First time here. My best friend and I had our friends date night here tonight and loved everything about this NEW spot. The entire staff from the host, bartenders, and server (hey jaz) were super friendly and even talked to 1 of the managers. Food wise everything was amazing. The only 2 reviews on this NEW spot don't do it justice. Well tequila at an arcade spot isn't a vibe girl, step it up please! And to the person complaining about the bacon wrap jalapeños, I'm a fan of bacon wrapped jalapeños I definitely wasn't disappointed. Now as far as the staff not understanding the point system I will say it was confusing for myself as well and I'm tech savvy. So I can understand how an older couple struggling to understand technology will have a hard time figuring it out the app. That review was left days after y'all opened but Rome wasn't built in a day! I only see this spot becoming the next main event. We skipped bowlero to check you guys out and definitely didn't disappoint. I saw several people order the 36" pizza and definitely planning a day to bring the rest of our friends to have a game night here. This is our new Sunday funday or Monday Tuesday vibe! I've seen this place blowing up on social media, so when my company planned an event for team bonding, I quickly accepted the invite. Since it was already planned, getting what I needed upon entry was a breeze. I simply stated who the company event was for and I received a wristband. I was then given directions on how to find the VIP bowling lounge which were so simple to follow. I appreciate the girl at the host desk who gave clear directions because it would have been so easy to get lost. So again since this was a group outing, we received two drink tickets and a small buffet with an assortment of delicious appetizers and entrees. The mac and cheese balls were yummy, the chicken and waffles were pretty good, it was served with melted butter sauce and warmed maple syrup to drizzle on top of the waffle which was a little hard on the outside but softer on the inside. They even had a little green onion garnish to them. The chicken was just regular chicken strips but pretty huge-sized. The mashed potatoes were creamy and garlicy and maybe just a tad bit too salty, but they were still enjoyable with the rest of my plate. The food overall was just slightly warmer than room temp. The drink tickets only allowed you to order beer, wine and wells drinks. You can order other drinks such as the cocktails they have and top shelf but they would be on a separate tab. My co-worker decided to do just that. We went to the bar just around the corner from the VIP lounge and she tried to order some drinks, but the bartender was so rude and didn't give my friend a chance to order anything. She felt discouraged to go back up to the bar and ask for anything else. We decided to ask someone else to help us and we ended up asking the manager for help. Jesus accommodated us so well and we were able to order drinks without any attitude. We were given game cards and were able to use them on several of the games. The bumper cars and laser tag was a blast! If you see a huge line outside of the bumper cars, don't be discouraged because the wait is only about 3 minutes. The bumper cars do have a seat belt which I never figured out how to put on accurately, so i was expecting the attendant to go around and check that everyone was securely fastened, but that didn't happen, so I had a "seat belt" just around my arm. It made it pretty uncomfortable but it was ignored since i was having so much fun bumping into my co-workers. Laser tag was next to it so we jumped on that as well. They had some pretty unique arcade games in my opinion like the hot shot which is a big version of the hoops and they also had connect four hoops. There's a monopoly game that you can spin the dice to win tickets depending on what you land on. Lots of VR games to play. I will have to come back and try the rock wall and the high ropes and definitely do the bumper cars again. This place is lots of fun and will make you feel like a kid again. Overall, the experience was amazing, despite the rude service we encountered. If you come here just for the games, I don't suspect any problems since it is kind of self-serve, you can just load up points on your game card and play until it runs out. I am not sure exactly how much it costs to load points. I have seen some people say that the prices do not match the online price so just be weary of that. read more

Lots of potential to be a very fun place. While there, at least 12 games malfunctioned, taking my money. 1 Poor guy was running around trying to fix all of the messed up games hopelessly. Dave and Busters has many of the same games without having these problems. I Wanted to order food but the girl at the front counter said the kitchen closed an hour before it actually did, so as I'm leaving I see people being served food I would have loved to have ordered. The person working at the front desk should know what's going on. Maybe it will get better after some time getting things figured out. Won't be back for a while. read more

I've been here 3 times now and just be prepared that it takes 20-30 minutes to get a drink. Whether that's at the bowling alley or at the restaurant. The VIP section is a waste of money, it's not any different than the normal section. On a positive note, when you do get the food, it's actually ok. read more

Had a great time! I visited here with a group of family members ages ranging from 3 to 80 plus. Everyone had a great time. The meats pizza and the wtf platter was also good. I would definitely go back. read more

