    Shrimp Ceviche Mediterranean Style

I tried the Pita Jungle for the first time when they sponsored our lunch at Miss Arizona. It was so good, I went back for more. There are so many different variations of foods to choose from! Delicious! Zoiey Gaines, Miss Maricopa County's Teen

Huge thank you to Fabian and his amazing staff for sponsoring our judges lunch and contestant meal. For Miss Arizona the food was so delicious as always!

Ambiance is nearly everything and this place has good love.

I just left the waitress now. This is the best salmon I've had in quite some time. The texture is perfect perfectly however, you like it just let them cook it. They cook it perfectly. You don't even have to tell them how to cook it. They cook it perfectly and the mashed potatoes are just absolutely a perfect parent with the spinach and the lemon wedge to top it off as I squeeze my second lemon on the second half of my family I ordered the black tropical tea. I believe it's called and they have organic sugar. I generally use raw sugar, but the organic white sugar is good. I can fit a test everything taste fresh a face farm to table actually have a excellent source of food wherever they're getting the food from with an excellent source because I can taste the fresh and everything just absolutely delicious and like that again, the best salmon I've had in quite some time and I eat a lot of salmon so yeah, I would definitely come here just for the salmon. I'm anxious to try the peters and the EOS. I might have some falafel. I was thinking about it, but I want to save room for dessert so we'll see what happens for so far. It is the best salmon that's the best I've had in quite awhile

INCREDIBLE service, I will definitely be coming back here. Not only is the ambiance zen, comfortable, and interesting to look at, but it is a versatile spot with something for everyone. Whether enjoying a date night or family dinner, Pita Jungle is sure to leave you happy and fulfilled. Also a great place to study considering the mellow vibe. I got the black bean veggie burger slider with pickles, and an arnold palmer and it was fantastic! Also got the hummus trio which is sure to please you any day as well, it is soooooooooo tasty and very flavorful. Three words: yum, yum, and yum! P.S. great kids menu that is actually nutritional while being delicious (especially the mac and cheese).

This was my first time checking out this Pita Jungle location. To start my friend and I waited near the host stand for a quite a while before being greeted, the restaurant was not very busy but they did appear to be understaffed on servers. The service was not great we waited an extended amount of time to order, on refills and to get our check. The food however was consistent to other locations, you can never go wrong with the cilantro-jalapeno hummus and the spicy chicken bowl.

Pita Jungle is a regular place for us. We can get healthy, delicious food and we always know that it will be consistently good. This location is a little older and doesn't have the same cool style as some of the others, like Mill Ave. But it's fine, and I like the patio for cooler days. The girl who sat us was not friendly, but our server was great. Our food came out fast and was, as usual, delicious. We had: *House margaritas *Falafel pita *Garlic dip with pita *Gyro pita *Jalapeno hummus with seared ahi *Garlic potatoes Happy with dinner, and happy I have leftovers for tomorrow!

Let me start off by saying, the food here is AMAZING! If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean or Greek cuisine, you will not find it here, but regardless, it is still amazing. The service was amazing! The food came out in less than 5 minutes. The girls in the front recommended something for me as I was unsure of what I wanted, and I ended up loving it. I had the chicken and hummus, with the cilantro hummus and it comes with two pitas. It was a very large serving size for hummus and chicken! The flavors in every part of the meal are outstanding. Pita jungle definitely does not lack flavor. I did order this to go, but the atmosphere inside is wonderful. There are candles on the tables, it's clean, a beautiful layout, and a great eat-in restaurant. The prices aren't bad for the amount of food and the quality of food you're getting. Overall, Pita Jungle is definitely a restaurant I will be visiting again. Good and quick service and amazing flavorful food!

Friendly server, great ambience, and amazing food. Their cilantro hummus is to die for. I wish it could come with more pita. Their chicken rice is absolutely meh. Too much things in one plate you dont know what you end up eating. The rice also a tad overcooked. Thankfully it has great chicken though. The baklava is amazing but its hella tiny. All in all, will come back here ONLY for the hummus and probably baklava.

I tried the Kafta Burger at Pita Jungle and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had--super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The hummus was fresh and delicious, and the fries were spot on--crispy outside, soft inside. Service was quick and very polite. No complaints at all, just an excellent experience all around.

I'm very reluctant these days with ordering food to be delivered. A lot has changed over the last 6 years or even longer with restaurants. I was very disappointed with this location after the driver delivered my food yesterday. Talk about laziness and what a sloppy rush they did. Not only was my salmon UNDERCOOKED , homemade pita chips were OILY, even the container had the oil inside, my Mediterranean ceviche did not look like the advertisement. I had the ceviche before so I know what to expect. There's another location I will try but, this one will not be on my list anymore.

How is the music / noise level in this location (Mesa / Southern and Dobson?) I want a quiet place to have lunch with my mom on Saturday, she has hearing issues and loud background noise is tough on her.

Hi Matthew, The noise level in our restaurant on Saturday for lunch is low. We have background music, but if your Mother has any issues with this, please ask for our manager Fabian and he would be more than happy to adjust the music. Thank you.

