There were no other customers in sight, the dining area was very clean, and the customer service was good. Sadly, that is where the good experience ended. I ordered a Mexican shrimp bowl with brown rice, lettuce, black beans, and pico de gallo. Unfortunately, the entire bowl was extremely salty, and the brown rice was very hard, which told me it was not fully cooked. I was very disappointed because I ordered it to go and was already on the road, hungry and expecting to eat while driving. Because of that, I was not able to return the food, request a refund, or have them correct the issue. It ended up being a waste of both money and time, especially considering there were plenty of other places nearby that I could have chosen instead. I do not recommend this location. The Cypress location has always been consistently good, so this was especially disappointing. I will not be stopping at the Katy location again because serving food like this to paying customers is unacceptable. We needed a place that can address my food restrictions while hubby can get a burger and I mean a real good burger. Their choices of kebab plates allow me to customize protein and vegetables while hubby can have his basic combo meal of fries and a drink (loaded if you wish). I am happy to say that the mixed grill of chicken and beef were not rubbery--grilled just right AND seasoned well. The service was great. Knowledgeable and respectful when addressong my dietary constraints and hubby's hangry mode since he hasn't eaten all day. The place is modern, well kept and clean. Stopped by this place because it seems to have options for everyone in the family. I got a small chicken kabob with brown rice and black beans and grilled squash. And cilantro sauce. So good!! I'm a huge fan of PINCHO so when I saw this new location, I had to try it! I strayed away from my usual burger order and tried their mixed grill plate. It was very delicious! Both the chicken and steak kebabs were cooked and seasoned very well. The fries are better than I remember them to be! The real stars of the show though were the sauces. I really enjoyed dipping everything in the chipotle aioli and cilantro sauce. The only reason why I am deducting a star is because the portion felt quite small for the price that I paid. The burger had great flavoring, but, I wish there were more veggies on there. Most of the options don't have a lot of veggies. Katy TX has a new burger joint and I must say....Gold STAR!!! This place was very clean, the people were very patient, and the eats were amazing!!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Cajun spiced fries. The burger was freshly cooked and the fries were delicious. I had such a great experience not just once, but twice! The first time I called in my order I was greeted by Sarah, who was incredibly friendly and sweet. Our call got disconnected, but she went above and beyond to call me back, which I really appreciated. Had the Pincho burger and the Bacon Me Gouda. Their burgers are fresh, perfectly cooked and not your standard thin patty. If you want your burger a little spicy, order the Gouda without Ranch. Their Latin Bowl is another favorite. Rice, black beans, pico and my favorite are the little treasures of sweet plantains (platanos maduros) with chicken and "crack" sauce (creamy cilantro). Came in at around 12:30 on a Saturday and was immediately welcomed. Staff is friendly and facility is clean. I Ordered the Toston burger and sweet potato tots. $16 for the combo. I loved the tots and portion size was large, I couldn't finish all the tots. It came with a sweet sauce, which was too sweet for my liking. The burger was juicy, tomato and lettuce fresh and the fried plantain buns were actually good. I think it was missing something tho, maybe a bit of spice or pickle. Fries on one order were crispy but another plate was far less so. One bun toasted perfectly another charred. Burgers were less tasty than a fast food option like McDonald's.
