Walmart installed the wrong oil filter onto our 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. It was our trucks first oil…read morechange since new. When we got home, oil was flowing all over our sidewalk. We called Ford to tow our our Bronco to Walmart. Walmart told if we used a tow company they recommended, they would pay for the tow. (Shouldn't they have paid either way?) When removing the wrong oil filter and drain plug, not a drop of oil came out of either. When I asked, the serviceperson said the clatter in the engine was normal. The tow company tore up the rear suspension when dragging our Bronce up onto the carrier while in Park, and the drivers side rear tire broke off about 200 feet from Walmart after oil filter replaced. Now, with 9K miles on our truck, the 60K warranty rear tires are worn out because of the damage. Walmart not once, never, apologized or accepted responsibility for their damage to our new truck. I called Walmart corporate. After two weeks, corporate said the Quinlan Walmart never returned their calls. Corporate told me to go to Walmart and ask for a manager, then have them call corporate with me there for a conference call. When I went back to Walmart, they said it wasn't their problem. They refused to call corporate. When I asked who if noone would talk with me about this, should I get legal help. Though I was courteous the entire time, they said if I did not immediately leave, they​ would call the police. Never once has any Quinlan Walmart employee apologized for the damage done because of their oil filter mistake.

Then get a text saying it's ready to only get a follow up text saying they need to take out the dash so what is it this was brought in for the Ac Compressor it seems like no even checked before it went out

We had to wait till Monday morning to take care of it, we went back to Scooters and they topped it off and nothing more. I showed him the pictures of the oil mess and he said to put cat litter on it. They didn't offer to refund part or all of the fee or offer to clean the mess up. My daughter that used to work at Horizon Auto Care in Rockwall told me when they had this happen they would send a power wash company out to clean up. I WILL NEVER go back to this place and will take my vehicles to Horizon from now on. I get mistakes happen but to do nothing to make it right is ridiculous. Also, when we opened the hood to check why the oil was leaking they left the cover off of my fuse box. STAY AWAY!

I spoke with oil place boss, Joe, who refused to pay to replace bottom oil pan which is only way to even change oil now. It was 30,000 mi since theyd changed oil, which again we tried unsuccessfully several times over a one year period so i was talked to by Joe likee an idiot. Yes we shouldve taken sooner but he wouldnt even consider that his guys caused problem to begin with. So, now my husband will be going up there to try & resolve issue. I will share my problem to anyone mentioning having work done here. I will update review if resolved but will not be going back here. Ladies if using this place save yourself some time & have a man bring your vehicle for service or dont use them at all.​
