I am upset that I wasn't given what was promised. I had the initial appointment with the assistant manager and she came to look at the house gave me a quote (which was higher than what we usually paid but I was willing to give them a try) I asked for the bathrooms to be detailed (tile scrub and glass doors cleaned). And for the floors to be detailed cleaned. I had to reschedule my appointment and the lady that helped me wasn't to kind, said she would send me "confirmation and get a call back" which never happened. I had to call back after three days to inquire if I was to still expect them which they (again) were not to kind and said yes "window time morning time" I asked for clarification on what "window time consisted of" and they rudely said "well morning time" I once AGAIN asked what exactly is morning time? 8-10 am 8-11:am? The lady sounded frustrated and said "anywhere from 9 to 1pm. I'm sorry but as far as I'm concerned anything after 12 noon is no longer considered morning time. Anyhow, I said thank you and hung up. For first time cleaning they send over two people and they are on a 2 hour cleaning timer. I must say they were both nice people. They asked again what I areas of my home were most of concern. I reiterated that I wanted my bathrooms cleaned, specially my master bathroom, the floors and just typical dusting and cleaning of the house. They got to work right away. I work from home certain days of the week so I was comfortable with being home while they cleaned. I asked for my office room to not be cleaned. Upon finishing "cleaning" they did offer if I w acted to do a walk through of their cleaning services, I was busy with work I said it was okay. Boy do I REGRET THAT!! I did a walk through upon taking a break and I was beyond upset with the results. I seriously paid a whole lot (almost $300 for just cleaning 2 rooms and 2 small bathrooms) FIRST OF ALL- the area I asked to be detailed clean was NOT (I will post pics) the bathroom glass doors didn't even seemed to have been touched, the floor mirrors were not cleaned or touched, there was hair in the shower and then they did not even bother to dust absolutely nothing around the house. I mean nothing was dust. They didn't bother to sweep or vacuum under the beds. They only cleaned the dinning room shutters. Did not move my child's play mat to sweep/vacuum under it. I saw they had a steamer vacuum however it was not used. The living room was not touched (not sure if it's because I did not ask to specifically clean it but I thought $300 would at least cover dusting it, the shutters were not even touched there). The kitchen was cleaned and by that I mean counters wipe down (which I maintain very well because my kitchen must be clean at all times) and they only cleaned some of the cabinets. The shutters from the kitchen were not cleaned either. My kids room was not cleaned o Lu toys picked up (which there were only a few). And the floors were not detailed. I called the office and again a very dry lady answers the phone. I asked to cancel services and asked for the assistant manager to please call me back to inform her as to why I was canceling services and am upset (as a business owner I appreciate when I'm given feedback of satisfied and unsatisfied clients). I am still waiting for a call back. I really hope they take into account reviews or their business will go to waste. read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Unprofessionalism I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company today. I was shocked to be quoted $565 for a 6-hour cleaning service, only to be notified by my adult daughter that the cleaning was not up to par. When I came home to see for myself, I was appalled--my kitchen looked worse than when I left! Trash was left on the floor, and it was clear the cleaner had no experience. After speaking with her, it became evident she needed more training, especially for a home of my size. I called to complain, and the "co-founder," Jennifer, called me back. While she initially listened to my concerns, her tone quickly turned condescending, as if she was doing me a favor by merely acknowledging the issue. Even after explaining I had guests coming that night, her only solution was to send someone on another day. When I sent pictures of the poor cleaning, she was surprised but then announced she wouldn't charge me--though she seemed frustrated when I asked for this in writing. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. Jennifer texted me a one-liner saying they wouldn't charge me, as if that was supposed to be sufficient. When I asked for a proper email, her tone remained snappy and dismissive. It's clear that this new generation of business owners doesn't understand the importance of customer service. Charging $85 an hour for subpar work is outrageous, especially when the cleaner likely isn't even paid fairly. While the company may have a nice presentation with their cars and branding, their service is dreadful. If I could rate them a zero, I absolutely would. Save your money and take your business elsewhere--this company does not deserve your patronage. read more

We have had the Pink Sponge of Glendora Team help us with the cleaning activities for a few years already and have had several different crews with some of them coming to our facility more than once. For the most part, they all are great at what they do to keep our facility clean. Whenever something is missed, or not done as expected, we let them know and they add notes to their system to ensure is not missed again or done as we expected. They sent someone to inspect my place one day prior and I was told that 4 hours of one cleaner will covered kitchen, bathroom, mopping floor, baseboard, window trails and the bedroom dust cleaning. The lady came to my place today spent almost 2.5 hours cleaning my kitchen. My kitchen is small not big and it is not that dirty!! She then spent the rest of the time cleaning the bathrooms. No floor no moping no dust cleaning. My place still looks very dirty when you walked in.... For $300, only a small kitchen and 2.5 bath ( she did not even clean the kitchen and bathroom floors).
