Think of it like Coldstone for yogurt, but with workers who don't want to pull their rotator cuff mixing the stuff in on frozen marble slabs. And the ingredients range from the expected to the unique - "fruity pebbles in your yogurt sir?" The staff is usually friendly, though their attentiveness tends to result in a long wait if there is any kind of line. The yogurts tastes fresh with a crisp twang to them. Their seasonal pumpkin yogurt was a real winner. But I usually stay away from the toppings because I am afraid of looking like an moron - "What the hell is a mochi?" "Does Captain Crunch go with kiwi??" et. al. Plus points for putting ice in the bag with to-go orders so they don't melt. Only a few flavors, but hey, quality over quantity. When entering the workers are always super nice and welcome you. They usually always ask if you're new so they could help out and offer yogurt samples. The yogurt is super smooth and delicious. I hate not being able to build my own yogurt, but luckily the workers happily oblige when I request for a LOT of mochi. I hate frozen yogurt. Actually, I hate most yogurt. It's that tang that is just unappealing to me. So why would I go to Pinkberry, you ask? Because I freakin' love their chocolate yogurt! This one has to be one of my favorite yogurt spots to go to. We walked in and I was surprised how nice and clean this place was. The decor is different from all other yogurt spots. You actually go in line to order your yogurt and your toppings in which I like. I ordered the mango yogurt and OMG it tasted like MANGO and did not have an after taste! Pinkberry doesn't have alot of flavors to chose from BUT that is okay with me as the Peanut Butter and Mango were the two that I liked the BEST. All I have to say is, "meh." This place was underwhelming at best. Compared to other yogurt places, the choice of yogurt flavors and toppings is limited. And the "original flavor" that the servers gush over tasted more like plastic than anything else (and there's no vanilla flavor on the menu? Seriously?). What really got my goat about this place was the price. Two three ounce cups of yogurt cost ten dollars and some change. All the other yogurt places I have been to not only have better selections, but they are pay by the ounce, which is pretty affordable in comparison. Pinkberry rules. I've been coming here for years. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is due to the following: lack of consistency, sometimes the yogurt is served well, other times it's lacking; same thing can be said about the topings, so your experience can vary depending on who is making your cup. One thing that sucks, that has happened to me many times, is that they don't have certain topings. I'm not talking about running out, which I know it happens if you're there late, but often times at early hours they don't have my favorite toppings and I live kind of far, so that's disappointing. Pinkberry, you are melt in my mouth goodness. Hubby and I were out for an all day excursion and I HAD, HAD to stop at Pinkberry. So, I saved some room for some froyo. The place was definitely happening, but I got a little nervous because the Asian count was so low (usually an indicator of how good a froyo place is). I'm glad I stuck around and waited in line though! You stand in line and the worker bees customize your froyo as you wish. It's kind of nice getting that kind of service. They're awfully chipper too. Just FYI: you can select more than one flavor. I noticed most only got a single flavor... Now what fun is there in that? I learned they have special swirl flavors as well. The fruit and toppings are all fresh - yum. My favorites so far are mango and coconut and I load on the fruit toppings, yogurt drops and mochi. The yogurt is much creamier and thicker in consistency that others that I have tried and this is now my favorite joint! You get through the line quickly and the decor is great. Ambience is 10/10, I like it because it is really modern and really makes it feel like a yogurt place. They have benches inside with tables and also patio seating and it's just really cozy. Customer Service is 10/10, they are always so friendly and outgoing. I love it! I never had a bad experience coming here, and never seen any workers popping off or having issues with customers. They're always smiling and very down to make conversation with you. Food is 10/10, I love their yogurt! My favorite would be the hazelnut and the mango. Good quality yogurt, probably the best quality of yogurt of any chain. Definitely explains why it's so expensive. I got a 5oz "small" serving (there are four sizes--mini, small, medium, large), which came out to more than 5 dollars. You also don't get to choose all the flavors (plus the flavors are relatively limited, about 5-6 to choose from) and toppings you want, like with other frozen yogurt chains. I would probably give the place 3 stars, but the staff is very friendly. It was my first time ordering from pinkberry, and so they were more than willing to help me order. I like this Pinkberry because it tastes better than other random froyo shops around, so I have to come here for some decent tasting froyo (there's no Yogurtland around). I've worked at a Pinkberry in Los Angeles my freshman year of college, so I know how this works. It surprised me that it took DFW 4+ years to get into the froyo hype. So living in LA and eating at Pinkberry since 2006, the hype for me has died down long ago, but I can see a majority of people are just now talking about froyo around here. The Pinkberry here looks just like any other Pinkberry. Their customer service is great. I found a hair in my froyo and the kid behind the counter offered to make me a completely new one- that was unnecessary, I just asked him to remake the portion of the froyo that I haven't touched. Disappointed this location doesn't have the green tea froyo that I love. The people at the counter told me it was a So.Cal thing, but New Orleans had it. This place is expensive, and the ONLY thing keeping me coming back is their praline hazelnut topping (tastes like nutella) that's $.50 per scoop! read more

Came in to get yogurt 30 minutes before they were closing and the young lady behind the counter told me they did not have chocolate and the other young lady said we are about to close. I asked them if they close at 11 and they replied yes, so technically you still are open for 30 minutes. They were emptying out all the machines as if they were already closed.
