Whenever I come visit my best friend we come here (almost) every day! It is pricey, but I love the fresh fruit and dried toppings this place offers. I normally get the same type of fruit and dried toppings. Majority of the time at other yogurt shops the dried toppings are stale. YUCK! Not at Pinkberry! I love Pinkberry especially when it opens late, 11pm on a Saturday. They have an array of flavors, but my favorite was tart and pomegranate. This isn't a knock on this location, but the company as a whole... Pinkberry is turning into just another Frozen Yogurt place. When they first came to town I was amazed it was the first Frozen Yogurt place that actually tasted like yogurt and not just crappy soft serve. But over the last year or so, with the introduction of all these non-yogurts, the non-dairy, and now the two flavors of "Milk Ice Cream" that only leaves 3 slots for actual frozen yogurt flavors, since they only keep 3 machines in every location. I haven't seen my favorite flavor of Coconut in over a year. And every time I've gone recently it's always just Original, Pomegranate, Chocolate Hazelnut, Non-dairy Coconut, Milk Ice Cream, and Strawberry Ice Cream. Add another machine in your locations if you want to keep your non-yogurts, otherwise you are killing everything I loved about Pinkberry. That being said, the staff are nearly always pleasant, and I generally enjoy my visits. read more

Pinkberry is nice scenery feel to the interior with some great desserts and toppings with it. Staff is very nice and respectful here, but sometimes slow with the service. Pinkberry is pretty pricy at times, but if you feel like the taste is worth the price, knock yourself out! There is very wide variety of flavors of tart frozen yogurt. I come here maybe once every other 3 months due to the price but the flavor always gets me coming back. A small advice for the business is to occasionally wipe down the tables and sometimes seats with a sanitized towel because some frozen yogurt is spilled and makes the surfaces sticky and unsatisfying to eat at. read more

Being that pinkberry is a chain, it's just like all the others. I haven't had any poor service yet, and i'm not expecting any. I suppose i've become a snob since i do prefer their yogurt to self-serve (at least in norcal now). Not too many exotic flavors to try out, but not that i'd expect pinkberry to carry them either. their latest "pumpkin" is not really hitting the mark of exceptional, so if i were you, i'd ask for a sample first. again, it's probably just me, but after trying two seasonal flavors, watermelon, and now pumpkin, i'd say original is my fav. generalities finished, now for specifics: for this particular visit, we had one small original w/toppings and one small pumpkin w/toppings. besides the flavor, we found that for some reason, our small pumpkin, had significantly less yogurt than our original. okay, so "significantly" has no scientific measurements, but, there was a big clean spot at the bottom of our cup, which meant there was a huge hole/air bubble in our cup. and that means, less yogurt. i'm not great with weight estimations, but if i can hold both cups and notice that one is lighter by a lot, it really is lighter. other than that grip, i'm okay with it. just not going to get the "flavor of the season" again. maybe next time i'll ask them to weigh both and tell me the difference. now i feel like i got jipped. :( read more

