Wow I love this place! I have tried Samantha and Anne and they do amazing jobs every time. They are always on time and never takes more than an hour. He always get the stud muffin spa package and he looks and smells so great every time. Love the little bandanas they give after every visit and I love seeing him so happy right after the session. Highly recommend! I found a poodle puppy along the highway which was severely matted, covered in dirt and even had thorns/sticks caught up in her fur. She cleaned up well after just a bath but I wanted to get her groomed so a professional can handle the matted fur, her nails can get cut, ears cleaned, etc. I took her to Pin Up Pets and couldn't be happier. Without knowing really anything about the pup, the staff was so kind and patient. They really took great care of her and she even got to leave with a new toy! read more

The customer service is excellent and they take their time talking to me to make sure that my dog will get a cut that i'll like. See pics The owner called, and made apologies and offered to make it right once their hair grew back in. THAT is how good customer service works. The pups REALLY liked the groomers there so we took them back even though it's 40 minutes away. Third visit went wonderfully. They were quick, the dogs were happy, right shampoo, right cuts for the breed, perfect. See the photos with the red bows for Valentine's Day - there is always one fur kid that won't look at the camera. ONE LAST THING on each visit, the groom time has been very quick. About 2 to 2.5 hours for all three dogs. Bath and hair cut. Where we moved from had the dogs typically from 8 AM to 6PM. This was normal for all the groomers in that area. read more

Moved to Mesa and have been searching for a new groomer for my Great Pyrenees Sully. Found this place on Yelp and saw that they had done a Bernese Mountain Dog in one of the pictures, so I figured they knew how to handle the big boys with a lot fo fur. I was not disappointed! They did an amazing job and everyone was so friendly. Check in was easy and quick, I had to fill out a few forms because I was a new customer but that was it. It took two and half hours for them too clean my boy and when I picked him up he looked handsome as ever, picture attached! Price was good too, having a large dog can be tough because grooming them costs a pretty penny but it was all worth it. I am for taking Sully back next time he needs to be groomed and would highly recommend you bring your pup too. This grooming experience was probably the best I have had in 10 years of grooming my dogs! I am a travel nurse and have been many places to groom them, so I have a large pool to compare it too. My dogs left happy and beautifully groomed. The process was smooth. The checkin was performed outside the building as was the checkout which both were efficient. The price point was good. Also, I am pretty picky as to how I like their coats. I prefer really short for the summer, which is unusual for their breed (shih tzu/bichon). My groomer (SAMMY) nailed it! I took my dog here for the first time last week after using another place for a few years. We had some issues at the last groomer with my dog coming home multiple times with a nasty cough because of what was determined to be a strained trachea. I'll admit it - I had my doubts after reading a few dull reviews on this dog grooming facility. But our vet recommended it so highly that I figured, "let's try it!" We have an Irish Golden with SO.MUCH.HAIR. She's very timid but sweet, and desperately needed some grooming. These guys were A++++ from the very first phone call. They were informative, up front about pricing, policies, and let me tell you, when we picked up our dog - HOLY COW! (or, maybe Holy Dog!) she looked AMAZING. She no longer smelled like a dog (!!) and all of her undercoat was de-shedded, she had freshly buffed nails, her hair was SOOOOO soft and best part - she looked happy. They knew how to handle a timid shy animal and they will be the only place we use going forward. Cannot give it enough stars! Superb. read more

Very friendly staff! The owner responded so quickly via Yelp messaging to setup an appointment for our 3 girls. She got us in early morning so it would be better to groom them. All 3 came back so clean and smelling great! One of the girls has severe anxiety and doesn't let us trim her nails, but the gal did a great job with it. The prices are very reasonable! They even put pretty thanksgiving scarfs to all 3 girls, gave them treats and a toy each after their grooming! This place is a great little spot to bring your dog. It was my first time going to Pin up Pets, and I was very nervous to try a new groomer. But I couldn't be happier with the way my boy turned out! I took my 12 lb Shih Tzu, Louie, and he came out looking better than ever! I spoke with the owner, Anne, before leaving to let her know exactly how I wanted Lou done. She was very nice and did a good job of relaying my wishes to Matt, who is the one that was scheduled to groom Lou. We got the Deluxe groom package for $62, which came with the basics - along with enhanced shampoos and conditioners, nail filings and teeth brushing. He hadn't gone to the groomers for some time, and his belly and legs were extremely matted... I was worried that he was going to be red and irritated from being shaved in those areas, but he doesn't have a scratch on him. He came out one happy, clean, adorable boy!
