Their customer service is a "never-ending call loop" where it is impossible to reach a human. Most shockingly, they have now fraudulently claimed to have completed the repair when I actually had to hire a different company to finish the job. Dishonest practices and zero accountability. - They are committing fraud and do not even have the decency to talk to you about it or answer their phone call. This should be a red flag that you can't even contact them. They sent fraudulent documentation to my credit card company as well stating they performed the service. I have reported them to the NC attorney generals office. We contacted Miguel and requested another appointment to come out and take a look as it could potentially be something completly unrelated. At this point no free work, or warranty expectations were communicated. We simply needed a working dryer. Miguel was difficult to get a hold of, but after sometime finally agreed to come out to the property and re-asses. He never showed up and has not responded to any other communication. Hopefully he's okay!
