    Tropical Mango & Pomegranate
    Helen H.

Pinkberry isn't as popular as it used to be. As for me, it's a once a year thing. I went in and got the tropical mango and pomegranate swirl. I enjoyed the tartness of both and would like to think it was a healthyish treat.

After a recent dinner in Roseville,my daughter wanted a dessert,so we decided to try the newest location of PinkBerry located on Pleasant Grove in the Nugget shopping center. Parking is plentiful for this location,so that was nice. When we arrived the workers were very friendly and were quick to offer samples.Though being a PinkBerry veteran I knew exactly what I wanted.I ordered my usual medium Pomegranate with toppings ($7.99) which came with 5 toppings and I chose all the fruits I could. My daughter went with a small 2 flavor swirl tart/pomegranate with toppings($6.99),which she added the chocolate crunch topping which she absolutely loved. Overall we had a great visit and for sure look forward to going again whenever we want that sweet tooth craving tamed-we really like this new location,I would recommend you do the same. PS...Don't forget to download the PinkBerry app as they have a pretty solid rewards program for their customers along with a birthday program you can sign up for on their app-all good things!

We finally made it into check out the new location of Pinkberry. It's close to Nugget Market, Chipotle and Sutter Walk In Care in Roseville. There's tons of parking making it super easy! We were immediately greeted when we walked in. My daughter was able to try 3 different flavors before she decided on Tropical Mango. She picked both flavored popping boba for her toppings. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate (made with chocolate hazelnut frozen yogurt). Both were AMAZING!! We made sure to sign up for rewards! And we can't wait to go back!!!

This pink berry location is relatively new and right next to nugget. It is full service unlike froyo places where you make your own and pay by the ounce. I sampled the tropical mango and loved it and liked how it was made with all fruit. I got half tropical mango and original tart with toppings and it was the perfect size. The quality of the toppings and yogurt tastes better and fresher than the make your own froyo spots. Only thing is the price is expensive but you are getting full service and better ingredients in the frozen yogurt Check it out and taste the diff compared to other spots where you make your own froyo

Great service with a sweet smile and a beautiful clean restaurant!!

This place is great. Always kind staff, great service, yogurt is so good. The Dubai chocolate one is my favorite.

They seem to have a rotating menu of unique flavors. It was my wife's and I first time there and were a little overwhelmed with all the kinds of ice cream. As Celin (I think that's how you spell her name) our scooper brought us around the whole menu while describing what nuances we should be tasting I couldn't help but to love every bite! Even the more interesting ones like goat cheese habanero. It was delightful to be treated with such great hospitality as we were just ordering ice cream! I was already planning my next trip before I even paid. I would go back just to talk ice cream.

I'd been to one down in SoCal before, so I already knew I was probably making a good decision. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The shop was clean, the vibe was good, and the staff immediately offered samples. Honestly, that's a dangerous game because suddenly I wanted everything. After trying a couple flavors and joking around with the crew, they suggested the Birthday Cakes & Blackberries. Sold. It was the perfect mix of sweet with just enough blackberry to balance it out. Definitely hit the spot on a warm night. The ice cream was great, but the people working there made the visit even better. Friendly, patient, and happy to let me sample a few flavors without making me feel rushed. If you're at The Fountains and that dessert craving sneaks up on you, this place is worth the stop. Just don't blame me if you leave with more than one scoop.

They don't skimp on the amount of ice cream. I had to ash for mini ice cream sundae. There appears to be a glasses off section to watch them make ice cream that is out off service. That would have been the icing on the cake of experiential dining. Oh and they are serious about allergies, taking extra time to make sure there is no cross-contamination.

When he got there, our order was ready but he had to wait a long time because the employees were very disorganized. He noticed there were a lot of employees who seemed to be pretending to be busy on the eat-in side and the employees on the take-out side and in the kitchen were obviously very overwhelmed and needed help. As a result he, along with other customers, had to wait quite a while before being helped. He even had an employee ask if he'd been helped and the employee just walked away instead of getting our order. And when my husband got home and we finally opened our ice creams they were VERY melted, almost like soup. Mind you, we live a 2-minute drive away and the ice cream would not have melted like that on the drive home. Also, the last time we ordered ice cream to-go back in May, our cookies-n-cream ice cream had almost no Oreo in it. It was like eating plain vanilla ice cream with tiny bits of Oreo in it. Even when we got to the bottom of the tub there was still almost no Oreo. We have gotten the same flavor in the past and there used to be MUCH more Oreo. I attached photos of our ice cream from May. We have been long-time customers, and we have noticed a decline in the quality of the ice cream and service overall. I expect a much better product for the price.
