He used the drill with way too much pressure to remove my gel. It was so intense that it felt hot and painful. I've been getting gel manicures for decades, so I know how it should feel. He clearly over-filed my natural nails. By the time I realized it, my nails were paper-thin. I was honestly at a loss for words!! After all my nail broke the very next day. When I went back to get it fixed next day, He was aggressive and refused to admit he over-filed them. They said Your nails were already thin to begin with. That's all. Excuse me? I've had gels for decades--I know exactly how thick my natural nails are. The front desk is always arrogant and rude as well.
