I needed to get a truck towed from Almaden to Morgan Hill. Since I am a AAA member I called them for a quote. The quote from AAA was around $300! He loaded my truck carefully and double checked for safety. He had a great personality and totally took the stress out of this whole ordeal for me. I was referred to him by my mechanic who I love and trust and pineapple towing was the best towing company out of the 4 that I had called that morning. He was professional when answering the phone I actually felt secure in the fact that I was calling a towing company and not a complete stranger. He picked me up from my house and drove me to and from San Carlos to pick up my car and bring it back to San Jose to take it to my mechanic who had referred me to him and charged me a decent fee for a two way trip. My poor Lexus got hit in Fremont a few days ago and the tow truck that the police called had it sent to Hayward, or so I thought. After visiting the address listed on their business card, it turned out that it was their office and that my car was actually still in Fremont! Needless to say I was irritated.
