The whole office was very attentive while we made our purchase in December 2025. We bought a brand new 2026 class A motorhome. We ended up adding the extended warranty, which we immediately regretted, we have had so much trouble getting that to show up in our account. It was a stupid overpriced purchase, but we did it, and took the hit. Mike in finance said not to worry, he would be there to help us out with anything. The morning we picked up the motorhome with its "red carpet" walk-through event, the guy going over the motorhome had just started that morning, he knew nothing about our rig. We asked questions about the wineguard router, which was a big selling point, he said it wasn't necessary to use that- just use your phone as a hotspot... he didn't know if we had hydraulic levels or not. He didn't know if there was a dashcam. He didn't look these things up, just told us we will figure it out We took a long trip for the holidays and were making a list of questions for them. Luckily, on the one month anniversary of our purchase, Mike from finance called and asked how it was going. We thanked him for his call and started with our list of questions. He said he would have someone from service call us with the answers. We never heard from him again. We already had a service appointment for mid February. So we brought the rig with our list. Casey went through the whole list with us, he seemed to understand what we were asking. He said to leave it there, it may take a week or two. We had completely cleaned it before dropping it off, including emptying the black tank and the gray tank. We made sure the tanks were empty and flushed. This was important to us. Casey called the next day to clarify some things. After 4 weeks, we called Casey to see how things were going. We were told Casey was no longer with the company, so the service manager would callus. Nobody was working on it that entire month. We had to go through the whole list again and it was clear not much would be happening. We picked it up another 2 weeks later, everything was half ass and cheat. But we wanted to get our rig out of there. So we picked it up mid March and took it to our storage place and parked it. Now 2 months later we picked it up from storage to go on trip. We noticed the black tank shows 2/3 full. They must have been using it as an outhouse the whole six weeks it was there. Now their shit has been sitting in it for 2 months, exactly what we were avoiding. We didn't think to check when we picked it up. WTF! So I called the General Manager, he made sure to introduce himself when we were buying the RV. Now he send the call to voicemail and doesn't return the call. I called Michael in Finance, guess what?! He is no longer with the company! So not only is it a caca company, they Literally piled pounds of their caca into our RV and left it for us to deal with. They show no respect for their customers once the sale is complete. Do Not Buy Here. They'll caca all over you. Grab your wallet and RUN away. I hope this helps somebody. -Laura

    I can't speak to the service department or any of the other branches of the business, but my wife…read moreand I recently purchased an RV from the Manteca location (online sales and financing was through the Palm Springs location with Will and Chloe). Our expectations were (and always should be) weary on such a large purchase and dealerships often have a way of leaving a bad taste in your mouth. After dealing with Chloe and Will, I can say I recommend doing business with them. I was pretty straight to the point about my expectations and they were able to make it happen with very little headache. Extended service contract offers and add-Ons are going to be a sell, no matter where you go, but we found a solution that worked for us through our deal and in the end, we have the RV we always dreamed of owning. Will, ensured that the additional items that were negotiated in the deal were delivered to my house as promised. Chloe was very responsive throughout the process and would always call or text back quickly. Each visit was pleasant and when someone didn't know the answer they were honest and didn't BS. They made effort to fix minor details we had issues with. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend.

    I am really grateful for this company and wanted to share our experience. There's not a lot of…read moreplaces that are even willing to work on our Diesel Pusher and this is one of the only places that we could find. We drove to their location and had our breaks checked. The mechanic did a really through job and said our breaks were good but our back wheel seal was leaking. That was a really important thing to catch and fix right away and also what was causing our break performance to go down. They could have ripped us off but they were honest, fit us in and got the job done. We left feeling like family and will definitely go back to see them again. The owner and his son almost died recently in a head on crash and are putting all the pieces of themselves / and the business back together again. I really admire their strength and resolve through so much pain and difficulties. There are some bad reviews because of this time period and I wanted to get on here and say... don't let the negative comments keep you away. The owner is back and things are flowing smoothly again under his management. His family has been helping him out and just doing their best while he was healing. This shop was a legitimate blessing to us. We are back on the road with our breaks working smoothly and our wheel seal fixed.

    These guys are professional scammers. Let these guys do electrical work at your own risk. Oscar put…read morethe parts behind him during installation and didn't show me, answered my questions regarding which parts are being replaced wi the vague answers, looked frustrated when I asked for specifics. I asked are you replacing the whole power center box or just the converter section? He told me the whole box. I asked if it was new and he said yes. Good technicians and real electricians can explain things to you and be transparent because they have nothing to hide. I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.