Although the arcade seems exciting, the bowling leaves MUCH to be desired! The floors are too sticky for your foot to slide, the fowl line goes off every time we bowl so the tech guys did come and fix. We purchased the VIP land option and they put us right next to another family in a room with 6 empty lanes. For food, we ordered the WTF platter and the fries came out burnt. Service was decent though. This place just opened so I'm sure there will be several more team meetings in the future to correct some key issues. read more

It's great to see that Pinstack is in my neighborhood and offering unique things to do. But, upon arrival, there was so much trash just outside the front door. Trash cans were overflowing with trash. Then walking into the restaurant bar area, there were stacks of plates and glasses at many tables. It was so dirty. We understand the place was overcrowded and understaffed, but there was still time for managers to stand and chat the entire time we were there. Seems like the managers should have been bussing tables or something to make the experience better. We watched the bartenders throw out beers that were sitting too long cause the orders weren't picked up. It was an underwhelming experience and you could tell staff were overwhelmed. Hoping things change cause it is a nice addition to the neighborhood. read more

The waitress made the VIP experience gloom. She took forever to take and bring our order. When I asked for a to go box, she claim they only had pizza boxes. I asked someone else and they gave me one. Our waitress was lazy. read more

Splurged for the VIP bowling for a friends birthday. Left feeling like a very non VIP. Ordered a drink and I never received it. Asked the server multiple times and never received it. Went up to the side bar and asked the bartender for it and she said "sorry I can't get it for you it has to go through the server". Never received my drink but got charged for it anyway Food is bowling alley food. Ordered a few different appetizers and wasn't blown away by anything. The setup of the place is dope. Very disappointed. A group of educated black people wanted to enjoy a night of bowling to celebrate a birthday. However, it turned to a nightmare. My friends and I decorated tables, and the wall where we reserved our section. Mind you, we asked for permission to put decorations up. All of sudden we are getting put out the bowling alley without a refund or no explanation. It was race motivated due to us being the only black party. I felt so offended. We were willing to give this establishment our hard earn money, but we received bad attitudes instead of good service. read more

My family and I went to Pinstack to celebrate my birthday. We paid for 2 hours and were excited to celebrate as we had a good experience there previously. Unfortunately, we had the complete opposite experience the second time around. As we began bowling, we pressed the tablet for service but after 10 minutes, no one showed up. There were only 7 out of 10 lanes occupied and there were two servers for the 7 parties. We went to the bar and asked the bartender if we could place an order with her but she told us that since we had a lane, we had a server and she would send them our way. When the server finally showed up, I mentioned to him that we had been waiting a while and he said "well I was in the bathroom but whatever. What do you want to order." Didn't greet us or tell us his name. (We found out his name was Menko from the receipt.) We placed the order and asked for 6 waters along with all of the food (2 large pizzas and 4 appetizers). When the waters came out he brought them in all child plastic cups. We thought it was weird but didn't bother to mention it. However, not too long after, he brought water for the family next to us and they had regular glasses and child cups for their CHILDREN. We then looked around at all the other lanes and every adult had regular glasses as well. It felt demeaning and petty of the server, so my husband asked for a refund for our second hour as we hadn't begun it yet and wanted to leave. A manager happened to be near and overheard so he gave him a refund for it. When my husband confronted the server he said that "people don't typically touch the waters so that's why I gave it to you in those cups." What a poor excuse. I am so upset that I wasted my money and time here on my birthday. read more

I feel horrible theirs only 2 servers for the tables near the bowling alley.They are understaffed and the servers have to deal with the b$&@ing.A cook gave are pizza that we paid $50 for to another family. Then in return tried to give us 2 large pizza that are 16 inches each instead of are 36 inch pizza.I don't know how much the servers are getting paid, but definitely not enough for them to get yelled at my customers. read more

I really like this place. The food is good, the games are awesome and the ambiance is usually on point. I've never had an issue with service and it's a great afternoon or night out. Unfortunately, the last couple times I've tried to visit, there's at least a few break ins in the parking lot directly in front of this place. I tried again yesterday and as I arrived, there was a cop taking a report and a broken truck window with the family in tears. I get it, it happens here and there. Was still going to try and get a front parking spot, so I went toward an area that seemed safe just to the front side and as I parked there was a gentleman standing out side his truck as well, with a broken window and his insides gutted. I ended up leaving because it wasn't worth it and unfortunately it's the same thing the last couple times. I spoke to friends and a couple of them were broken into here and it seems pretty common for this area. Until this facility invest in onsite patrolling security that makes a difference it isn't worth taking that risk. Unfortunate, because I really enjoy this location. read more
