They hold events every month, all month long, all free, to all ages!!! It's a united Health care store geared towards seniors but they even helped me with my health care questions. Suzanne is the best thing in town. So friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind....... They have bingo and everyone's a winner! Paint nights, crafts, movies, gardening, and SNACKIES!! They're even moving to a larger location come spring. It's one of only two stores in the entire country. I just love it!!! Great way to find a sense of community. Especially for seniors to get out get active creative and social.

The East Pima Street Next Care office has always given me prompt, thorough and kind care for burns, cuts, sprains, dislocated fingers, massive splinters (including removing embedded debris from a slide off-trail and 20 feet downhill), and one broken bone. Treatment has equaled what I have received in hospital emergency rooms and is a WHOLE lot faster. My latest trip for a deep knife cut yesterday was the same as usual. I was entirely satisfied and grateful for the care I got there from reception, prep, treatment and release.

Next appointment is not until October!!! Lastly, I called to have 2 prescriptions renewed with Optum RX. They sent them to Walgreens. I would avoid this office entirely. They are out of control!

We are so glad that the positive reviews we saw guided us to Immediate Care Arizona. This is the way medicine ideally should be practiced: a compassionate and competent friendly staff who attend to your needs quickly, thoroughly. We were able to be seen immediately after having had called, a thorough intake was taken, and Dr. Skinner addressed all issues, clearly explaining what was happening and what would be done to begin remedying out symptoms (Covid for both my husband and myself as well as pneumonia for me). He instilled confidence and trust with his knowledge and ability to start treatments (nebulizer, shot, gargle treatment that simply ended a searing sore throat), explained the medications we would be using, and, not a small thing, provided said medications before leaving the office. Truly - cannot recommend Dr. Skinner and staff too highly!

I've never had a Doctor's office yell at me over the phone for asking questions. I was told tonfind another Dr. because she didn't like it when I raised my voice back at her. Can you imagine if that is how they treat you in the beginning, what is the Dr going to be like. Im glad I found out before I went there. Dont wasted your time some place where apathy is their protocol.

Saw Dr. Chavez for an ongoing kidney stone. Left the visit expecting to have lithotripsy surgery…read morescheduled. My insurance approved the procedure the next day. Two days after the appointment his PA called to say they were still waiting for a physical paper with the approval even though they had verbal approval. This was a Friday. My wife followed up the following Monday to ask about the approval and to ask about surgery dates. This set off his PA. Instead of arguing my wife hung up. The PA decided to do nothing. Three weeks later we called to follow up to find out that they abandoned my care but did so in a manner that violates law. Two days later I was admitted into the hospital with complete ureter blockage. $80k dollar to have an emergency stent placed. Dr Chavez blames my wife instead of taking responsibility for his staff. Claims we are outliers even though Google reviews also include issue with his staff. It seems we are not the outliers and this is not unique. If you chose to go to Desert Mountain, you better hope his staff is not having a bad day with you call or visit or you might be an outlier too.
