My favorite course at the Dells. It is challenging and beautiful. Great for families and groups. Try this place out!

I haven't been here in over 20 years and my husband and I had the best time ever!!! The course is beautiful! Beautiful flowers and waterfalls all around. I read some older reviews and it sounds like they had staff issues back then. Happy to report all the employees were encountered were very kind. This place offers 5 different courses! My husband and I just did one, and that was perfect for us. The booths on the strip sell discounted tickets if you bundle with other excursions, so we got 25% off our ticket. Their non-discounted prices are still very fair for the experience. We can't wait to go back!

I'm not sure if recent reviewers are that blind but this place is a mini golf course. You don't come here for an oil change. It's not a restaurant or video rental store either. Smh. There are different courses to choose from and some courses are more difficult than others. You can have fun no matter which one you pick. Plenty of parking. Staff was nice. Courses were clean.

Very cool course that takes you along cool waterfalls. Not five stars for me because there is zero to no shade and it isn't a loop and you have to go through a bunch of stairs and the difficulty rating is nonexistent

We took our four-year-old daughter here twice while visiting the Dells. She absolutely loved it - All three of us did!

Well designed mini golf course. Lots of props and decor to make it interesting. Kids loved it.

Whats the best course to play on because I'm aware of that there's 5 courses?

All courses have beautiful landscaping and waterfalls. They range in difficulty from easy to more challenging. You can choose any course you wish ... Captain Kidds is a favorite of many!

Tons of games and tons of fun for all ages…read more Our first introduction to all that is 'The Dells' included a trip to Tom Foolerys and so they always have a soft spot in my heart. Attached to the Kalahari, they've updated and rearranged a bit and there's even more fun to be had. They have a variety of indoor rides. Personally, I dig the indoor ferris wheel and could seriously go on that on repeat (but I happen to love a good ferris wheel). They also have go carts, arcade games (complete with prizes), ax throwing, bowling, mini golf, and more. If you get the day pass, the mini golf is included--just a word of warning, it's a serve yourself kind of situation and there were some kids running around and maybe being a little chaotic with it vs. taking it in order (if that makes sense). They didn't bother us to much and when we kindly asked if they could wait before playing on the hole we were on, they did so. But, I could see on busier days it getting kinda wild. They have a new winners shop. Previously, like many arcades, it was a counter where you could spend your winnings (aka tickets). Now, they have a full blown shop, which I'm sure the kiddos will enjoy. They also have a new little bar situation where you can get frozen drinks as well as snacks. All in all, they've grown and expanded. If I had small kids, this would be a gold mine. They could play the whole day away in here. Get to it!

It's…read morebasically a huge indoor amusement park with tons of activities, so it's easy to spend a few hours there. There's a little bit of everything -- go karts, laser tag, bowling, arcade games, mini golf, climbing areas and more, so everyone in the group can find something they enjoy. The activity bracelet/pass can feel a little pricey, but if you're planning to do several activities it's definitely worth it and makes things easier instead of paying for each thing separately. One thing we really liked was how convenient the location is. It's connected right between the Kalahari resort and the movie theater, so it's super easy to walk over and spend some time there without having to drive anywhere. Overall it's a really fun spot if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells -- especially great for families or anyone looking for something to do besides the waterparks. Lots of games, lots of energy, and plenty to keep everyone entertained.

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the 4th of July. We thought about staying…read morehere but the room prices were too expensive. We had dinner reservations at their Double Cut Steakhouse. Our server told us about a fireworks show at dusk there so we walked over to the convention area and they had lots of seats set up for the public to sit which was nice. This place is HUGE - they own so much space here. I was really surprised. The fireworks show was really good. It went on for awhile. We enjoyed it. I think we dodged a bullet with the parking because we were there for dinner. You had to go past an attendant who had a sign by him that parking was $25 per car. When we told him we had dinner reservations, he let us go through. All in all, a good experience. Detailed review of the steakhouse in a separate review.

Someone from the resort (or corporate, allegedly) reached out around 5:15 PM the night after all…read morethis. The conversation was... let's call it politely vague. A lot of "we're sorry" energy, not a lot of actual substance. She did say they were putting a credit on our account for the trouble. Cool. Great. Love that for us. Except... shockingly... there was no credit on the folio at checkout. Not hidden, not partial, not mislabeled. Just straight up not there. Which honestly feels perfectly on brand for the entire experience. Promise something, deliver vibes. Also, fun little bonus: apparently when you complain, they tag your account internally. So now I've got the digital equivalent of a frowny face next to my name for having the audacity to expect basic competence. Appreciate that. Love the one employee brave enough to mention it though. And for anyone who's seen their social media replies where they say "our leadership team will follow up" or "we'll make this right"... I've got zero evidence that any of that actually happens in a meaningful way. It reads like customer service theater. Lots of optics, very little follow-through. If anyone from corporate is reading this, maybe audit that pipeline, because from the outside it looks completely disconnected from reality. Now for the actual stay. Miserable doesn't even begin to cover it. Checked in at a kiosk, which should have been the easy part, until a staff member decided personal boundaries were optional and started tapping my screen like it was a demo unit at Best Buy. I explicitly said I didn't want a charge-enabled wristband, and they added it anyway. Nothing builds trust like unauthorized spending access tied to your room. Then came the wristband confusion: two different colors, zero explanation, and the distinct feeling I'd accidentally joined a very disorganized timeshare. Check-in took about 80 minutes. Not exaggerating. That included a completely unnecessary trek back to the main lobby from the Hillside building because apparently this place runs on side quests. At that point it felt less like a resort and more like a low-budget escape room where the prize is a working room key. Speaking of which, the room door didn't work. So that was a fun little encore. Just sitting there waiting for maintenance like it's the final act of a very boring play. Pro tip: block off 2 to 3 hours for check-in. Bring snacks. Maybe a novel. Even if they offered me three free nights, I'd pass. Some experiences are just too memorable, and not in the way they were going for. NEVER GOING BACK
