Adorable shop with an awesome and friendly owner. We have been waiting for this place to open for a few months now. Finally had the chance to come in today, as a congrats dessert for my little gymnast, and talk about a treat! Great flavor options of frozen yogurt (fruity and milky alike). We were in the area and decided to give Frozone a shot. The reviews are good at 5.0 but only on 11 reviews so what could go wrong? Upon arriving I checked out the yogurt selection and topping selection. Yogurt selection was decent and I had no issues with the yogurt itself. However, it's the toppings that make or break a froyo place. Sadly, the toppings here left much to be desired. They only had a few fruits available (strawberries, blueberries and ?). Both the strawberries and blueberries were clearly of the frozen variety and were still frozen. I moved to the next section where they had cookie dough, brownie bites, etc. Those were all fine but I also added chocolate covered pretzels... all of which were totally stale and I threw them out. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I'm giving them three stars because the yogurt itself was decent but the add ons were very meh. Shame as I was hoping to add another froyo shop to my options but for now I'll stick with my other "go tos" and probably not be back to Frozone. read more

A gem to have in the neighborhood! The owner is super sweet and was so helpful when I called to make inquiries as I wanted to bring a group of kids in for fro-yo after my son's bday party and had a few food allergies to cater to. She happily explained our options and when we came in with a group of 12 boys plus adults, the worker was kind and knowledgeable, and everyone loved their treat. Great options for toppings, lots of FroYo to choose from, and a very clean store. We love visiting this spot! read more

Went in with my sister and brother! When we came in the woman working who was the owner was so sweet and kind helped us with any questions we had! They had a pineapple and lemon dole whip flavors and as someone who loves citrus and dole whip I was in HEAVEN it was so good! There were a ton of options for toppings and what looks like room to expand a bit! It was clean and really well maintained especially the machines! If you have ever been to big name frozen yogurt shops you know how the machines can get dirty and look it too sometimes but none of that here! I don't live around here unfortunately but i will be back whenever I am in town I can not recommend this place more! read more

Stacey provided such a light, caring, and supportive environment that kept me and my friends there until closing! She took our recommendations to heart and also gave her own on flavor and topping combos! The flavors I got were strawberry and chocolate, and everything about both were amazing! I have gone here frequently with my friends and it has quickly turned into my favorite froyo spot! I am not one to leave reviews but my most recent experience here was so amazing I just had to step out of my comfort zone. The customer service is top notch and Stacey is a hoot to talk to! My friends and I sat in there for so long and we did not even realize that the store had closed! There are new rotating flavors often so there is always a chance to try new flavors. For example, I tried the salted caramel pretzel and it turned into my favorite flavor besides maybe dole whip. On Easter Day, my daughter and I stopped by, even though I knew the shop was closed. She wanted to see it for herself. When she tried the door, it was locked, but then the owner opened it and explained they were closed for the holiday. He kindly asked which flavor she preferred and offered to check the freezer for samples. He returned with two different flavors and generously gave them to us for free. We're new to the area and have visited several frozen yogurt shops, but this one remains my favorite by far. We've been here a few times already, and every visit, the staff has been incredibly friendly. Thank you for such excellent customer care! We'll definitely be back soon. read more
