They had many friendly employees. There's a bar and restaurant here that I didn't have time to visit! The grounds have paved trails all over, with quick walks or bike rides to restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. They have a free shuttle that can get you around to places quicker too! My room was gorgeous, with high ceilings, wood, and soft decor. The bathroom was very modern and comfortable. Worth the cost. Another place I really wanted to visit was the indoor heated pool area that looked amazing. Maybe next time! For the event we had catered amazing meals of local produce and meats, so many flavorful items. The event spaces all have a lodge feel to them as well, comfortable. I highly recommend staying here for a few days if you're in the area.

The second day we were there the smoke detectors went off warn us that they needed batteries. I called the Bennington office and in less than an hour our problem was fixed! Best of all we had to leave early on our last day and I left my bank bag with over $500.00 cash in it beside the bed in the small dresser.When we go home and everything unpacked no money bag.I sent a text that next morning to the housecleaning crew and asked them to check and see if was there. I left them all my information and they called me and said it was there and they put it in the mail for me. I offered them $100.00 to buy some pizzas for the crew and they said they appreciated the offer but couldn't do that. My happiness is all they needed. The furniture is very nice, the bed was very comfortable, the electric fire place kept us warm through the night and we loved the rustic feel of the entire place. Even the bathroom is nicely updated and spacious with a great shower. The lodge sits in a nice neighborhood a little off the beaten path. Town is a quick drive away if you need to stock up on anything, find a restaurant, or stores. There is a small fridge available in the rooms. There is a common area with a hot tub and a grill that can be used but we didn't check out that area so I can't give it any rating with my review. The owners of the lodge also have the MotoFantasy business at this location if you'd like to rent a motorcycle to tour around on. We got a chance to look at some of the bikes, and chat with one of the owners, but didn't have time on our trip to rent a bike. Our only complaint was how loud the noise is from others staying in the lodge. It's not that the neighboring people are intentionally being loud. The lodge itself just has a very hollow sound throughout and isn't set up to soften the noise coming from other rooms. We could clearly hear others talking, phones beeping and ringing, TV, doors opening and closing, others showering, toilets flushing and just general walking and moving around. It made for a loud evening & morning. We left pretty early due to this. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to the area. It's a very nice lodge and an awesome place to check out the motorcycles. Just bring some ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

I didn't catch her name but she was very friendly. She asked if we needed anything after doing a quick scan of our room and even went to see if she could find decaf coffee for us. Which speaking of coffee, its a real coffee pot with real coffee! Not just the pods. Some stir sticks would be nice. Our two good sized dogs had plenty of yard to run around (we made sure to clean up after them immediately each time). The room was clean and cute. We did move the furniture around to suite us better. The chair sits in front of the couch due to it being a small room. It still worked perfect for us. We sat on the couch and used the ottoman to play cards and dice while we watched a Halloween movie. The gas fireplace in the corner was a nice touch. It was a super cozy evening! There are two adjoining doors on either side of the room if you had friends or family in other rooms. The refer is a good size for drinks and snacks. The bathroom is big with a big walk in shower. Easily fit 2 of us. It did take me several minutes of messing with all the knobs to figure out the shower. The water pressure was just OK. The temperature knob was very touchy... quickly went from warm to hot. Check in and out was super simple. I sent a text to Gloria and she was quick to respond. The room had a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. There was also a couch, good quality tv, and a fire place. I liked that I've was available and it was pre-bagged to ensure cleanliness. The bathroom had a his and her sink setup, the shower is separate from the toilet, and the air conditioner was perfect, when needed. My only dislike about the room was the outlet near the bed. There was only one outlet available for a device that was not a phone or laptop. I needed to hook up a medical device and the outlet was too far from the top of the bed. I used the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and trails. At times, the women's locker room was a dirty mess. It would have been nice for someone to stay on top of keeping it clean. During the conference, we were served food, coffee, tea, and drinks. All the staff attending to us were great. Anything we needed, they provided it. I would for sure visit again!

