I'm so pleased with Pink Nails! I chose a new nail salon based off of Yelp reviews, which can sometimes be challenging, but I truly made the right choice. I'm obsessed with these stilettos! Plus, it's so cute and PINK inside! I'll absolutely be back for a fill and beyond. Pedi was great too, but no free feet pix for y'all! LOL
The sweetest people! I loved my experience here so much. I believe it was a different owner as the place looks very different than in the past. They have massage chairs and is very pink and decorated (you definitely won't be lost/miss the shop as the pink stands out now haha) I don't do my nails often but I will most definitely start to be a regular because of such a great experience yesterday. I believe there was a miscommunication when I booked an appointment but they still honored it and accommodated me with exceptional service. Shout out to Mimi for doing such a perfect job on my acrylic nails!! She is so good at her work and will do exactly what you want down to a tee. The length and shape was exactly what I had wanted and I'm so so happy with the outcome. I appreciated the service that Moon gave me as well with my pedicure. She went the extra mile with attention to detail and was so clean and professional. They are such caring and genuine people, I will most definitely be back. :) Side note: phone number to call for appointments is 442 364 1575
called in for an appointment mid day, was able to secure a spot for gel builder take off & gel mani/pedi. 1st time here, it's a small spot but i like the decoration & color selection, very pretty & in trend. both mani and pedi was HEAVENLY they took their time to make sure everything looks right and ask me multiple times if im okay with the design and color. price was also very reasonable compare to other stores, their price is unbeatable and the quality came out perfect. thank you for an amazing experience! :)
Really wanted to like this place because the people are nice and the prices are GREAT! $25 for gel mani & $5 for acrylic removal. Come if you want to save some $$$ and don't care too much about the quality, hygiene, or overall experience. Getting my acrylics removed was so painful! The polish looks awful. The other pictures posted look nice so maybe it depends on the day but my nails came out funky. Lastly, the salon didn't seem too sanitary. I guess you get what you pay for. *shrugs*

I used to go to my same person for over 10 years but I move and the long commute was beginning to take a toll. This place is near my bf place and I think I finally found a new favorite place!!! My mom recommended I go here because we usually go to diff salons but she told me how good they are here. Lee did my nails and Cindy my pedicure. Treated me so nice and well, it's clean inside and they take time to make sure the job is right! It's good prices & I'll def come back! I love my nails and the nice pedicure that Cindy gave me. super cute spot, offers water, and even turned on the fan when they saw i was sweating lol! my toes always come out super cute. i was hesitant to get my nails done because of previous experiences at other salons, but this salon is attentive to detail and doesn't rush through your nails. staff is also friendly :) it is busy most of the time, but it's worth the wait. pedicure w/gel & french= $45 i paid $62 for the acrylic set below. read more

I love this little family owned nail salon. I got a full set of acrylic with designs for Easter and they did not disappoint. She replicated the picture that I showed her almost to the DOT and even made it better. I love all the pink Aesthetics that they have in the place. The place is very clean and doesnt have that nail salon smell right when you walk in. They have parking right in front on the sidewalk and a back parking lot behind the building. Prices are very reasonable and service was exceptional. I nearly fell asleep while getting my pedicure done sitting on the massage spa chair. Highly recommend this place. They do accept walk-ins but I would highly recommend calling for an appointment as sometimes they can be pretty booked. read more

Great vibe, super quiet with a pretty pink aesthetic. My tech JD took her time and worked very meticulously to get clean lines and even cuticles, etc. very impressed with her artistry. Can't wait to go back for my builder gel nails! read more

Received a gel fill today from Jody. She did an awesome job. I had been going there prior under a different owner. Now they have a new owner. Jody was super friendly and she gave different options of what she could do for me. I definitely do recommend this salon read more

Always coming back to do my nails for a gel pedicure. The workers are nice and the wait isn't long if it isn't that busy but they would take me in right away no need for an appointment. The ladies there always do a good job leaving my feet smooth and nice! read more

The workers were really nice and was able to squeeze me in last minute. It's very affordable, but the quality of my gel manicure was really bad :( there's fuzz that got stuck too my nails as she had me cure it and also weird ridges on the top and sides. read more

