My experience with them has been a frustrating saga of incompetence, dishonesty, and a complete disregard for customer care. From the moment I bought my truck, it's been a downhill battle. First off, multiple recalls, plus persistent transmission and electrical issues. When I first tried to get these fixed, I was told they couldn't even _look_ at my truck for six weeks. Not only that, but I'd have to leave it there for that entire time _before_ they'd even diagnose it, let alone fix it. When I asked about a rental, they flat-out refused because I didn't buy the truck from them. This isn't just an inconvenience; being without my work vehicle directly impacts my livelihood, and I was left without it for weeks on end. It was so bad I had to drive 1100 miles to another Ford dealership just to get it looked at, and even then, the problems weren't fully resolved. Fast forward three years, and I, against my better judgment, decided to give Pines Ford another shot. I was initially promised a 2-3 day look-around, a rental call, and a total process of about two weeks. After a week of silence and unreturned calls, I went in person. That's when I found out my initial contact was 'out sick,' and another tech essentially told me I'd been lied to. It was back to the infuriating 'leave your truck for six weeks, no rental' story. Despite a promise to 'expedite' things due to the inconvenience and a callback by end of day, it's now been another week with zero communication, no updates, and no returned calls. My truck is still with them, and I'm still car-less. This dealership has shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic customer care. Their actions are appalling, and I urge everyone to save themselves the headache and go elsewhere." For the record , I didn't by my truck there because they were charging me $20000 over ticket price because they said there was a chip shortage, so "supply and demand" was what they told me . Shopped here a few times hunting for a new Ford Bronco and now interested in the new Lincoln Navigator. The Ford and Lincoln dealerships are co-owned and on the same property. Upon entry the counter host greeted me and I began my quick showroom store since there were only four vehicles. The waiting room was fancy with a self service coffee bar. The Lincoln Navigator was beautiful and classy ride for around $118k. I'm on my third Lincoln lease. I have a 2022 Lincoln Corsair, I've had a 2019 MKC before that and a 2016 MKX before this. Prior to this, I leased a Ford Explorer from the same dealership. My point is, I've been giving this dealership A LOT of business the last 10+ years. I've had issues with scheduling appointments with the mobile service department in the past here. Fast-forward to present date. I usually map out my errands ahead of time to stay organized. I called two weeks ago (on 3/14/25) to set an appointment for today to get my car serviced and pick up a loaner. The lady that picked up the phone offered to have the dealership come to my house and drop off the loaner and pick up my car, have it serviced and then have it dropped off afterward, and the loaner picked up. I jumped at the opportunity since I have never used this service before and it seemed pretty convenient. I thought it was strange that I never received a confirmation in my email or via a text message when I booked the appointment. This morning, I waited until the appointment time until I touched base with the dealership to figure out what was going on. I had to call multiple times this morning before I could get anyone on the line, when I finally did, I spoke to Angelica (who I'm pretty sure was the same girl that I spoke to in order to make my appointment two weeks ago). She told me that she apologizes, but there was no appointment for me in the system. She asked me if I could confirm what date that I called because they need to backtrack and see where the issue happened. Thankfully, I still had the call in my phone log that showed the date that I called to get the service appointment set. She advised that they would still be able to help me today with the same service, however, it would be later in the day. Again, I map things out ahead of time because I have a busy schedule. I then asked her if it would be possible for me to just come in and pick up the loaner and drop off my vehicle to which she said that I could. Thankfully I am not too far away from the dealership so it was not a big deal to just go in. I arrived a few minutes later, they did accommodate me quickly, I am sure because they knew I was very upset about what had just happened. Both Angelica and Neil, the service advisor did their best to get me in and out today. My car was ready in less than 2 hours. So they did try to make up for the mistake, and I appreciate this. Hopefully Lincoln leadership will see this review and make some changes on their end to improve the customer experience. I received an email that my battery was low on Friday, and I called the dealership and spoke to someone by the name of Alex in service who was helpful and professional. I told him what was happening and he took the time to get all my information and was able to confirm that my battery was low through the computer. He told me I could bring my car in, and he would do battery test to check my battery level. I told him thank you and that I would be there within the hour. