The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Him & Wyatt had me relieved to know that everything would be taken care of promptly . Thanks to all the staff and technicians at T Webber. You guys Rock!!!

I have hired George Miller several times over the last 10 years. He has done installations for me…read moreon a new accessory apartment, and as a licensed plumber in Putnam he got all the required permits too. His work has always been excellent, and I have found him very knowledgeable about plumbing and construction and his prices are very fair. Not all jobs are pretty - once I had a malfunctioning sewage ejector system, and he had no qualms about getting down and dirty to find a fix. He has always returned calls very quickly, even on a holiday, and is generous and exact with his advice, sending pictures back and forth to help diagnose the problem. He is an excellent communicator with a lot of varied plumbing experience who seems to like the challenge to solve a problem. Most recently I had a no-water problem while he was on another big job and he loaned me some well control boxes to switch out to logically diagnose whether it was the well pump itself. He put a lot of office time into my problem explaining to me on the phone how to take the electrical readings and didn't even want to charge me for the time afterwards, because he was on another job he had to complete. A very nice guy! Thanks to him, I was able to get the well pump replaced the next day, because of the correct diagnosis. It's comforting to know that I have a local plumber who cares enough to help me solve my plumbing problem. I highly recommend George if you want someone who has a lot of plumbing expertise and can handle tricky repairs as well as new installations.

His quote was competitive, but best of all, his communication is second to none. He returns calls promptly and shows up as scheduled. He always took the high road when dealing with surprise problems on the job site. We recently had a problem with recurring pinholes in the older copper pipe sections of the house. Mr. Miller immediately diagnosed acidic water from our iron rich well, and installed a neutralizer. The pinholes stopped occurring immediately. He now services the neutralizer regularly for us. If you want something fixed CORRECTLY call Miller. I have dealt with other local plumbers that seem to fudge things just to get them fixed long enough to bill you.

    Royal Class Service

WARNING: Service Abandoned During No-Heat Emergency (Post-Surgery/Child in Home)…read more Contractor: Royal Class Service (RCS) Issue: Breach of Membership Service, False Advertising, Extreme Unprofessionalism, and Refusal of Service. Timeline: 3 days (Saturday, October 25th - Monday, October 27th, 2025) I signed a membership agreement with Royal Class Service in September 2025 based on their FALSE Google advertising of "24-Hour Emergency Service" (I have screenshots documenting this claim). My experience revealed this promise is a dangerous lie. Saturday, October 25th: The Initial Failure Called for emergency service when our heat went out. Received a text back after 10:00 PM informing me that no technician was available until the morning, effectively denying the advertised 24-hour emergency service. Result: The household, including a recent surgery patient and a child, spent the night without heat. Sunday, October 26th: Unprofessional Conduct Technician Craig arrived and was immediately confrontational and angry, stating he was not the on-call technician and complaining about being called in. He claimed we failed to inform them that the boiler would not turn on, which was false, that information was provided to the office. Following his rude and highly unprofessional demeanor, I asked for the boiler's serial and model numbers to contact the manufacturer (Rheem) myself. He became increasingly hostile and left the property. Monday, October 27th: Office Obstruction I attempted to contact the office multiple times that morning. After several attempts failed, I had to use a family member's phone, which connected immediately, indicating my number was likely screened or blocked. I secured a part lead from an outside vendor. The office needed to approve the purchase; despite being told the order was pending approval, the necessary action was not taken. Tuesday, October 28th: Office Obstruction and Cancellation I again attempted to contact the office multiple times that morning. After several attempts failed, I had to use a family member's phone, which connected immediately, indicating my number was likely screened or blocked. Chris (the only staff member who demonstrated professional manners) confirmed the purchase was approved and the part was ordered, promising service within 48 hours. 4:30 PM: Service Unilaterally Canceled. Project Manager David called to cancel the entire part order and sever all ties with us as customers, citing "rudeness and disrespect" as the reason. I explicitly told him I still required and wanted the overpriced service completed immediately due to the emergency nature, but that I would seek other contractors afterward. David refused to complete the paid service, even after I repeatedly informed him of the post-surgery patient and child in the freezing home. When I informed David I would report this experience to the news and file reviews, he falsely claimed I was "threatening" him and immediately hung up. Conclusion: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is not only guilty of false advertising and employing unprofessional staff (Technician Craig), but their management (Project Manager David) made the egregious, unethical, and dangerous decision to abandon a customer who had been without heat for three days, refusing to complete a paid-for emergency repair, despite knowing the vulnerable situation of a post-surgery individual and a child. Their prioritization of a petty disagreement over human safety is unforgivable.

They charged me $4000.00 just for the excavating of a 10 and 5 foot area. They opened a permit and both companies neglected to get the job inspected by the town of New Windsor. This past week I had another leak in my main water line. Valley wanted 3000.00 just to open the hole again knowing that it wasn't inspected the first time, and I couldn't sell my home with an open permit. I hired another company Maravilla and Castillo which charged me 4850.00 to replace my whole water line which is 70 feet of trenching and new piping, and guess what we found. Royal Class and Valley Contracted cut up my whole irrigation system and buried it. My advice is NOT to use either of these companies. Please do your homework before using both of these companies.

First of all, I am not from Greensboro, NC. I live in Northern Westchester and used Roto Router…read morerecently which turned into a horror show as far as expense. I had them clear a clog due to my sewer drain backing up which was disgusting so in a pinch I decided to use them. They came out and did perform the service and charged me $900 which I found out was about twice the cost compared to other services in the area. They then offered me a FREE video inspection of my sewer line which was done the next day that took about 15 minutes to do. At that point I was told that my pipe outside may be askew which could have caused the backup. The tech who performed this was very unprofessional and quick to let me know the minimal amount of details needed and was very quick to pack up his camera before I had a chance to take video or pictures of the results myself since I was called away momentarily. When I asked for me to do that I was told that I should have done it earlier. He then came back to tell me for them to fix the problem it would cost $9,000 - YES $9,000! I told him I wanted a copy of his inspection at which point he said he would submit it to his office and I could get one once that's done. I called to get it a day later and their office told me that the tech will call me back which he did and said that he was going to the office to submit it and that if i want a copy of it - IT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL $750 - YES $750 for me to obtain the video taken of MY PIPES in MY HOUSE !!!!! It is mind numbing that ROTO ROUTER has the audacity to charge those type of prices. I spoke to his boss later that day who told me he could nothing about it and that I was supposed to be told about the charges by the tech when he performed the service which he NEVER DID!! Then it became a "he said, she said" situation which I knew I would lose. His boss promised me he would at least call me back with the details of the inspection and never did after me calling him back at least 5 to 6 times and texting him as well. So much for being professional. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS and check out local options for these types of services - you will not be sorry.