Actually that's a great profile picture so just look at that and you'll see the gyro plate. Anyway, to the point. This is one of the best Greek/Mediterranean restaurants I've eaten at. I'm not a Greek food aficionado but at least for the standard Greek restaurant fair to find an American Greek restaurant - delicious! Both times, unfortunately I couldn't order the kebabs because I didn't have time. They actually prepare them fresh and it takes about 25 minutes. I wanna come back and have those. Today, I had the gyro plate. Plenty of meat, delicious soft, fresh pita bread. Excellent hummus with a little olive oil in a pool in the center of it. The hummus is spread out in a , leaf or flour and there's plenty of it. Plenty of rice. And a delicious salad. They're dressing is so good. Not super sour/tangy. Great presentation too. The portions are more than enough. Really, two people could've eaten at my plate. The baklava is excellent. Service is good. Nice atmosphere. I love this place.

The kitchen brings out flavorful dishes, the staff keeps the experience welcoming and relaxed, and the space itself carries that lively late-night pocha atmosphere that makes people want to stay, talk, and enjoy the energy around them. What stood out most was how the food, service, and ambiance seem to paint the full experience together in the background -- it feels social, authentic, and full of character rather than overly staged. I occasionally assist with bookings for a K/J-electronica dance music artist who engages with Japanese, Korean, and broader Asian cultural communities through music and visual art. Seeing a venue with this kind of atmosphere immediately feels like a natural fit for creative nightlife energy. Opportunities for live music collaborations are always curated carefully, but if the venue ever explores special music nights in the future, the vibe here already feels like it could support something memorable. Great spot overall and happy it was recommended.

The service was acceptable, it's more of a push-to-order style where you request what you need, which can be convenient. Unfortunately, the food was the most disappointing part of the experience. We ordered three dishes, and none of them met expectations. The dumplings were slimy, and the dough seemed undercooked. The squid was extremely chewy, and the chicken was dry and lacked seasoning. Overall, several items tasted as though they may have been previously frozen. It's possible that this was simply an off experience, but based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

For pierogis, we got the 12 plate to share three different kinds: farmer's cheese & chives, potato & cheese & jalapeño, and potato & bacon & onions. I think my favorite was the chives one followed by the bacon one. The jalapeño one was pretty mild. I wish that they had told us how the flavors were arranged on the plate. The honey cake was really delicious and the layers looked amazing. Even as full as I was, I ate the whole slice. The restaurant is attached to their little market. Here are my ratings: Bean curd rolls 5/5--well prepared and a tasty garlic sauce on top Wonton soup 5/5--delicate and delicious broth with massive wontons Chicken egg rolls 5/5--generous amount of filling and nicely crispy Siu mai, har gow, and soup dumplings were all strangely bland in comparison. The excellent chili sauce helped, but I prefer my dumplings to have some seasoning on their own. Service was attentive, although the kitchen was a little slow. Don't go for the atmosphere--what do you expect from a strip mall restaurant? I wouldn't go out of my way to go back, but I also would try them again.

But if you do t try it once you're making a big mistake. These dogos are serious. We are talking Costco sized hot dogs wrapped in bacon, loaded up with everything. I got the Sonora, mayo, mustard, ketchup, white cheese, nacho cheese, beans, onion, tomato, avocado, jalapeño sauce. Every single bite was perfect. The bread was soft and seared just right on the outside. This is really the spot up in the cut. My only thing is I wish they had an all beef option. The beef and pork blend is good, don't get me wrong, but give me all beef and I might never leave. Just saying. My friend got the tacos and she was done for. Said they were great. They have a nice little salsa bar with a great selection where you serve yourself, which I appreciated. Service was fine but the food where it's at! First beer wasn't cold enough, second one was perfect. Honestly I almost don't want to tell anybody about this place. But here we are. Go find it before it gets too popular.

We found this place (on Yelp of course) and couldn't be more pleased with this choice. Caitlin, our server, was delightful, on point with the food and drink and just an amazing server. The place was packed, but the wait was pretty much non-existent. You cannot go wrong with any of the food. I got the chicken fried steak, red potatoes, over medium eggs and rye toast. She got the homemade sausage (to die for) with sourdough and we also got a side order of the pancakes. Everything was perfect. We will definitely make our way back when we are in the Mesa area!

So far, we've been able to try different places during each visit. I came across Wildberries while researching breakfast spots and saw that they had good reviews. We were there on a weekday for a late breakfast. The place is popular. While they were doing a brisk business, I can only imagine what it must be like on the weekends. Upon entering, we were immediately seated and greeted. It's clear from looking at their decor and menu (they also serve lunch) that it is a Greek-owned place. They have daily specials written on a portable sign board, and they take it from table to table so diners can see what's on special that day. Our only complaint was that service was very slow. Our server took our order after we looked at the signboard. I ordered a daily breakfast special that consisted of cinnamon French toast, 2 eggs (I chose over easy), and a choice of meat (I chose bacon). My husband ordered Eggs Benedict off the regular menu. It consisted of two poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce and hash browns. To drink, I had lemonade, and my husband had orange juice and coffee. Like all the other customers, we had a long wait for food. It had us wondering if the back of the house was short-staffed. When the food finally came out, we both enjoyed our meals. The cinnamon French toast was so good on its own that I forgot about the syrup that accompanied it. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed his Eggs Benedict. Wildberries is in a small strip shopping center, and parking is tight. If you are heading west on Baseline, you have to make a left at the light at S. Ext Street, then a left into the lot. On the way out, heading east, make a left out of the lot onto Baseline.
