They had to come back because they didn't put the back piece of the toilet on correctly, it was rocking.They had to come back a third time because now there was a constant smell. They caulked around the toilet. For the next 7 months the smell would come back, sometimes a little, sometimes unbearable. BUT then I started getting little sewer flies. I was not calling them. I found Gardner Johnson on Yelp. It was a blessing. He listened. He looked. He fixed. The previous company had not set the ring correctly, and there was sewage literally sitting under my toilet. Anything you need plumbing wise, you would be wise to pick Johnson Plumbing. He also sent his assistant to help with another issue with my septic system. The assistant saved me at least a thousand dollars from a previous professional telling me what I needed to do. He showed me pictures proving it did not need to be done. They both were so professional, so great and they guarantee their work. But I am sure you will never .ever . have them come back for the same reason.

A few text messages here and there, and we made an appointment for the next morning. Now, I wasn't there at the time, but coming home I could see it was well done. My wife commented that they cleaned up after themselves and even put all the items we pulled out from under the sink back in. That's service!