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked to speak with Alex and was advised that Alex had just left for lunch. I was then directed to speak to Kenny. I explained that I was told to come in to have my battery tested; he only asked for the year of my car and the mileage and then was very dismissive. With an attitude he advised me that there was nothing they could do at noon, and that they wouldn't be able to look at my car until maybe Saturday or if not Tuesday. He was unwilling to help even though I explained that I was told to come into the dealership to have the battery checked. He told me there was nothing he could do because my car was under warranty, that it would have to be checked by a mechanic, and it was not his problem. I felt dismissed, HE WAS NOT GOING TO HELP ME, and he told me to go to quick service. At quick service I met Carlos, and told him what had happened so far and apologized profusely. He went ahead and checked the Ford system and verified the low battery issue; what Kenny refused to do. He explained that checking in the car would take some hours due to needing mechanic; however said he would test the battery, which Alex is what he told me he would do, and Kenny refused to do. My issue is Kenny put no effort forth to bring me peace of mind when dealing with a potential battery issue that could leave me stranded. He was dismissive, didn't care, had lack of professionalism, and I felt an attitude. Still bad after all these years. For whatever reason my husband likes this dealership. It was DEAD on a Sunday afternoon. Looked at a truck that CLEARLY smelled like smoke and had 800 miles on it. Either someone returned it or the dealership was using it. The sales kid tried to gaslight me and lied to our faces and said it was impossible that anyone could have smoked inside and that it was a "chemical smell from the hot weather." Long story short my husband ended up buying the car. Finance guy was amazing and the only decent person there. They did a half ass job of detailing the car. I ended up here when "Tiffany" caught a flat. Although I purchased her at another dealership, this one was the closest to my office and I'd rather keep my PTO for fun stuff! Ninfa was my service advisor, and was the one who first took my phone call when I was looking up Ford dealerships near me. She confirmed that they can utilize my service contract from when I originally purchased the car, as well as any points from my Ford-branded credit card. She also mentioned that I can bring in my car even though I didn't have a service appointment. Once at the dealership, I asked that my routine oil change that was already due also be included. A few hours later I received a callback that indeed one tire needed to be fully replaced and that I should also get two filters replaced as part of my routine maintenance. My ride was fixed at the end of my workday, and I received an inspection printout of the other items they checked. Ninfa and her team arranged for a rideshare each way (both trips) between the dealership and my office. I appreciate that convenience! I didn't notice if there was a service lounge where I could waited and /or worked remotely while at the dealership. Overall the service has been ok my main issue is that I had a front camera repaired not once, not twice but THREE times. I'm not sure if they have been indeed repairing the right part or just running up the bill to my warranty company. Let's hope this third repair fixes the issue permanently. Update 3/26/2025- camera stopped working AGAIN- same issue , this was the third repair for the front camera at the same dealer. I don't think I ever have owned a car that couldn't be repaired and I have owned 8 vehicles- dissatisfied Update 5/8/25- After having my vehicle in repair for a separate issue (leaking oil gasket)I decided to involve Lincoln Concierge, who in the past helped me with the now out of business Pompano Lincoln (another crooked outfit), and see if they could step in and rectify the front camera issue that for some odd reason can never be fixed correctly. The decision from Lincoln was to now say the camera is water damaged, which would not be covered by warranty (they know this) and ask me for over $1300 in repairs which are now "not covered". Lincoln is refusing to acknowledge that last two repairs which never fixed the camera correctly at their dealership, I was told by my service advisor Neil the previous jobs to repair the camera were sent out to an outside facility. I also will add one of those repairs, they broke all the chrome trim off my bumper pulling it off to get to the front camera (which Lincoln replaced out of their pockets ironically). This is a case of "we never fixed it correctly before, just