Called to make an appointment for my long- haired tortoiseshell cat. They were very friendly, and even made sure to make the appointment before any dogs would be in the store, which i thought was very smart and i appreciated the thought so my cat wouldn't get scared. The cut only took about 30 minutes, and they did excellent work. Explained everything while they were doing it, and made sure that my cat was relaxed for the cut. Went back for a second time here. Right before Christmas so of course it was busy. Customer service was still impeccable. Although when I got home I checked my dog and saw he had a very bad rash on his bully and a cut on his butt. Definitely will never go back. read more

Annie was wonderful!! She took in our 4 dogs as a walk in 15 minutes before closing for nail trimmings. I have one fur baby who freaks out when he gets his nails clipped. However, Annie was great with him and was done in no time. The shop was great with a spacious area for the dogs to roam after they are done. Each dog gets a treat and a toy when they are done. First time visit on May 10. Wish I knew about them earlier. Have a 28 lb. Cocker Spaniel who needed to be groomed. Spoke with the owner, Annie, a fantastic lady, about his paws & nails. She had examined him before the appt. & advised about his paws being very dry & cracked. She suggested buying a product to help him since he is 6 years old & that it will help. That was a concern because he has been limping slightly every once in a while but not sure why. The grooming was outstanding. Annie also applied a cream she uses on his paws. What a surprise when I asked if I can buy a jar from her & she said "no". She does not sell it since she is not that type of groomer who will try selling different products to customers. In a month I am moving about 15 miles from her shop but plan on going there every 7 or 8 weeks from now on. Wonder why my vet never commented about the paws after spending $700.00 for an unrelated issue that included 2 exams??? Annie showed & told me more in 2 minutes than my vet did in 2 visits lasting about 2 hours. Highly recommend PinUpPets to everyone. Check out her back ground & experience on the website. Finally found the right groomer!! Great customer service, very friendly and beautiful groom on our Cavalier. Definitely a regular now!!

I called for pricing on my two labrodoodles and was given the price of $55 for mini's. The lady asked their weight and I told them 19# & 20# and that the 20# girl was 2 years old and was done growing and based on that information she quoted me $55 ea for a full grooming so I made the appointment. Now, I get their on 6/5 for my appointment to check in and spoke with the groomer and her initial evaluation was that my girl was matted which I agreed and she would be cut short to the 1 or two shortest cuts. She then evaluated my boy and said he didn't feel bad and if I wanted he could be kept longer which I agreed with because I knew he didn't have the matts my other had because they have different coats and matts minimally if at all. I picked them up later and she they have both been shaven down to the lowest and given the excuse the boy was so matted and she missed it in her initial review. Next I'm told the price has to go up because they are much bigger than what was told which isn't the case because not only have I weighed them but they were recently at the vet and weighed and yet I am told they are larger than what they consider a mini. I'm leery at this point that the price is only going up because us me because over the phone it didn't seem to be a problem to quote on breed and size and both can certainly be confirmed. But seeing me might have in some subtle way increased my price to what they charge for pets 25#-35# which neither of my pets weigh that much. Lastly, my girls ears were plucked so severely that she is in pain and shaking her head non stop now I have to get her into a vet to make sure she's OK and an infection doesn't occur. This is so heart breaking you take you beloved pets to a place and to be treated so unfairly by price and to know your fur babies were as well. It has been difficult to find a place that won't mistreat my animals or me via overcharge me what you charge other customers for the same service. Please consider where you leave your dogs for grooming as these are your beloved animals but for businesses like this it's about the almighty $ not quality, caring or service. read more

Just picked up our dog from Pin Up Pets and we could not be happier! This was our first appointment, as we just recently moved to the east side from Phoenix.
