I left 3 text messages and even gave him an out to say he no longer wanted the business so I could get other quotes and he did not even respond to that. I suppose it is best to know ahead of time that the person you hire will not be responsive.

We hired Nelson's Pool Service to clean the pool and test the water, adding chemicals if necessary…read more our house was for sale and we were moving 400 miles away. According to our realtor the pool was clean and given the high charge for chemicals, the chemicals must have been attended too. They also charged, unbeknown to us, $150 to clean the pool filter. This was unnecessary as we had cleaned the filter just before we left. The pool service should have let us know they were going to clean the filter and we would have declined. We would not recommend this service.
