Really happy that I hired Pink's Moving & Storage to assist with clearing out a situation caused by "hoarders" at my late brother's house that I'm preparing for sale. Linda with Pink's was easy to work with, professional and was happy to answer any questions I had regarding my project (it was a plus that Pink's doesn't charge a "truck" fee and their hourly rate is less than the competition). Come the day of the activity, Zach (hope I spelled that correctly) and Tory arrived and got down to business immediately. If I could give this 10 stars, I would! Moving is terrible whenever you have to do it, but especially in July in Arizona. I hired Pink's to take some of the burden off of me and I was not disappearing. Working with Linda in the office to plan everything made the process super simple. There's no 30 minutes on the phone trying to calculate exactly how many boxes you'll have- it's a flat rate and you're good to go! They confirmed the day before that we were still good to go, and Moe, Josh and Mike showed up promptly at 8am to get started. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly! They worked hard and they worked quickly and had my 23 mile move completed in just under 3 hours, including drive time. All of my items arrived safe and sound to my new home and everything was treated as if it were fragile. Moe reviewed all the contracts and pricing with me prior to the move beginning and my price at the end was exactly what I expected. Highly worth noting that they have - by FAR - the lowest trip/fuel charge; out of the 6 estimates I obtained, everyone else is charging $200-$400 right now- Pink's is only $100! So, if you're in your thirties or a little further up than that, don't bother rounding up the friends and paying in pizza and beer. Pretty disappointed from our move last month. Crew showed up on time and was very friendly. Long story short they work by the hour so they take their jolly old time. We had everything 100% ready to go and still ended up being an 8 hour move for not a ton of items. They told me they were going to stop for lunch and would take it off the clock. They took 15 minutes off and a 20 minute drive took them an hour and 10 minutes to get to. Also with the bill they round to the hour in their favor. read more

Pinks Moving driver hit and ran me on the freeway and did 80-90mph to get away from me after causing extensive damage to my vehicle. Company has been unresponsive! I could have been seriously injured and the driver didn't even stick around to find out. I have it all on video of him fleeing the scene! I want nothing but my car fixed and this company won't do it. Third time I've used Pinks. Always very friendly, fast, and reliable though this last move there were a few things that didn't go as smoothly. First, I had a a copy of the estimate that said there would be two movers, which up until recently that what I've encountered. This time though, four guys showed up. I wish I would have known prior so that I could get the appropriate tip to cover everyone and of course to budget that cost in. The next thing was that my desk was damaged, they pulled it apart when its not supposed to be disassembled. Luckily, my boyfriend was able to put it back together ok but when they pulled it apart, the LED light strip we had around it was cut in two. I really like the service this group offered. I had to use them twice in a week due to not booking the right sized POD. I was moving out of state, and halfway through packing the smaller POD the guys were really honest about how they thought it would fit or work out. That was my bad, but they communicated clearly, and helped pack everything into the POD. They were on-time, or early and very courteous. The office was also very polite and helpful, helping to make sure the initial estimate documents were correct and easily accessible. Moving sucks, but Pink's actually made it tolerable. The guys were SO nice and took great care of our stuff. Linda, the office associate who handled the scheduling was friendly and prompt. We changed our time slot and she never acted like it was a hassle. She quickly resent the contract. We knew exactly what we were going to be charged. Many other companies that we called charged a trip charge, but we were just having them unload our U-Haul. Pink's didn't charge the trip fee. I've had so many movers where they under-quote and then once they are done it's WAY more than I expected. This didn't happen...exactly what I expected was what we paid. All in all they were fairly priced, worked hard (movers in Arizona are some of the hardest workers!) and were friendly and efficient. Kudos to Pink's! When we called and answered the questions, we were given a quote and a time frame (2-3 hours). When the movers got there, I was told that it would be 6-7 hours. Nate was unprofessional and walked away from me while talking to me. He "tried" to help by asking if I wanted a third guy for $50 more and "decrease the time an hour or two." I agreed and my husband and I made several trips of our own to move things from our old place to the new one. We noticed that our third "mover" was standing around when we returned to get more items to move over. Our couch cord was removed and we had to look for the cord. Now the couches are messed up and our loveseat does not recline anymore. My fake plants were thrown all over the living room and destroyed. I do appreciate Luke and how professional he was. I didn't even get a name on the third gentleman. It may sound like a good deal when talking to them over the phone, but it is not. They will tell you that it will take many more hours than you were expecting so if you decide to go with them, please expand your budget. Linda attempted to rectify this by offering to send a refund for an hour, but we have yet to receive anything in the mail. Good luck to anyone moving with this company. Edit: yes, we spoke on the phone and you KNEW that I was on the second floor and had a two bedroom/two bath BEFORE moving, so that shouldn't even be an issue. I was quoted 2-3 hours AFTER answering the questions as to how big our place was, where we were located and where we were going. ATTENTION OPTIMA RESIDENTS! Pink's will quote you more if you are at the Optima than they would any other apartment, I gave them the details when I asked for a quote let them know I would be on the 2nd story of an apartment, as soon as they saw the Optima address they went back on their initial quote, saying how much harder it is to move into the Optima. As you know the optima has a loading dock and a freight elevator to make it as easy as possible to move in to. I know because I had furniture delivered and they told me how much easier it is to move into these buildings than any other apartments. Most apartments don't even have elevators let alone freight elevators. I now have to wait even longer to move in because they went back on their quote. I get that these are considered "luxury" apartments but we shouldn't have to pay more than any one else because of this. Very bad business practice. Spend your money somewhere else. UPDATE. Response below is not accurate. The optima requires you to block off time for the loading dock and doesn't allow moves unless you have reserved the freight elevator and the loading dock. I had one TV one couch and one Credenza, 3 pieces total. I did not see the need for 3 movers, one mover per piece is excessive. read more

We were moving to the 3rd floor of an apartment complex and my husband is a disabled veteran so there is no way he could have helped to move any of the big items with his injury. We felt so bad as the guys were having to bring our heavy items up 3 flights of stairs in the heat but they kept thanking us and reminding us that this is their job and by hiring them it was also a blessing to them as they get to keep working during these unknown times.
