I was happy to discover that salesman Steve there in Gilroy is incredibly knowledgable, helpful and low pressure (I for one cannot tolerate that sort of stress) and there was a wideselection of hot tub models. We discussed our needs with him and after some comparison shopping finally decided upon on a Caldera Seychelles (really glad we didn't impulsively go with Costco for this decision!!!) Steve was even able to recommend an electrician who often hooks up this brand and has an ongoing relationship with HTW. My wife had some real concerns about access to our yard but they were dispelled once we did a facetime video call down our pathway and clarified the dimensions needed. When it came time for delivery it was fascinating how professional and careful the crew was, like a brutish ballet! Now basking in the glorious 102-degree temperature of our tub, as our tensions melt away we now think that this might have been one of the better decisions of our life!

They left me high and dry with pool totally green and told me via email after three weeks of not servicing my pool. For many weeks, I kept compaining that the pool was getting green. Finally after I wrote to them, they told me they stopped coming three weeks back. When asked why they would do such a thing, they started yeling at me and telling me how to use internet. Absolutely unrelaible, pathetic and unprofessional. Don't let them in your backyard.