I love this place!!! I used to be scared of getting my nails done bc every other place I went to either made me nails bleed or made them really ugly Lol but this place does them for cheap and my nail tech that I go to is super talented!! She super sweet too :-) it does get pretty busy so make an apt!!! read more

I can't believe how awful my nails look. You can see in the photo that I left the salon with rough cut up cuticles, different lengths and different shapes of each nail. It's pretty apparent especially in the pinky & thumb nails finger where the nail is leaning to one side. My pointer finger with the half heart had to be restarted more than once because the woman assisting me couldn't get the shape right. She was also on FaceTime with someone while she was working on those fingers so I'm not sure if her skills would be better if she wasn't distracted looking at someone on her phone. And I didn't just sit there and watch the nail tech mess up my nails. I did ask her to shorten some of them, sharpen more, adjust the heaviness on one side...it didn't help. I wish I had listened to the Yelp reviews and requested the woman everyone talks about because whoever I got definitely wasn't her. I'm never coming back here again. read more

I just finished getting a mani/pedi done here and it was an all around pleasant experience. The nail techs are courteous and friendly and the environment is just comfortable. The massage chairs are relaxing and all of the products they use (lotions,creams etc) smell really nice. At the time I came in I happened to be the only one there and so the service was very fast. When looking up the shop to go there, it said that parking in the area would be hard to find but I was fortunate enough to grab a parking spot right in front of the shop. I brought in my own polish because I wanted a specific color, (so I'm not sure if that affects the price) for the mani/pedi, it was under $40 and quality work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean,precise and comfortable mani/pedi experience. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and take pride in their work. It's not like other nail salons that rush you because somebody else has came in. This is my second time here and soon as I walked in I was remembered which was a plus for me. The prices will work with anybody's budget. This is my permanent nail salon now. I am giving it a two star because the convenience of making an appointment over the phone was easy however when I got there it looked to me as they were already getting ready to close and I felt like my pedicure was rushed I was in and out of there in 24 minutes I feel like if they could be a little bit more detailed with their pedicures it would be better and not feel rushed I was offered a callus remover and it was not even applied for even five minutes my overall gel was applied very heavy and blotchy. The overall experience felt very rushed. The lady that I had didn't even quite cut my cuticles and I know that he had been a while since I had a pedicure and most of the time I do get dead skin and I feel like my feet were not quite cleaned. Unfortunately I would not return. Parking was fairly easy it's street parking. I would not recommend very good friends but it is what it is just another nail shop that is doing rushed work. read more

So far so good. It's tough finding a good nail technician. But, these ladies are very sweet and polite. My daughter has been here 3 times, and every time she is happy about her nails. My daughter gets her nails done by Kim. This is my second time here. I get my nails done by Mia. She's so sweet. And I love how my nails turn out. My daughter and I, will be going back. read more

