My girl friends and I stopped by to grab some dinner and catch up. Most definitely had an amazing time. The vibe is super chill. A great place to hang out, eat some delicious food and some nice drinks!

I enjoyed my first visit here. It's 21+, and a bit dive-ish, at an annoyingly busy corner, but worth a stop. I actually decided to go here because the bartender at Pints Dog House raved about it, claiming the best burger in town and excellent soups could be found here. While I haven't had every burger in town, this was the best I've had (sorry Big Tom's). P&Q is definitely a bar. There are a handful of tables as well as a bar inside, and more tables outside. The parking lot is tight, but private. Another reason I popped in was because the legends at Cigar Daddies down the road told me they were cigar friendly (on the patio, of course). When I asked the only FOH employee I saw about the patio, she said I could order at the bar and come back in to fetch my food, which was totally fine, but she brought my lunch out to me anyway, so even better! Good on her! I got the Saints Burger, with grilled onions, bacon, and cheese, and their soup of the day, which was Reuben soup. I'm assuming this was to use up leftover corned beef a few days after St. Patrick's Day, but they have Reuben's on the menu, so this might be a regular offering. Both burger and soup (and the Kraken Stash IPA) were UH-mazing. I sat on the patio with my cigar, beer, lunch, and laptop, and had a great time. I didn't play any games, but saw they had darts and other pub games on the patio (not sure if they had them inside; I'll check on my next visit). I thoroughly enjoyed the food, venue, and service, and really can't find anything negative to say. Can't wait to go back!

The sides are a generous portion. Not those little cups from KFC

Really enjoyed our visit here because the server was nice, the patio clean and inviting with table top fire pits on, and our puppies were welcome. There's a large grass area behind so you feel like you're in nature and the space is just inviting. They have a lot of different hot dogs on the menu and that nuclear green relish you find in Chicago dogs, so they're cool like that. The only reason why they lose a star is because the price of the hot dog is quite exorbitant. I don't blame them for doing that but yikes! I could buy a pack of dogs and buns for the price of one of their hot dogs. This is definitely a once in awhile treat, but I think I'll stick with my $1.50 Costco hot dog and coke, because this place is too rich for my blood.

I've been coming to pints and quarts since I was 21. I am 36 now. After Covid the menu definitely became smaller. The wings are gigantic and have a ton of flavor. Their fried pickles are also worth it! My friend got the fish and chips and they fish was HUGE! I got the jerk wrap but it tasted pretty odd. The chicken itself tasted funny and I was not a fan. The fries are beer battered and that's my favorite. All in all it was decent.

Driving up to Tacoma and stopped in Lacey for obvious reasons! Super yummy for bar type of food. The ranch is super yummy if you're a picky ranch gal like me.

To my surprise, the place was packed with customers on a Sunday afternoon. I expected a slower pace, but it was anything but. The atmosphere was lively, with people playing pool and enjoying themselves. One of the unique features of this pub is a table game that many of you may not be familiar with. It's called Table Shuffleboard, and it's one of my favorites. I've played it a few times in Alaska, and it's a great game. To play, you simply request the pucks from the servers, and it's a lot of fun. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area. We ordered a couple of beers, which were fairly decent. I had the Irish Death, and my friend opted for some of the commercialized beers like Blue Moon. They also ordered some wings, which they said were very good. They recommended that if you want extra crispy wings, you should have them fried hard. The sweet potato fries were cold, but the bartender was quick to take care of that. She brought us a fresh batch in a matter of minutes. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit. I'm giving this pub a three out of five stars. I'd like to come back and try some of the food, especially in the game day environment. I'm a vegetarian, so I didn't eat much of the food we had, but I'll definitely come back and try it again. I'll also come at night to see how it is before I consider upgrading the rating. Overall, I'll be returning to this pub for a second experience.

Luckily, Top Rung was at the top of the list. Top Rung is located in an industrial area in a quiet part of town. Food Top Rung had quite a few beers on tap and offered some pizza options that they made behind the bar. I went with the HDR Hazy Sabro-Tooth Tiger IPA. The beer was served in my favorite type of drinking glasses, which are shaped like beer cans. The beer itself was very cold and tasty. 5/5 Service The bar wasn't too busy, but the staff were still friendly and knowledgeable. I only ordered one drink due to time, but still inquired about buying a glass, which they were sadly out of. 4/5 Ambiance The bar has a fire department theme and is decorated as such. Such a great place to stop and enjoy beer or beer tasting!…read more They offer flights of 4 from the on tap selection which changes frequently depending on the season. There's so much seating in front, inside at the bar, inside at the nook rooms (it's a house converted to a tap room), as well are more outside seating on the side and in the back! The barstools are lovely and heavy. So sturdy and comfortable for being iron and wood. The service is always friendly and welcoming, offering suggestions and will go out of their way to try and locate a beer if you were looking for something specific (they may just have more in stock in their storage area so don't be afraid to ask if you want a beer that you don't see in the coolers for can/bottle purchase). This is just a great place to relax and enjoy! There's food trucks next door but I'm not sure what their hours are. I was there Sunday in the afternoon and the food trucks were closed. But you can bring in outside food anyway and don't have to rely on just those trucks.

We've eaten here several times over the years, this was the first time we eat dinner here. Fam. Let me tell you, the very reasonable lunch size portions? They're significantly bigger on the dinner menu. Almost disturbingly so Being able to get a selection of interesting regional beers is always a draw, tonight was no exception. And the pretty good lunch menu is expanded for the dinner hour - as well as the portion sizes being expanded. I ordered the fish and chips, my partner ordered the bar steak (which was New York strip), and her daughter ordered the salmon burger with fries. Because it was a special, we also got a giant order of poutine. Despite being in almost at closing, the service was absolutely spectacular. We very nearly had the place to ourselves, so the overall vibe was very homey and welcoming. As noted, the portions were enormous. I opted to finish my fish at the expense of the chips. My partner wound up with a significant take home portion as did her daughter. Couldn't possibly have been happier about our decision to stop in. Since we seem to have a new Greener in the family, I'm sure that we will be in Olympia significantly more frequently. And frankly, I am pretty happy about that, just based on being able to stop in here on the regular again.
