Lamana's knows what they are doing. We packed our personal items, so the crew only had to move the furniture & boxes. They just needed us to direct them as to placement in our new house. In all, the entire process took about 5 hours. We should note my husband is immune compromised and all staff took precautions when it came to pandemic precautions. We are grateful for their professionalism and concern, in this regard. There was a GREAT article about Lamana's in the Albany Times Union on 9/2/20, this is a multigenerational family run business and they deserve the high praise and recognition. I've already passed them on to another friend who will be moving in the near future and to our realtor. I do recommend calling & booking as soon as you have a closing date. I had to cancel the move altogether due to her health changes. The people at Don's were understanding, kind and easy to work with. They refunded all the money I paid towards the move and even asked how my mom was doing. I was so touched and impressed with them, especially Rose, Glen & Charles, that I would go to them again should we have to move and would tell anyone they would be in good & caring hands.

Don't waste your time on this company, you'll be running around doing it all on your own anyway.
