I will not be renewing my membership because this location has completely fallen apart. The turnover is beyond ridiculous. Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.

She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

I chose the $65 "7 Day Spa" pedicure--the second most expensive option, mostly for the 15-minute massage. The cheese grater (you know the one) went a little too hard and left me with a tiny cut--nothing dramatic, but not ideal. Then came the massage, and here's where things got... lopsided. My right foot got the full spa experience: deep massage, attention to detail, 10/10. But my left foot? A light calf rub, a toe wiggle, and then back to pampering the right one. I sat there confused, waiting for balance to be restored... but nope. That was it. The tech was kind, and if he'd shown both feet equal love (and maybe eased up on the grater), I might've become a regular.
