Not only is the service at the front desk top notch and they're always so kind but Sabrina takes such good care of our pup and he always looks so perfect when I pick him up. The staff here is very friendly. Took my new fearful toy poodle mix rescue pup for grooming twice so far and they did excellent work (2 different groomers). We've now been clients at all4 for about a year. We love them! They are professional, coordinated, and deeply talented. We have a 5 year old Australian Shepherd and alternate between minor "sanitary" trims and seasonal big full-body haircuts. It's important to us to ensure we have a groomer that understands double-coated dogs, especially Aussies, and can really work with her fur and her attitude. This place is great! I have heard of groomers just shaving a dog's hair because of a few mats, but that would never happen here. Love this place! Needed a local groomer after I first brought my dog home from the shelter. All the great yelp reviews + knowing I'd be supporting a small business drew me in. My dog's fur was initially long and matted, and they did such a good job that I've already been back at least 4 times since. The service is great and I've never had a huge issue with what I received. There was one time where his face wasn't as round as I would've liked, so I let them know the next time, and they made sure to cut the fur as round as possible. (Oh, and they always give him cute bandanas after every groom! We have a collection of them now.) The prices seem very reasonable for the services. They have weekday specials so make sure to check their website. Front desk is always super helpful and friendly, too! One suggestion I do have is that it would be nice to meet the groomer at drop off or pick up once in a while. I've never personally met the groomers, and it would be nice to put names to faces, but I understand how busy they are. read more

We decided to take our cat to get her nails trimmed and came across this place which had good reviews. They were friendly and greeted us kindly but we didn't expected a bad job on nail trimming though. The nail trimming only took like 2 minutes surprisingly but we didn't put too much thought to it. I did a quick check on my cat's two front paws once they brought her back, seemed good so we paid and tipped and left. Once we got to the car we decided to check her two back paws and found that she was bleeding on two nails. They had cut way too deep. I suppose they rushed through her nails since we only waited very little. We felt bad for our baby so we went to go tell them she was bleeding on two nails and they said it was normal, which I know it isn't since every groomer should know not to cut too close to "the quick" aka the pink part. They ended up putting powder to help with the bleeding still was disappointed and felt bad for my cat since I know it did hurt her. I feel like maybe they shouldn't rush next time with anyone's cats nails but thankfully they were able to help. read more

My extremely super cute dog Winston has been here three or four times and I must say I have never been dissapointed. These people know what they are doing. The groomers do a great job shaving him down, I do feel for them, as Winston is usually matted as hell when I bring him. Trust me no easy task. His paws look like he has been running through a monster truck course on a rainy day, the hair around his eyes get darkened vy whatever that stuff is. They really have to work for their $$$$. But handle it flawlessly each and every time. Now Jessica, the girl up front that seems to handle the calls and front office work I guess. Where did you guys find her from? She is a keeper! I called on a Saturday Morning and really needed to get my dog in for grooming without an appointment. I took in my dog 4-5 weeks prior from a passing relative so the dogs grooming was pretty much nonexistent for the past 9 months so he wasn't in the greatest shape! They gave me a time to come in and I was impressed at how clean the place was and how helpful the girl at the counter was. I believe her name was Leah if I'm not mistaken. Anyways, she was very thorough in explaining what would happen and asked me a few questions regarding my dogs preferences as to what type of shampoo he would like or need. Next she brought out the groomer who spoke with me for a few minutes as well as get a bit acclimated to Wrigley. Overall I was very impressed with everything about the place and employees seemed to be very knowledgable about what they were doing which made me very comfortable leaving my dog with them. It was 3 hours from the time I left till the time they called me to pick Wrigley up. Considering my dog, I am pleased with the amount of time it took and remember this is a Saturday with no appointment made. When he came out, I was very surprised at the awesome job they did to Wrigley and immediately let them know this and proceeded to make my next appointment 6 weeks from now. The staff are always patient and kind to Arctic, that she feels comfortable when meeting them for her grooming appointment. Also ran into some issues when my dog started to be very picky with food.
