They said they would fix it and charged me over $300. Then in Sept it happened again and they came out. Then again on Friday, and I asked them come to come out and check it out. This time when I told them it happened again, he asked for pictures of the issue and the temp etc then told me to keep my fridge open and let it defrost for THREE days. How am I supposed to not have a fridge for 3 days? This is an option? When I said that doesn't work for me, he said that it was a different issue and they would need to charge me for a service call to clean the freezer drain line. And then never gave me a price. So I asked again and he said can you call me? I said no I want you to tell me in writing. We went back and forth and I was upset that his s fix was to simply leave my fridge open and did not seem to want to come back out. He said he was just trying to give me options but when I asked again how much it would cost and he said he would get back to me. Two days later, nothing. So I texted and followed up and he finally said $240. I will never use them again. If it was a separate issue, they could have easily come out and told me that and then explained what the issue is and gave me a price. They way it was handled and never resolved is just unprofessional and shady.
