They indeed did have them, let me take my shelf into the store to see if it would work with their system, and it did. They have the ability to cut the poles to your specified size. Again, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. I still maintain that they sell quality items here, so be prepared to pay for that quality. I did join their loyalty program, which includes 20% off of purchases. Since 4 poles cost around $120, I got $20 off, which makes it more palatable. Not everything in the store is hugely expensive, and it is an organizer's dream store.