billed the warranty company and now you complained to Lincoln so we are going to stick it to you!" STOLEN FROM PINES FORD! And they could care less! All It was in for warranty service for 7 days. No rental car and then it was stolen off their lot next to the service area. The thief made a spare key, they disable the OEM GPS system. Someone was on video on the phone as they went over and got into our 2020 Explorer ST and instantly drove off! The dealer refused to call 911. They refused to help. They were rude and cold. One manager told me "it wasn't his first rodeo". They told me to claim on my insurance they were not responsible for anything. We were able to recover the car with the help of the pines police. They stole various parts off of the car. They took our wheels. Now I'm paying $1000 deductible I'm trying to get the car repaired and the title was clean until now is a theft recovery vehicle it's worth about seven or $8000 less. All because that dealership was negligent with security of our vehicle. The police told me that wasn't the only vehicle stolen off their lot. The way they handled. It was the problem. They were rude as hell and they were ungrateful. It's their loss because we buy new cars every three years and they're always Fords. I reported them to corporate Ford and I've escalated it. In October 2024, I drove by the Pines Ford dealership located at 8655 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, Florida. I just wanted to take a look and see what options were available for a used a car. Once I entered, the salesman Tony, came running over and was overly nice obviously to sell me a car. I decided to purchase a white mustang; however, Tony sold me the car but never once mentioned the car had 3 defects. Once I got home, I realized that the car had these 3 issues: the check engine light came on, due to the fuel vapor hose, and fuel injector pressure sensor, had to be changed. Also, the left back passenger window did not close properly. I called the dealership for days leaving messages for Tony, and finally after so many tries, he called me back only to refer me to Marco, one of the managers. I got nowhere with Marco, very arrogant and basically was no help. I was now transferred to the service department, where I got the run around and basically it took weeks to get the car in to resolve the issues. At the end, the back window was never fixed, as I was told it was my problem. I left without having the window fixed, because I refuse to pay them when they Knew there was a problem from day one. I leased a 2024 Ford Mustang Mach E on July 29, 2024, the experience was great. Unfortunately that changed on November 15, 2024 when I got home and realized that part of the roof's painting on my car was missing (see picture attached), obviously I was very upset, I called the dealer upset but professional. I was told to go the following day to leave my car so they could fix it and get a loaner, so I did. When I got there I showed everyone my car and they were shocked, then I got to the body shop and the gentleman said that he did not understand why everyone else was in shock since it is known that these cars have a factory defect with the paint, and they had other cars there at the moment with the same issue. I was told that my car would be painted completely. A month an a half later, I got my car delivered to my house because they needed the loaner, I could not accept the car because of the conditions the car came in (see pictures attached). After that the customer service has been horrible. To begin with, the lady that brought my car I can't remember her name but she was extremely nice and understanding, she called Marco Garcia to advise him that I was not accepting the car, Marco asked to speak to me, I did and I sent him pictures of the car, he told the lady to take the car back. My husband also spoke to Richard and told him what was going on. I guess they felt like if we had to take the car regardless because we didn't hear from them again, no apologies or nothing. A week later my husband received a voicemail message advising that the car was in the body shop and that they would let us know when it was ready. Yesterday, January 15, 2025, my husband received a call letting him know that the car would be delivered today. We tried calling back more than 6 times to speak to Marco or Richard to no avail, until my husband told the lady that answered the phone that if we didn't speak to them we would not be accepting the car, then all of a sudden Marco came to the phone, only to say that this car was not his ticket that he was just the gate keeper. I asked him who did I need to talk to, and he said that he would handle it. I asked for a video or pictures of my car before they brought it since we were told the last time that it was in perfect condition and It wasn't. Marco's attitude was not pleasant, he sent me a video, and I agreed to receive the car. Today, January 16, 2025, Marco called again with an attitude to confirm the delivery of the car. I finally got my car back in great