Went here for a brunch as a group and had a wonderful experience! I really like how spacious the venue is here, with plenty of space to move around and casually hangout. From what I saw, it looked like Pinstripes could easily accommodate several large gatherings happening at the same time without feeling too noisy or crowded. Even with a good number of people enjoying different events at the same time, service was still quick and friendly. The food here was also delicious. All the different fruits and vegetables that I tried here were fresh and colorful, and I really appreciate the extra effort they put into good presentation throughout the buffet. This gave me the feeling of enjoying a nice brunch on a more luxury line of a cruise boat. In particular, the carved meats and various stations like the waffle, omelet, and chocolate fountain stations really stood out. Not only were the items here delicious, but it really gave this brunch a more premium feel and was great for fun pictures with all the customization options available. Overall, great event space with a great brunch option available. I'd like to return here another day to try some of the activity options and try more of their dining options. read more

Recently went on a double date here with my husband and friends, and we had a great time! The venue was clean, and the employees were friendly, even though they seemed to have something stressful going on at the front desk. The staff checked us in quickly, got our shoe sizes, and handed us our bowling shoes before directing us to a high-top table to wait for our lane. It looked like they were coordinating with a family still sitting at a lane with kids, possibly checking if they were finished so they could clean it for us. After about 10 minutes, we were seated in that same lane I mentioned previously, which had two comfy leather couches facing each other. The space was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The place wasn't too busy when we arrived, but there were a few large groups hosting work holiday parties, despite it being late January. We had a two-hour reservation, and the experience was a blast. Our lane worked perfectly, and the blacklight atmosphere added a fun touch. One of the coolest features was the interactive avatars, which changed accessories as we racked up points. I didn't order any food, but my husband and friends did, and they all loved it. I tried some of my husband's croutons from his chicken Caesar salad, and they were well-seasoned. My friend enjoyed her gnocchi, and her boyfriend liked his chicken Caesar salad as well. This is a very unique venue and one of a kind chain. They offer bowling and bocce ball. But this is also a banquet hall. I attended for a wedding reception. The food was amazing! I wish I could recall all of the dishes but there were so many. Appetizers were served by people walking around with trays. The same with wine and beer. So classy! If you wanted a drink all you had to to was ask and they would get if for you. This is not typical at 100+ people receptions. This place is a class act from top to bottom. A friend had planned their birthday event on a Saturday. Had 2 lanes for bowling. Had paid $23 to bowl for 1 hr. You can customize by person to have bumpers or no bumpers. There was a bowling ball ramp for kids to use. At the end of the game you can have the scores emailed to yourself. We had 6 ppl per lane and we were able to finish playing within the 1 hour. We had dinner reservations at 5:15pm and was seated very quickly. Our waitress was very nice and funny. I ordered the chicken and goat pasta. The sauce was light and didn't feel heavy after eating. Their waffle station is amazing, with whipped lemon ricotta, fresh berries, Nutella, etc. My favorites at the buffet bar include the yogurt parfaits, shrimp cocktail, the breakfast sausages, pizza, pasta, Brussels sprouts, and the chocolate covered strawberries at the fondue station. The restaurant wasn't too busy on a Saturday for lunch. I had come here for an Easter lunch before and it was jam packed and they had a person in an Easter bunny costume going around, taking pictures with people. Service is friendly and efficient. My husband and I went to Pinstripes for brunch. It was on the morning after my brother's wedding. His wedding had excellent food, so Pinstripes had a high bar to meet. The brunch buffet had an amazing selection. It had an omelet bar, waffle bar, ham and prime rib carving station. There was a wide variety of breakfast and lunch selections. Of course I had to start at the waffle bar. There are many toppings to choose from. I also had the scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit, and yogurt. All of the food tasted wonderful. No visit to the buffet is complete without a stop to the dessert table. There was a server who brought us drinks. We ordered the bruschetta for our appetizer and it was delicious! They have an awesome drink menu with some unique cocktail options. I ordered the margarita italiano, which was nice and sweet and not overly strong. For dinner, I ordered the blackened ahi tuna with risotto. It was perfect! Their risotto is spectacular. I didn't know this place existed till my 8yr granddaughter wanted to go here for her birthday dinner. So many options for entertainment. But we are here for the food. Our table attendant Kyle was super. He was very accommodating and helped with some of the menu choices as one person had a food allergy. He knew the ingredients in the food items and let us know as that person was ordering food. This being a Sunday we were unaware that the "family share" items on the menu are 1/2 price. We are so very sad that this location closed. We and our friends are devastated. We have been going here since they opened 17 years ago. We were there on their last night on Tue to savor one last time. I cried as this place was more than a place to eat and have drinks. It was our second home where the staff was more friends and family. My husband also got teary eyed and we both had trouble even understanding what happened. We were here for an early Mother's Day brunch and it started out really rocky - we asked to sit at a different table since we have a big stroller and wanted a little more room to make it easier to tend to the baby if need be. The place was completely empty and one of the servers straight up told us they were full for reservations so we couldn't move... the host then noticed we weren't happy and then she sat us at a different table. The server who said all tables were full ended up being our server.. GREAT.... She ended up being fine however it really left a bad first impression especially given the fact that we were literally the first people in the dining area. Food wise everything was fine. I got the lox and bagel board and that can easily feed up to 3 people. It was good. As we were walking out my mom asked someone at the front desk if they would take a family photo for us - he was definitely the nicest person there. Great experience and awesome food selection. Love the bowling and bocce area here too. This location is great! I love the covered outdoor area, live sitting in the fresh air. Brunch seems to have been stepped here, everything is so tasty and good quality food is put out. The wife and I came here with a group of her coworkers, and we joined them shortly after they got seated. The place was bustling, but our waiter came very quickly. However, after noticing that the food would take a while and we had a show to go to, we opted only to get drinks. While the price and service were reasonable, I have to come back and check out their food. When we arrived we were checked in and taken to our lanes. We got to start playing and the staff promptly arrived to take out drinks and food order. Took my family here for my grand daughters birthday party Underwhelmed would be a good word Should we start with arrival Waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before someone took care of us. After checking in we waited for our bowling lanes. We stood next to a table that was filthy , hadn't been cleaned and had food all over the floor, obviously the previous customer were pigs and got more on the floor than in their mouths. Bathroom was a pig sty , dirty and no paper towels until I stepped out and asked someone to address that. Drying my hands with toilet paper is always pleasant. To our bowling lanes. Took over 10 minutes just to turn them on. Server came by and attempted to take care of our order which wasn't that complicated but the server sure made it that way To the dinner , that was better than the start of this train wreck. We came for Monday night spaghetti and happy hour. We love the happy hour overall. The unlimited spaghetti was good but the service was so slow and I had to go track down the waitress numerous times. The only gripe I have is that the buffet selection can get old, as this wasn't the first time I've eaten here. I'm being biased, I will admit, but it's the truth. Service that day was sparse and I understand it seems they had less staff that day. I can probably guess because of the wedding that night, I get it ... I had my wedding shower here. ***Update*** So today we (all 20 of us) went back to Pinstrupes to enjoy their amazing buffet. The food, the service, the ambiance is exactly what I expected in October, when we were first there. Thank you Pinstripes, for making this right. We had a great time and we will most certainly be returning! After the fiasco in October (reservation for 20 made, but not honored), Management from Pinstripes contacted my niece to apologize profusely for the issues we had in October. Manager sent her a complimentary card for us (all 20 of us) to come and enjoy a weekend brunch. We have reservations for the 19th of this month (January). Had my son's wedding rehearsal here. My first interactions were with high-pressure tactics from Brooke. She was not even friendly. I was regretting the choice, honestly. She would not bend. Luckily, Shannon replaced Brooke and I was so much happier. I'm very easy going and far from Bridezilla behavior. We had the buffet of Italian. I did not eat everything, but the sausage was good, as were the meatballs. The chicken pesto left guest confused. No one complained about it, though. (It looked like cauliflower (lol).) So - we had our first return visit May 31 2025 hoping for a better experience than the first time. Our first impression was that people responsible for replenishing the food don't seem to exist. It was not appetizing to see "picked over" , nearly empty dishes upon arrival at 12:30. There was NO prime rib. (Would prefer fresh shrimp that is already peeled) We returned for prime rib in less than 15 min. The meat was raw and had been "grilled" for a speedy cooking time. I love rare meat but THIS? Not a good idea. Cheesecake desserts were very nice - but please lose the sugar cookies. They are awful. More quality control is in order here. Doubtful we will return. read more

