Here we are 4 years later and our lights do not work, no proplem replace even though they have maybe 100 hrs of use. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS YOU CANT GET THE WIRES TO PULL. SO replacing is next to impossible. Have called and texted several people and times and I get told to call manufacture( they are not the contractor who installed) Then told to call pinch a pool to have fixed. Well this is not satisfactory. Warranty I understand is only so long, but was told my gunite had longer. This isnt warannty issue this is construction issue. So Im waiting to get better assistance

I would not recommend this company to anyone EVER. I left a review like this one. they called me and told me to take it down. I advised I would take it down when they fixed the issues. he said he would come out to look. he wanted to come out in the middle of a rain storm. I said no and I have never heard from them again. what kind of customer service is this when someone pays over $100,000 for a pool? RUN

I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

I only have one comment, not really a complaint, it would be very nice if the technicians would photograph all of the data tags on the equipment before it is installed at break your back, get down on your knees level and try to read the serial numbers for the warranty registration before the unit is installed. The pics could then be emailed to the customer and/or kept in the customer's electronic file at the Stanley office for future reference. Just a suggestion.

They ruined my daughter's yard and it even flooded into her neighbors yard . They never completed the pool but just kept asking for more money . Our delivery date was changed several times due to our deck construction and he was flexible enough to accommodate each change. When the deck was finished we finally had it delivered. Upon uncovering the hot tub there were a couple defects in the fiberglass. One call to Wes, a video was sent, and it was approved to have a replacement delivered. The replacement happened 2 days later. WOW! The two men (can't remember their names) who came to pick up and deliver had an ingenious way to remove and put the replacement in its place. In my quest for outdoor pots, I came to Johns Nursery to look for the pots…read more When I pulled in they had a ton of beautiful trees, plants, bushes, etc. I pulled up to the back (parking is available at their building where they pay). If you need additional parking, there is additional parking around the back of the building. They had tons of plants, but I was there to look for pots. Many of their pots (like most places) were what I'd consider high, but it's the going rate. I did speak to an employee and he stated they had some 40% off pots on the side of the building. They didn't really have any that were matching in my price range. They have a nice variety of plants and knowledgeable employees.