By the time I got inside my car, locked the door with my wife and kid who had stayed safely inside, he shined his light through the passenger door window and yelled that he was going to freeze my account. :ROFLMAO: The light scared my 11-year old, and frightened my wife until I told her all this is a complete ruse. Should I call 911 the next time this happens? You can't make up pure comedy better than WM Timeshare sales, and I hope they read this. Ignore them completely. They take advantage of any pleasantries you may start with. You are the guest and if you say no, they should honor your no. Usually they will ignore it and ask more questions. We stayed less than 12 Hours, We booked a 11 day vacation over the Christmas Holiday which was disappointing, They property was filthy, a very bad odor, missing Window Blinds, No locks on window had sticks in the bottom of the casements, the dishes and utensils unusable, The stove started smoking when we tried to make some tea, Missing light bulbs, couch filthy, no Internet or TV and mold in the windows, bathroom didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. These weren't just little things the place was uninhabitable. But the biggest betrayal came when their so called representative showed up 12 hours later, he refused to even enter different rooms of the property to address our concerns, He laughed when I turned on the stove and it started smoking, the only resolve he offered was a full refund which they reneged on 2 hours later, Go Figure Nobody in the right mind would rate this place above 1 Star, more like -10 . I am in the process of booking a summer family trip through northern California up to Sunriver and…read moreback. Using VRBO, I found two rental properties that I was interested in and both turned out to be managed by Vacation Station. In the first case, all of the information on the VRBO listing said that the rental rate for my dates was $183/night. When I submitted for a quote, it came back quickly at $214/night. Really? I then sent an email asking for an explanation of the difference. 72 hours and waiting.... So, I then decided to ask for a quote on the 2nd property. While waiting, I decided to call Vacation Station on the phone, assuming that might be faster. The woman who answered said that the woman responsible for the Sunriver properties was out of the office, so I asked for a call back and updates on both requests. No call. No email. Fast forward a day and a half, I email in another request for follow-up. The end of that day I receive a stock, system generated email saying the 2nd unit is NOT AVAILABLE! But the calendar on VRBO shows it is available! Then I look more closely, both of these units show that their calendars and details have not been updated since January 19, 2016, over 5 weeks ago! Really? Are you really in the business of renting these properties? With service as poor as that, who knows how bad it would get if I actually rented something through Vacation Station. What a waste of my time. Although I am a semi-frequent visitor to Sunriver, I won't be doing business with Vacation Station, that's for sure. Caveat emptor.

There were four adults staying here and we each had our own comfy bed to sleep in. The backyard backs up to one of the many trails that goes through the resort. We ran the trails two times and saw deer and other wildlife right next to us. It was so relaxing! The living room was cozy enough for us to sit around and watch a couple of movies and the dining table provided plenty of room to eat meals. Thanks for your help. They were so great to work with and the price was unbeatable!

Everybody who works here is a doll: friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The setting is perfect for families. I love the decor and aesthetic . It feels a bit like camping, which is what we like. Our teenagers loved the hammocks in the bedrooms, and we all love roasting s'mores at the little fire pits. The first time we stayed here, they had a currywurst truck that would come to the LOGE at night and that was lovely. Unfortunately that's no longer the case, so if you want to stay in for dinner, you have to order food from DoorDash or Uber Ears. For breakfast, they have complimentary coffee and they have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, oatmeal, and cereal that you can purchase . All are excellent. On this trip, we had spotty Wi-Fi service in our room, so we couldn't use the TV to watch movies. They also had one reading light that would not turn off. They had just been hit by lightning the week before, so that might be why these things happened. It won't deter us from coming here again - we love it! But I do think they could stand to revamp the rooms a little bit - our tub needed to be reglazed, as did the sink.

Excellent campground! So far, this is my favorite Thousand Trails campground. I had decided to…read morecancel my membership because the other Oregon and Washington parks are in such bad shape . This amazing camp is making me re-think. We came during COVID, so the pool, clubhouse , and other amenities were closed . They look nice! Of course, everything looks clean when nobody is using it. Like other Thousand trails parks, all sites are first-come-first-served. Extremely annoying, but the sites here are relatively flat and large. We had plenty of space for our RV, a tent , and 2 cars. ALL sites have electric and water (their website says otherwise), so it is not as hard to find a site as it is at other locations. None of the sites have sewer. We knew this going in, but it did limit how long we could stay . This is the first Thousand trails we have been to that had phone service and wifi available throughout the park. The Little Deschutes River goes right through the park , and this is a great spot for swimming and floating. It is small, but very fun. The park map shows two bridges that are good float start and end points, but we could never find them. During non-COVID times , they have a shuttle for a longer float, but it was not available. I definitely recommend having a car available. We rented one from Hertz for $20/day and it made our trip . Bend is nearby with lots to do . There is no Uber or Lyft in the immediate area. My complaint about this park is that they do not allow charcoal BBQ. We understand the fire ban , but not being able to use our BBQ was a pain. We had to run to Bimart and grab an $80 BBQ that we will probably never use again.