conditions, but the driver who brought it, Jimmy Valle was extremely rude, I said good morning to him and he did not even reply, at the end I said thank you and he again did not reply and got in the car and left. Poor experience. Had to come twice in 2 different days just to change tires. They apologized what happened, offered a discount, but still had a bad experience. Made appointment about 2 weeks in advance, arrived on time and still waited 45 minutes in line. I said to representative I have appointment in 5 minutes and was told to wait in the car. After 45 minutes of waiting went to ask what's going on. He forgot. My appointment was at 4pm. Came on time. At 4:45 was told I'd be helped with tires. Was told that my car would be ready at around 6:30pm. It's 2 hours of waiting, so I was offered Lyft from Pines Ford. Used it to different location. At 6:30pm no one called me and they work till 7pm. So At 6:45pm I was concerned and had to call to Pines Ford myself, waited on call for 10 minutes to get help and actually talk to someone, had to explain my situation for another 10 minutes to different person in the phone. Eventually got Lyft back to Pines Ford and arrived at around 7:15pm when Pines Ford was closed. My car was dropped at the building nearby. Had to look for my key around and a receptionist at that building had my key. It was different building not the one I dropped my car at. Anyway, tires on my car were not changed that day and nothing was done. Had to drive again next day and waste time again. Complained what happened and was offered a small discount. I lent my SUV to a family member and there was an incident. Anyway, my insurance company recommended Pines Ford Lincoln despite me not driving a Ford or Lincoln. I had to wait about 10 days in order to get an appointment. They would have taken me sooner but luckily my vehicle was still drivable. It was cosmetic damage. They only take appointments Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Plus, it is only at 10 AM, 2 p.m. and I think 4 p.m. Plus, they tell you not to be late and if you are going to be late to call. Lots of rules. Sigh. I finally brought it in my baby and they were supposed to call me back with an estimate. I'm not really sure why because I only had a deductible to pay, not the full amount. Anyway, nobody ever called me. I had to call them just out of curiosity. It took a couple tries to talk to somebody. Then, they were supposed to call me a couple days after I brought in the vehicle to let me know when it would be ready. Again, I had to call and talk to somebody. They did a fantastic job on the front bumper which is where the damage was. That is the most important thing. However, communication is lacking and it is difficult to make an appointment. I have been working with the service department with an issue on my F150 for over two years. They have given me the runaround and had me create cases and wait for engineers, which have never showed up now they say there is no code, but do acknowledge the fact, the truck has something wrong with it, they can't fix it and told me to take it somewhere else. Probably should've done that two years ago. Joe has always helped me so I gave him the benefit of the doubt that his department would be able to fix it. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PINES LINCOLN FORD! They will rip you off by using deceptive practices, pressure you, coerce you, and take advantage of you into buying one of their cars. I had a highly disappointing experience with Pines Lincoln Ford, particularly with the finance manager Johel Alvarez and their salesman Andrew Katz. I am mentally impaired on social security and they did all the above things into me buying a car with them. I signed contracts I had no idea what I was signing and paid $15,00 with contracts that I was too impaired to know what I was signing. Whatever you do if you buy a Used Car from Pines. DO NOT let their salesman ANDREW KATZ sell you a car. He will deceive you and take advantage of you and say anything deceptive to sell you a car. He verbally quoted me a price, but when I signed the contract, he sneakily increased the car's price by $2000, which I only noticed later. I was told later that verbal contracts were not legal. I was impaired through the entire car buying experience as I kept falling asleep as I was not feeling well, as they knew. Then he sent me over to the biggest crook of them all the Finance Manager Mr. Johel Alvarez who is in charge of all your contracts. Since I kept falling asleep MR. KATZ and MR. ALVAREZ filled out ALL of my paperwork, ones I was suppose to fill out myself. They woke me up for my signature only. I told them over and over again that I was too mpaired to buy a car that evening and they pushed on past closing time to make this sale. They both coerced me into signing a purchase and sale agreement with all these warranties that I couldn't comprehend what I was signing when they woke me up. I told them I would come back the next day and they said you signed everything now the bank owns