We instantly had a great connection with our event coordinator, Shannon, and felt so comfortable. She was timely, responsive, accommodating, and just overall a genuinely nice person. Walked out without paying. There were NO plates. NO Silverware. We ordered drinks and after 30 minutes we still did not receive them. People were climbing over wooden barriers to get their own coffee in the corner of the restaurant. I feel so sorry for all the mothers that had their Mother's Day ruined due to the this horrible service. No one sitting down at tables looked happy. The vibe through out the place was miserable. One waiter was in the corner with his hands in his face due to him being so stressed. This was not a staff issue. This was a Managment issue. No one was prepared. I booked this reservation two months in advance. This was my wife's first Mother's Day without HER mother due to her passing away last August and it was completely ruined. Big shoutout to Pinstripes Barrington. I was there with my family for Sun Brunch and there was a grease fire that inadvertently triggered the sprinkler system in the kitchen area. Due to fire department requirements, we were instructed to vacate the building (we were halfway through our meal). Our server was amazing (wish I got her name) but she went to all of her tables and calmly articulated the situation and explained that our meal was comped and to grab a card (BOGO) on the way out for a return visit. Amazing customer service Pinstripes, the disruption was no fault of your servers and they were great at handling a situation they probably never encountered before. We went to Pinstripes as the fun spot after our leadership retreat for work. The space available is fabulous. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Private and open spaces. Bowling and bocce. Our office opted for bocce, which was my first time playing and I loved it. We only ordered appetizers, which were just ok. The waiter dropped one of the appetizers on us - so it damaged my shirt and pants with red sauce and my colleagues' purse and sweater. The waiter looked frazzled and the manager was apologetic. For us to have a party of nine, I was surprised that the staff wasn't generally more helpful, responsive, etc. I literally had to go to another empty table to get additional plates as no servers were readily accessible. I'd recommend visiting for the bocce/bowling or if you just want to visit for drinks. read more

Boy was I surprised at how nice this place is. We sat outside in the patio for happy hour. The privacy fencing with the beautiful overhead umbrellas made you forget that there is a parking lot behind them. Many choices for happy hour including delicious flatbread. read more

Went for a Saturday breakfast to celebrate a birthday with a group of 6 other people. Our server was new and had lots of problem (my order didn't get in and then came out wrong). I get it but unfortunately someone in my party had a meltdown and got the manager involved. He was able to resolve the issue but I would like to go back and try the buffet because I only tried the side order of mini waffles (good, not GREAT) and the side of biscuits and gravy. They were good but came out with the gravy on the side and it was just a small cup so I would like to try that on top of the biscuit with eggs! read more
