First time to this nail salon. I called ahead of time and they told me to come at 4. I got there at 4 and had to wait 10 minutes to start the pedicure, but it was worth it! I came here for a Gel Mani/Pedi. This is my second time with Hannah. Hannah was just perfect! She'll hold a conversation with you or if you choose to just sit and relax, she'll accommodate your mood. Her work is exceptional! I'm pretty critical with respect to my manicure and I have no complaints. No bubbles, uneven shape or nail length, polish perfectly done with no smudges or overedge and she makes sure you like your color choice after one nail completed. Pedicure was heavenly! Relaxed with clipping and color done to my likes and massage to die for. . The only changes to the prices is that all tips are now cash so one would have to remember to bring cash. Absolutely have become a regular place to go for my Mani/pedi. read more

My manicure and pedicure were fine and were the prices. My rating is on the gentleman who did it. He was very unfriendly - only speaking to another client and other staff. It was not a language issue as he spoke English very well. Whenever he wanted me to move my hands or feet - he pointed/signaled instead of talking to me. He never introduced himself. Pretty appalled by the (lack of) service we received today from Pink & White Nails. My mom was in town for a short weekend trip and on Sunday at spur-of-the-moment we decided to get pedicures before I had to take her back to the airport to return home. Knowing salons can be busy (and several are closed on Sundays), I called ahead to Pink & White to see if they would be able to get us in for 2 pedicures. I called at 2:50pm and was told they had an opening at 3pm. I explained that I lived further than 10 minutes away, so we would get in the car right away, but there was no way we'd make it by 3. The man said that it would be fine to get there a little after 3. We drive over and walk in at 3:10pm, but are told that they can no longer help us because we were "late." I explained to the guy that we literally got in the car and drove right over and that, as explained on the phone, we wouldn't have been able to arrive by 3. He was extremely rude and condescending and simply refused us service. Mind you, the posted store hours state that they are open until 5pm and there are no signs or anything warning about an early closing. Additionally, as we'd spoken on the phone, the man should have warned that they may not be able to help us that day or that they were planning to close early. Instead, we drove 20 minutes to get there and only THEN were we refused service. I don't care how many stars this place has as their average rating, I absolutely refuse to ever give them business after the experience this weekend. THUMBS DOWN!!! read more

Went for the first time to pink& white nails today to get a new acrylic set and I am in love with my nails. They were on time with my appointment, they were very nice. Did not cut me as they got ready to put my new acrylics. Designed them how I wanted them and they weren't very expensive. My nails look beautiful and ken was spot on with the design that I brought him. I would recommend them and I will keep getting my nails done here because they are just great. It's hard to find a new nail place in the oro valley Marana area that's clean, affordable, and does quality work. read more

However when the manager isn't there they alter the prices you can go in 1 day and pay 1 price go in the next day GET THE SAME EXACT SERVICE and its higher. I do not mind paying for good service, obviously I spent $300+ a month here but i do have an issues with is the integrity of the Nail techs. If I pay $15 this time and get the same exact service i expect to pay $15, or they add on services that you didnt actually get and when you bring it to their attention they act as if I'm making it up. So unfortunately I will never go here again. read more

I came here for a gel manicure and gel pedicure the day before going on vacation a week and a half ago. My gel French manicure was peeling off and chipping within 24 hours, despite being gel. Not only that, but my nails were not properly cleaned, and something dirty and green was visible under the clear coat on both of my thumbs. My fiancé proposed during the vacation, and every single photo I have during that once-in-a-lifetime moment shows a trashy ruined French manicure. I've since been hiding my fingertips. Go to a place where the manicure will actually last more than 24 hours! Everything was chipped within 20 hours, and the rest of the gel actually sloughed off in less than a week when it is supposed to last double or triple that amount of time! This place is not worth the price and hassle, and I'm incredibly surprised it has a higher rating than other places in Marana. read more

I had Kathy and she was nice not too talkative, my friend had another girl who didn't seem as nervous or shy. I think they left my nails a little bit too long but if they annoy me I'll file them down. Not a biggie. Full set was 35, not a bad price. I personally was not very pleased with my experience here at Pink and White. I had been here a couple times before and only had minor complaints that really just didn't bother me. But the last time I went,(yesterday) I was astonished by the results of my experience. My tech cut my finger as she wasn't paying attention or spending diligent time on nails I am paying for and was talking to people in the store ignoring me. Then on top of that I came in with a picture and color choice match to what I wanted and she said my whole appointment up till she started painting my nails that she had the time to do what I wanted and had that color. When it came time to paint my nails she grabbed a random color that wasn't the shade I asked for and I said "this isn't the shade" and she just said "close enough" and continued working and I had asked for a colored french tip and she painted my whole nails. I am completely dissatisfied by the service I recieved and if I ever go back(unlikely) I will ask for a different tec. read more

I was charged $40 for a manicure! When I asked how much a manicure was they said they charged me for a design. She literally didn't even ask, just painted ugly hearts on my nails and charged me an insane price for it. She didn't even put on lotion and when I asked she massaged for literally 20 seconds. I had my first manicure, a french gel, from Linda. My appointment started on time and the salon was bright and clean. Linda did a nice job and added a second coat to the white in addition to the clear which most salons do not. I gave 4 stars because the arm and hand massage with lotion after the manicure was very quick and she hardly used any lotion. read more

I came here for a gel pedi. The pedi from start to finish was terrible. My nails were shaped oddly, the tech didn't bother trimming my cuticles and the "massage" was more of a hand sliding up and down my leg several times as she stared out into the parking lot and the polish was sloppy. I recommend this place only if you see Ken. He is a perfectionist and amazing at what he does. All the other techs I've tried have been disappointing. read more

They do good service at this spa as an earlier review indicates but they don't have it together at all scheduling and customer service wise. I made three appointments for myself, my son and my daughter in law and when we got there for our appointments I sat in the water for 25 minutes while others who were walk ins got waited on. I could not wait for my pedicure so I left and did other errands. Also, when you are working on a customer you should leave your cell phone conversations out of it. You shouldn't treat long time customers like that. The lotion as an "I'm sorry" was a nice attempt but you lost my business and that of 5 others in my family for good. read more
