Such a fun little tiki resto bar place! We came here for drinks one night & had to come back again for food the next. It's a pretty good late-night spot that stays open until like 1AM so don't be shy & stop by if you're in the area! For cocktails we tried... "Spam Mail" - supposed to be served in a spam can, but ours came in a cup instead so it was a bit cheaper than usual. It had Ketel One Peach & was sweetened w/ sugar cane syrup.. def on the sweeter side, but tasty if that's your vibe! Dole Whip Piña Colada? - this was BOMB. The soft serve melting into the drink was yummy & made it so creamy & balanced. Hint of sour tartness from the pineapple flavor! Honestly couldn't even taste the alcohol! So I have eaten here several times and the food is ok depending on what you order. The best thing I have eaten from here is the meat supreme pizza. I also tried the Lamb Gyro with fries and the build your own bowl. The lamb gyro was good however the build your own bowl was just ok. The service here leaves a lot to be desired. I have been here on several occasions and the cashier does not seem very happy and had some kind of issue with the guest before us. Then got our order wrong we ordered the meat supreme and were rung up for a mushroom pizza. Luckily the Chef came out to check on us and we explained to him that we had ordered the meat Supreme. The variety of options from the pizza toppings, delicious wagyu burger, salad options, gyros, desserts and ice cream which is actually gelato consistency with so many options in flavors. And for those who love fries these are great so crunchy and fresh! The service and cleanliness is worth mentioning and effort by the great staff from the cooks Alberto and Arturo, the friendly and helpful cashier Angela and awesome manger Nicholas. When we said we are not interested and engaged with them the workers threw us outside where the locals were waiting. This is a newer tiki bar, so not as decorated as Golden Tiki or Trader Sam's, but worth the visit. We went during the happy hour. I had a Pixelate My Pony and a Tech Mex. Mom had a Pink Power Ranger. Drinks were sweet and tropical. All three were great. Pink Power Ranger was like drinking a unicorn pixie dust fart, sweet and refreshing. The other two were not as sweet but still tropically good. We ordered three slices of pizza, one Paradiso, one Daily Special, (spinach mushroom) and Maui Wowie. The pizza was well balanced, not too much red sauce, and the right amount of toppings. So it's a part bar/pizza joint in a strip mall. I appreciate the dual use of the space and the slices of pie were nice, but a view of a coke vending machine definitely detracts from the tiki bar vibe. Karaoke was great so no complaints there. This review is really for the cocktails as isn't that what makes a good cocktail bar? The drink menu looked promising and I was excited to finally have a real cocktail on the westside of the island. My Mai Tai is probably the worst (actually it was the worst) Mai tai I've had. It was luke warm with some half melted ice cubes floating around. Even if cold this would be a hard pass for me. My brother's cocktail was equally as disappointing. There's one real bar on this island that makes good cocktails. I was hoping Pineapple Robot was something we could add to that list. read more
