I recently moved to Gilbert, AZ from Indiana with my Papillon Annabelle. I did a lot of searching on the web for groomers and was impressed with the reviews for PinUpPets. Annabelle is 14 years old and doesn't hear too well, so I take that into consideration when I look for a good groomer too. When I arrived at our appointment, the staff was very friendly and made sure Annabelle and I were taken care of quickly since they were operating under the COVID-19 restrictions. They made sure to discuss how I wanted her trimed, and took the time to make sure they knew my expectations. Our appointment was at 10:00am, and I was quite surprised when I got the call at 10:45am that Annabelle was ready to go home! Talk about quick service! When I picked her up, she was extremely well groomed, trimed exactly as I wanted, and had a pretty Autumn colored leaf in her hair. The price was extremely reasonable, and I was very happy with the service and the entire process. Pin Up Pets Grooming is fantastic! My sister's neighbor passed away about 2 weeks ago and his dog, Anastasia, was sent to the Humane Society until family could be notified. When her uncle's were found in Colorado, they asked my sister to bail Anastasia out and keep her safe til they could get here to pick her up. My sister and I decided that Anastasia needed to be pampered and beautified before going to her new home. From when I first called for a quote, and she sweetly referred to our pups as our babies, I knew she was someone who not only groomed pets, but loved & cared for them as well. She took such good care of our boys! One got a regular bath, and our longer haired pup walked away with a fresh haircut as well. I have an Italian Greyhound with high anxiety. Getting his nails trimmed is always torture for him. I brought him in to Pinup pets to get his nails done, and I really appreciated how fast and efficient they were in trimming them. Anne does a wonderful job trimming the nails AND brushing out my long-haired cat. My two cats are indoor/outdoor cats that get really dirty and matted. My long-haired cat will fight me when I try to brush her, but Anne is able to brush out the mats so she doesn't need to be shaved. Annie is so nice about it and very conscientious.
