However with that said so this may not be a reflection of her personally. She completely dropped the ball and failed at the service I hired her for. Twice. She had docs to study prior to serve and guaranteed her work. 1st attempt- she asked respondent (restraining order to be served) the wrong identification when she approached. Therefore- she was no longer anonymous and failed serve. That left me vulnerable and endangered as he then knew I was filing the order. She promised another attempt would be successful. She came to his home and knocked and knocked. And knocked announcing herself. His vehicle was outside the complex. He of course evaded as he'd done via Sheriff attempts prior to hiring Judith. She then asked my neighbor if she had seen him. It became disruptive. She eventually gave up knocking (at my request) and left documents at his door. She was unaware if she could provide "proof of service" I desperately needed to provide judge. I went to court again. Judge asked for this form "200" that I could not provide. Judge dismissed case. I am now harassed in my home and stalked at my work unprotected. Oh- according to courthouse self help center- she could have proved me to form. It was a legitimate serve.

Lauderdale, but I ordered a cake from Susie Cakes in Long Beach, CA, to surprise my sister in Huntington Beach. Sounds simple, right? WRONG. I tried Uber Delivery, DoorDash, and many more other delivery services and even sent a few heartfelt pleas to the universe--nobody was willing to deliver my precious dessert. It was like a sad, cake-less episode of Mission Impossible. In a final act of desperation (and possibly madness), I opened a Yelp project request, and bam--Santos to the rescue! Not only did he respond faster than a pizza delivery guy, but he quoted me an amazing price despite it being a last-minute, urgent cake mission. Like, I could almost hear him say, "Cake? No problem." Then, the real magic happened. Santos sent me photos of him arriving at the bakery, a screenshot of the GPS routing him to my sister's home (he's basically the cake delivery GPS whisperer), and even a shot of the cake safely at my sister's doorstep like a true cake hero. Santos's service was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected--professional, friendly, polite, and seemingly part-time superhero. If you need something delivered with the urgency of a secret agent and the precision of a ninja, look no further. You won't be disappointed with Santos at Pro Pickup and Delivery. Unless you don't like cake... then, maybe. But still, five stars!

Armando was courteous and patient, very attend to details and very considerate/accommodates of my keep changing schedule situation. When I reached out - He responds right away and listens to all my concerns and requests (with so much patient). I would've give him a 6 stars review if there's room to add one more star cause he really listens and follows through which is really rare these days. He text me when he got to the pick up location, he texted me when he pick up the items (even sent me picture of the things pick up) and promptly get to the destination with my items in perfect condition. And that big smile on his face! And so polite, what a gentleman!! GREAT JOB, Armando, you are now my sole go to guy from now on and I will tell all my church friends to contact you!!

    My experience with OnTrac was both difficult, and redeeming!…read more I purchased a product during the week of Black Friday- already not a great decision as far as shipment is concerned. When I received my confirmation receipt directly after purchase, I realized the delivery address was an old default address in NorCal. I called the retailer and pleaded to change the address, but they informed me that nothing could be done. They advised I contact OnTrac and inform them of the mistake, and request to update the address. After submitting a form on their "Contact Us" page I called OnTrac's Customer Service number 3 times; once on the same day I placed my order, and two other times over the next two weeks. Each time I spoke with a representative, explained how the address was incorrect and requested a change of address. The first two representatives confirmed my new delivery address, and assured me they would be able to make this change. The third representative informed me that they would only be able to change the address on this package once it reached the sorting facility in NorCal. Once it arrived at this facility, they would change the address and redirect it back to my new address is SoCal. This representative told me the package would arrive at the NorCal facility on the following day, and that if I wanted to (!) I could call again to confirm that the sorting facility was redirecting my package to the correct address. She mentioned the sorting facility opened at 6AM, and I agreed to call sometime in the morning to confirm. The following day, I called the same customer service number at 9:45 AM to confirm that my package was going to be rerouted. This representative said that my package was delivered already - to the wrong address - sometime between 7AM and 9AM. This representative informed me that there was nothing they could do to retrieve my package now that it's been delivered, AND that I was supposed to call the sorting facility at 6AM, speak to an on-site representative personally and inform them that I wanted my package rerouted back to SoCal. Apparently none of my attempts to request a change of address mattered. After pleading with this representative to help me retrieve my package, she escalated the call to their corporate office-- I finally spoke with Brittany and eventually Veronica, and this nightmare ended. Veronica validated my efforts, apologized profusely for the incorrect delivery and got a driver to pick up my package and reroute it to my home in SoCal. My package arrived on December 19th all thanks to Veronica! Many thanks to Veronica and the other OnTrac reps who helped me :)

    zero star !!! They claim they needed an access code to deliver my package except we don't live in…read morea community that requires a code to enter the premise. We live in a house with easy access to the front door. The Chat was also useless because it takes them a couple of days to respond to my inquiry and they still say an access code is needed. I even called the company that I purchased the product from to make sure they provided the correct address and it was. The On Trac 800 number doesn't work (1-800-334-5000 is the number listed in the contact). They need to hire more competent drivers.
