So taking it in for a full suspension rebuild was a big deal for me From the start of the process with the questionnaire, to drop off, and finally to pick up, everything was smooth and clear cut. There were no surprises. I didn't feel as a woman in the motorsports space, that I was being taken advantage of or oversold. Brian even offered to take a look at a few other things that I had expressed concern over just in passing conversation during my consultation with him on the phone.