I think pinkberry is overrated. I they have limited yogurt selections. The yogurt is very tarty. I also tried the chocolate flavor and it was just ok. I love Pinkberry. Best frozen yogurt spot I've been to in a long time. It has definitely set the standards, at least from where I've been anyways. The used to have 5 main things on the menu, then they've recently changed their menus. Now they're always switching up--and each Pinkberry is different. That's one thing I hate the most. Although they seasonal flavors that come in for a limited time, my original that I always get is not available anymore. Service is always on point, they're always greeting you and being perky--that's the type of people that you would want to deal with on a daily basis! Great customer service, bravo! This spot is particularly clean, and they always offer water for you. Price... The price has gradually increased a lot. I remember when small with toppings used to be 3.50 now it's at 4.50. That's quite a disappointment and was one of the reasons why I stopped coming so often. :( You can always find coupons or use your rewards card when you buy them, but to me, I wish they had kept it cheaper. I went here for the first time last night and it was great. This is my new favorite froyo spot. I got the peanut butter chocolate flavor froyo, I wanted the melted chocolate crunch sauce but I was told it would cost extra so I was going to pass and get no toppings. The woman who was making my cup said I should get the little solid chocolate crunch bits because they were the same thing, just unmelted, and very delicious. I'm glad I listened to her because it turned out sooo good! My friend wanted two fruity tastes so she made some suggestions for him and his came out great too. My family and I really enjoy pinkberry more than anything after dinner. I like to bring all the kids there and share, But man, it's starting to get costly. 20 dollars got four small yogurt with topping . I guess that's the price I have to pay. Great service!! Came with one of my best friends again and Pinkberry never disappoints us. I got a large seasonal peppermint cookies and cream frozen yogurt with toppings for $7.99. They let you try the different frozen yogurt flavors so if you have trouble deciding, that'll help because I was hesitant to get the peppermint cookies and cream flavor. Surprisingly, the peppermint didn't overpower the cookies and cream and I would definitely recommend this flavor while it's still here! As another plus, the interior design is very chic and modern; almost feels like an IKEA. read more

Pink berry is the type of place where it is sweet with a bit of tartness so if you aren't the "tart person " this isn't for you. I like how pink berry uses fresh ingredients like raspberries, kiwi , and blueberries. First off the interior is simple and clean. Very nice and pleasant to the eye. Very spacious and the floor is a rocky pattern type. I really love the inside. Nothing too much or overdone. Workers are extremely nice and friendly. They were patient and very helpful. The front counter is very clean and toppings table is kept very clean so that's a plus. Price wise is very cheap. A small is 4.99 with toppings. The taste of the yogurt is great! Although there wasn't many choices to choose from, there's a type flavor for everyone's there. I love this place! it's so clean always smells clean too. it's kind of pricy? only because the way they charge is different. it's almost 4$ for a regular size with toppings. their flavor selection doesn't change much. however occasionally they will have seasonal flavors which are always good. the topping choices are great too. the workers are always nice too they most of the time will offer a sample if you are unsure of your decision on a flavor. they also know how to give good recommendations. the interior of the place is always very nice and modern and I believe they offer free wifi. *side note: I've visited 3 pinkberrys around Sac and they are all pretty much the same. same service same vibe same look to the shop very clean. however some shops will offer different flavors but for the most part they're all the same. The best local froyo place around. The customer service is great, they let you try everything, and wait on you patiently. My first time in there it took me forever to decide what to get. One of the employees (i didn't get her name )had a stank face as soon as my family and I went in. When we walked up to order she gave us an attitude while taking our order, it's not the first time I get an attitude from the employees. I really like eating the frozen yogurt here but I hate how I don't feel very welcome. Please train your employees on customer service. Lovely spot! I do like that they have their own app on the phone so you can work your points and such from home. I always liked the simple, clean environment you get when walking into a Pinkberry, especially this location. I always order the same thing, a small, original tart, with shredded coconut, cheesecake bites, and hazelnuts. My daughter and I go to this Pinkberry location roughly once a week between the two of us. No matter the season they always have a flavor we like whether it be a new one or a classic and the toppings are always fresh. They have five sizes on the menu from mini to a huge take home as well as smoothies and shakes so everyone will leave happy. Just in case you happen to be in a group where someone only wants a drink they have non-Pinkberry selections like Izzy and bottled water. The service has always been great when we visited, the decor is gorgeous and it's always been clean. I have never used the restrooms so I can't speak on them. They are open late for those of us that may get "cravings" so that's great! Parking sucks but it's surrounded by great stores and eateries so that's to be expected. The yogurt is actually pretty good, but yeah, I don't buy into the hype. It just originated in LA where all the celebs ate their frozen yogurt then it just HAD to infiltrate Nor-Cal. The staff has no knowledge of the product and are horrible at explaining things even when you tell them you've been before. I went to the original pink berry's down south and in the bay and they are much better than Pink Berry Elk Grove. It just doesn't feel like a Pink Berry, simple as that.
