Let me start with this. Movers were nice guys, showed up when they were supposed to show up. They were cordial and respectful. Now on the other hand, 3 Pink movers moved my 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 740 sq ft apt, 4th floor with elevator from Chandler to N. Scottsdale apt, 4th floor elevator for $1,000. Yes, you heard me! 1 grand! 1 couch by stairs. I will attach pics of the items moved. The commute from Chandler and off the 101 and Chandler blvd to N Scottsdale Frank Lloyd Wright took them 45 mins mid morning no traffic. I drove the speed limit and got there in 20 mins. I asked if they needed to follow me, driver said no go ahead. I'm going to take it slow, but we will be right behind you. Then driver called me when they arrived asking if my unit was 4141. As they were looking for the wrong unit when arrived. Documented incorrectly by the operator who did my quote. The start time was actually 8:40 but documented as 8:30. I called my daughter in the hallway at 8:24 to let her know the movers arrived. This was before they entered my place. They couldn't have started at 8:30. And because they "finished" at 12:36, I was charged an extra $93 for 6 mins of "extra work". Now one guy put my entire bed back together, instead of moving things. Did I ask for that no. Did I appreciate that yes, did I think it would cost me $93 extra dollars because my move was 6 mins longer? He also spent most of his time wrapping things that were not necessary. Even if I said don't do it, it was done. Then I paid for shrink wrap. Then the lady who quoted me said they preferred Zelle. But didn't mention that they only take Zelle from certain banks. Therefore, I paid by credit card with a 5% credit card fee. I typically rent a truck and hire moving help from Uhaul app. I'll go back to that. Shrink wrapping fees, tape fees... I have moved so many times, I have it pretty well organized when movers arrive. Lots of storages bins stacked and ready to go. I will never do this again, thanks for the lesson learned. Again movers were nice but should that have been a 2+ hour pick up and 1 1/2 hr drop for 3 people? Finally the initial call from the movers this morning made me nervous. I was asked if anyone would be with me to help me move my personal things. What??? I'm a woman alone hiring help to move. That question made feel unsafe and as if someone wanted to know if anyone would be around to help keep tabs on the move progress. One person can't be in the apt and at the truck to ensure work is done the entire time. Thanks Pink, I'll take Uhaul and moving help for $400 Alex! Here are pictures of how things were packed. Except the bed. It was not assembled when they showed up at my place to move. IN RESPONSE TO LINDA: Several times here I said they guys were nice and did a great job. Great job, didn't break anything, Great job, didn't show up hung over. Conveniently you are ignoring the points I made here, slow drive to Scottsdale, slow move and ridiculously expensive move for what I had. Delay by not calling me on arrival about a wrong apt # on paperwork. Delayed by 6 mins cost $93. One guy in the apt the entire time wrapping, setting up my bedroom not moving things turned into a $1000 move. Say what you want I meant what I said and will never recommend this service. $1000 is ridiculous for what I have to move from Chandler to Scottsdale! Both locations right off the highway. To any customer, make sure you are more than one person if you're moving. One to watch inside and out. 2 1/2 hours to load the items pictured is crazy.

Pink's Van , they are done at 9:30 less than 2 hours. Really pleased with their service.

The Two guys who moved me showed up at 8:10 am Eager to help Red and Theo. Theo knocked on my door with Orange Sneakers! They knew exactly what to do and waisted no time getting started! Seamlessly the moved my packed boxes down a flight of stand was a Snap. Moving in my Furniture and boxes to a first floor unit . A Wise Decision! They meticulously placed my furniture as I directed them... Looks great , smaller space. Being a Minimalist is my Thing. I fell within the 2 hour minimum. Outstanding , focused, personal service. I highly recommend Pink's for their close attention to detail. Best Movers in Phoenix

What a great team we had! They took extra care of our furniture both packing and unpacking. Very professional and communicative from initial quote through moving wrap up. I was more than impressed. We couldn't have made our move as successful ourselves (which my husband wanted to). Worth every penny. I highly recommend.

This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. They took necessary breaks, but they worked so hard, all while cracking jokes with us and keeping the mood light. By the time they left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Pro tip: If you hire movers in the AZ summer, please be kind--offer them cold water, sports drinks, and maybe some Rice Krispies Treats to keep them going! They saved us so much time and left us with the energy to unpack and settle in half the time it would have taken on our own. We are so thankful we went with Sterling Interstate. I don't even want to think about moving again, but it's a relief knowing exactly who we'll call when the time comes. 10/10 recommend!

They showed up on time, came prepared with the right equipment, and worked efficiently as a team. What really stood out was how careful and methodical they were--making sure nothing was damaged during the process, especially with something as awkward and heavy as a full-body mount. They communicated well throughout, took their time where it mattered, and still got everything done quicker than expected. If you need movers who can handle specialty or high-value items with care and professionalism, I'd highly recommend them. Would absolutely use them again.

Working with Brandon to plan, bid, and execute this move made things incredibly easy for me. Let's begin with what are two of the most important considerations with a long-distance relocation--cost, and protection of your property. I say with confidence that Brandon will give the best available pricing when compared with other interstate movers. He has been in this business for a very long time and his experience equates to efficiency, which in turn equates to cost savings for his customers. When it comes to protection of your property, Brandon's experience again pays off. Each item is treated as he would treat his own property. Boxes are well packed with contents protected with sufficient wrapping. Mattresses are double-bagged and arrive in the same condition as they left. I had a lot of glass and/or fragile items in this move, and nothing at all had any damage, for which I am grateful. I experienced multiple interstate relocations during my career in the U.S. Coast Guard, all of which were contracted to major companies. I also made one interstate move on my own over 25 years ago (for which I still wonder what I was thinking). This move with Parker's Interstate Movers tops all of the previous for cost, efficiency, and ease. Since my move, Brandon has followed up with me to see how I was doing in my new home and to ensure my satisfaction with his services. He truly does care about his customers as people, not simply contracts. With that I give Brandon and Parker's Interstate Movers my full endorsement.