For some reason, I am constantly in search of a decent nail salon that doesn't over charge and under service. After visiting Gelish, this is still the case and I have not found it to be great in any sense. I booked an appointment for myself and my friend at 12:30, for two full sets and two pedicures. We arrived and they seated us immediately and offered us complimentary wine; not expensive wines but it was generous nonetheless. The massage chairs were extremely comfortable. The overall establishment is a fixer-upper, but I tend to like the feel of those types of places. The lady who worked on my pedicure was extremely nice and conversational. I didn't happen to catch her name but she was pleasant and was very attentive to what I asked for. I had to have a previous full set soaked off. This is where the lack of stars comes in. The lady who was removing the acrylic and doing my nails was pleasant at first; she wears a white jacked and has glasses, older lady. Mind you we sat down at 12:30. By the time she was placing the new acrylic on my nails, it was SO THICK that it took her almost an hour and a half to file it off. I did not leave this place until 3:30. I kid you not. She not only put the acrylic on too thick (only to file it down to a nicer thin layer), she kept cutting my cuticles while filing - making them bleed. When she saw I was not happy about that she apologized by saying it was my fault for moving my hand... which I didn't. But that is awful customer service either way. The full set ended up looking kinda chunky and I'm not exactly pleased. The pedicure was wonderful. But the manicure was lackluster and took entirely too long, I left what was supposed to be a relaxing endeavor, more irritated than ever. Who wants to spend 3 hours on a 1.5 hour process, total? Honestly wasn't worth $63, and three stars is being generous. Won't be returning. Update: So, hesitantly at first, I returned here the other day because I was attending a formal event the following night and desperately needed a fill. I won't lie in saying that this was my first choice; the other places I tried were too full and it was too last second. But thankfully that was the case, because my second experience here was NOTHING like the first. I walked in, sat down and they told me they'd be with me shortly. I waited for about 25 minutes - not too bad for no appointment (and they were busy). Tiffany started to attend to me and take the gel polish off of the nails. I hadn't encountered her on my first visit, as she had done my friends nails - but she was so sweet and friendly. She finished taking the gel polish off and I was transferred to MiMi. All I can say is, she is impeccable. She's meticulous, friendly, listens to exactly what you would like and does just that. She is, however, ALWAYS booked and for good reason. I really lucked out. It's best to call ahead for an appointment. As MiMi did my nails though, she remembered me from our previous visit and even said she was glad I returned (I'm guessing she saw the first review). It was very kind of her to follow up and it shows that they do care about their customer service. I will now gladly be a repeat customer and booking my appointments solely with her or Tiffany. I originally found this place on Yelp, I wanted to try it out since even the most expensive nail salon I used to go to didn't really do a good job and I figured I'd test my luck considering all the beautiful photos of nails that were done on previous clients. I came and wanted to get a gel mani/pedi, I remember there were 2 very kind and warming ladies who welcomed me and smiled. Offered me a drink (they have wine!), Ms. Linda and Kim were so sweet! Kim is the owner, Kim unfortunately left as I sat down to get my pedicure started, these 2 older ladies came to tend to my toes and fingers, 1 which was VERY rude. Mind you, I'm Vietnamese myself, so I try not to go in speaking so just in case they decide to get rude or insult me in Vietnamese. Anyway, they messed up everything, made me bleed, didn't even properly finish and demanded me to pay them a total of $60. Ms Linda was still there and she interrupted them by letting them know she'll call Kim to let her handle it since I was not satisfied with their work. Kim told Linda to take my number so that Kim can contact me. I left without paying, I got a text from Kim, apologizing on the 2 ladies' behalf and asked if I can give her shop a chance to fix this for me. I was VERY hesitant but I agreed. I came back the next day and Kim had her 2 god daughters work on my mani pedi, it was AMAZING. They were so nice and talkative, everything came out flawless and if I had ANY concerns they took it seriously right away and fixed it with no argument. That visit made up for the 1st. I recently returned back for another gel mani pedi yesterday, I make an appt with Kim and again, she was soooo welcoming and so sweet! She helped me pick out a few glitters since she caught on that I am very indecisive (whoops!) Lol, but we agreed on a color and the whole visit was just super relaxing! Definitely take into consideration that it is street parking but usually there's parking in front. They are re modeling but it looks super cute inside! They also have TONS of colors to chose from, majority gel. Also Kim is awesome with eyebrow waxing! I will definitely be a regular client here from now on. read more

Was super excited to try a new place I asked for a full set and a pedicure. The set of nails were fine but the pedicure was terribly bad they cut me super badly and they don't know how to paint nails properly I decided tell the lady OK just takeoff the nail polish and she still decided to charge me for the toes such a waste of time and money read more

Wow! Great service, quality and value! I will definitely be back. I had found a super cute design on Instagram that I wanted recreated. After calling around multiple salons I was quoted $40-$45 for gel pedi and NO nail art. Found Gelish on Yelp, called and was able to make a same day appointment. Total out the door for gel pedi, including this beautiful design was only $28!! They treated me very nicely, brought my water and drinks, let me use a portable charger to charge my phone (major points), responded well to my preferences on shape, color and design. Just all around hard working and pleasant staff! The girl who did my nail art took her time and worked to make it as perfect as possible, re-doing it several times because SHE wanted it to be perfect. I am so grateful. Please bring your business here (and please be nice! I observe so many rude customers at almost any nail salon.) There is the standard massage chair like most places have. I will be back.
