I was blown away by the level of service we received at Pine Lane Nursery this past weekend. We arrived later in the day and spent close to 2 hours asking questions and looking at trees. Robert answered all of our questions and provided us with a vast amount of knowledge about the different types of trees they had. He listened to us and didn't try to rush us or steer us in a particular direction. He was great with our young children and even stayed with us 30 minutes after they were closed (sorry Robert)! We would highly recommend Pine Lane Nursery to anyone who is looking for a tree to plant at their house. read more

I can't comment on their great selection, knowledge about trees, or anything else. No one helped me. I walked in while they were obviously conducting a training class for employees. No one from that group even gave me a nod. There were two salesmen at the checkout counter helping an attractive young woman. I stood behind the woman 4-5 feet and waited for someone to acknowledge me or one of them to break away and assist me. They were way too taken with the young woman and totally ignored me. They should cover this in training!!!!!! I won't go back. read more

My husband and I were looking for planters / flower pots to put on our front porch. We went to at least 5 places. The first place we went to was Pine Lane Nursery and that is where I went back to purchase the planters. I also purchased all my flowers there as well. The staff there were more than helpful. So much so that one went with me to help with my selection on what would look great in the pots that I was purchasing. She was awesome. I do not have an eye for that and she made some terrific suggestions. This is a great place to go and would recommend them to anyone!! read more

This nursery is an actual nursery... they grow many, many of their own flowers and plants. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and nice. We purchased a 12' Norway Pine and a Hot Wings for our yard, had them both planted by Pine Lane.. Now, with one winter under our belts, they are beautiful, alive and perfect. I have lived in Parker my whole life and never even knew this place was here! their location is HUGE with tons of different plants, flowers, pottery and gifty type garden stuff. prices are higher than what I have seen at lowes and home depot but the staff was all very helpful and knowledgeable. and they offer planting and a warranty which is why we ultimately decided to buy from them. we will be back! read more

I love this place. They have quality material in stock and helpful staff. I have been returning to this place each year. The 2 trees I purchased and had them deliver and plant are thriving. The hanging baskets I bought this year were held for a short while until the hail season passed and then I picked them up. Great service. They are looking beautiful on my patio. Staff on site seemed to be knowledgeable and helpful but installers did not speak English. I couldn't ask questions and am now completely unsure of anything that was done today. Installers seemed to do a good job but so many unanswered questions. Install is not guaranteed and cost over $800. Unacceptable for services and products that cost over $2,000 and no way to communicate. Very unsatisfied. read more