the car there is nothing we can do. What's equally disheartening is the lack of response from the President Sebastian Malo of Pines Dealerships as I took the time to express my concerns through a letter and email about the deceptive practices of Mr. Katz and Mr. Alverez. But to date, I've received no reply. This silence speaks volumes about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of Pines Lincoln Ford. I strongly advise potential buyers to be CAUTIOUS and thoroughly review any dealings with the employees at the Pines Dealerships. It's unfortunate that such a reputable dealership would allow such practices within their ranks. I cannot recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. The service at this location is AWESOME! I've been coming to this location for about 10 years and I never want to take my car anywhere else for service/repairs! Roger has been my service advisor for the past couple of years and I would recommend him to anyone! He has always been professional and prompt in getting my car taken care of, and he has never tried to get me to spend more money than I need to. I've worked with some of the other service advisors when Roger's not available, but the service isn't quite the same. I know a lot of people are weary about taking their cars to dealerships because they're afraid of being ripped off, but I think it's really important to find the right dealership and the right service advisor. BUYERS BEWARE horrible phone experience, sent an online request to check availability of course they want me to come on I explained I live 2 hrs away, can I get a final quote with dealer fee, tag, tax sent to me she states she can't do that I would have to come in to get it. Back to I live 2 hrs away got very combative over the phone. I had to pause the conversation and explained based on her attitude with me, I am not interesting in buying a car from them. I've got over 45 corporate customer service & I told her that I would NEVER speak to a potential customer like that, I have had dealers sent me quotes without coming in. So this is a game they are playing to get you to come in to upsell etc. The sad part is our economy is at a stand still & car dealers like this is trying to stick it to the consumers buy upselling them into outrageous payments. A friend of mine took her 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis in for service because it would not start and the new battery was being drained. She had her car towed there. Marcos was her service advisor and has jerked her around for 3 weeks now. Marcos lied to her last week by saying the car was being worked on and as of Monday 12/18/23 it still had not seen the inside if the shop. She has to call Marcis who has never returned her calls, she has to go into the dealership just to find out the status. I am a retired GM from the car business, just the lack of empathy, concern and service this service writer Marcos has displayed and his lack of returning her calls, he should be fired. I left a message for the service manager, emailed a concern and as of 1:14 PM today 12/19/23 NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK let alone my friend. My friend is a 70 year old, single disabled woman and this blantant taking advantage of her is ridiculous. read more

I had to go here to change my oil and check on an engine light that came on my 2021 ranger. After the "service" I checked my dipstick and my old was still old. Went back a month later and Kenny actually argues with me that I'm wrong. Afterwards, they tell me that I was right and they gave me a free oil change. I'm still waiting on the sensor for my engine light... It's been almost 3 months!!! They lost my trust, never coming here again. read more

I've been taking my Shelby GT500 to this dealership for two years. Several of the service advisors have a really bad attitude, some are nice. The cashier has an attitude too. I'll be going to Grieco Ford from now on. I asked the service advisor to make sure that they filled my coolant reservoir to the between the low and the high they never added fluid. They didn't even wipe all the dripped oil from underneath the car. See the pictures. When I pulled up this morning one of the bad attitude people said, can I help you I told him I had an appointment with ____ and he just walked away. He didn't take my car in or anything and then I ended up standing in the drop off lane waiting like 10 minutes. He basically just walked past me to the next car and didn't help me. I arrived there at 7 AM and didn't get my car until after 9:30 AM. Pathetic! read more

Horrible Bait and Switch practices here!!! I went there to buy a 2018 Ford Flex. After using True Car and having a price offered to me by the this dealership of 26k, when I let them know I was ready to buy the car and would bring in my own financing, they told me upper management wouldn't allow the car to be sold at that price without financing with them and they said the new price would be 31k... A 5k difference just because I would finance the car myself!!! read more
