottom line is, without Dr Bond, I would probably still be sitting at home, almost a year later, "waiting for it to get better"! I'm super thankful for such a knowledgeable doctor, with the expertise and resources to get me to the right people! 5 STARS. She probably saved my vision!

New review: Lone Star Vision: Celina…read more Brought my daughter in for an eye exam today to the new Lone star vision and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and efficient it is! I don't believe it's been open for very long, it's right off of Preston Rd in Celina. The offices are beautifully designed, I loved all of the thoughtful pieces throughout, definitely thumbs up for the coffee bar! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the doctor took his time to explain the pictures of the eye to my daughter, which was fascinating! They got us in and out pretty quickly and did an amazing job. I think my daughter was really happy with her eyeglass selection. She hasn't had glasses for several years and is looking forward to them, especially for driving. We opted to add in the blue light filter to help with screen time effects on the eyes. Just come back in 30 days. Went from emergent to ok bye lol. This is where LSV was different. They go over your scans with you. Explain & answer all questions. Point & click to show you. Make sure you understand. You're not rushed. They give time to process info. They make recommendations on what might help & keep you comfy. These things make a huge difference.

They fitted me for a new set of glasses that took quite a while to get which was unfortunate as my glasses were damaged and i needed a new pair sooner than later but this is no fault of theirs. I look forward to getting my new glasses and coming back more regularly. The whole team here is fantastic, easy to work with, and eager to help. After being a patient here for a few years and referring my family here as well I am not going…read moreback. My eye exam back in November felt rushed and a bit haphazard. I did get new glasses and when I went in to pick them up I was again rushed, no fitting at all, just a printed card they had me read to see if I could see ok. The eye glass techs were busy on their phones and I felt as though I was bothering them. The glasses did not seem any different than the ones I had as far as prescription strength. I did speak to the office manager after the fact and she did offer me a refund if I returned the glasses which I did. Fast forward to today, I called as I had sudden onset floaters in one eye which alarmed me. I was told no appointment availability this week and was referred to 2 other places, one that had terrible reviews and the other that told me all there docs were out of town for the week and had told other offices to not refer to them this week because of that. I know offices are busy but this was somewhat of an emergency and the ladies answering the phone could not be bothered. Happy to say I did find an office who saw me same day and they were wonderful. I will be taking my business and my family to that office from now on.
