You don't even have to tell them how to cook it. They cook it perfectly and the mashed potatoes are just absolutely a perfect parent with the spinach and the lemon wedge to top it off as I squeeze my second lemon on the second half of my family I ordered the black tropical tea. I believe it's called and they have organic sugar. I generally use raw sugar, but the organic white sugar is good. I can fit a test everything taste fresh a face farm to table actually have a excellent source of food wherever they're getting the food from with an excellent source because I can taste the fresh and everything just absolutely delicious and like that again, the best salmon I've had in quite some time and I eat a lot of salmon so yeah, I would definitely come here just for the salmon. I'm anxious to try the peters and the EOS. I might have some falafel. I was thinking about it, but I want to save room for dessert so we'll see what happens for so far. To start my friend and I waited near the host stand for a quite a while before being greeted, the restaurant was not very busy but they did appear to be understaffed on servers. The service was amazing! The food came out in less than 5 minutes. The girls in the front recommended something for me as I was unsure of what I wanted, and I ended up loving it. I had the chicken and hummus, with the cilantro hummus and it comes with two pitas. It was a very large serving size for hummus and chicken! The flavors in every part of the meal are outstanding. There are candles on the tables, it's clean, a beautiful layout, and a great eat-in restaurant. The prices aren't bad for the amount of food and the quality of food you're getting. I tried the Kafta Burger at Pita Jungle and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had--super flavorful and cooked perfectly. We come here all the time for the food. Great food! Made a mistake on my order, fixed it, gave me a free entree and they are just people like you and I. Give grace we live 5 mins from here, had another issue with my order, drove back and they hooked me up with more food. Their ac is out. I work in a warehouse. They're wide array of dishes, ranging from a simple hummus and grape leave appetizers (dolmades) to fully indulgent gyros and one of my all-time favorite Chicken Del Sol. I think it safe to say I have never been disappointed. To make matters BETTER the kids meals are similar to something I would serve at home and encompass a grain, protein, fruit and vegetable and all for $6.99. If you have a picky kid that does not like their food to touch this is the way to go as they serve the kids meals on divided trays. The past few nights I have not been in the mood to cook dinner, so I have been stopping by Pita Jungle and picking up food to go. I have tried a chicken shawarma pita, a chicken shawarma bowl, both of these were good. The pita had garlic sauce, tahini, grilled chicken, red onions, mixed greens, tomato, and pickle, and when you get in a bowl, it's the grilled chicken with turmeric brown rice, a cabbage-kale super greens, garlic and sumac and a pickle, both equally delish! I have also ordered the caramelized cauliflower with tahini it has caramelized onions, toasted pine nuts cauliflower in a garlic-cilantro tahini sauce, so dang good!! Also picked up some chocolate dipped baklava, perfect treat for the sweet tooth! Pita Jungle has been a great goto the past few nights, I am sure I will be back! read more

I ended up here over the weekend after a failed attempt to get into the Oregano's down the street. An hour plus wait to get an Oregano's pizza wasn't doable for me, so I needed to find another place to eat. Luckily, this Pita Jungle was only a couple blocks away. I don't dine out very often, but when I do I try to stick to places that I know will be good. Pita Jungle is generally one of those places, and this location was no exception. Arriving at the restaurant, I noticed right away that the building itself was older, and a bit run down. No matter - I came here to eat, not to evaluate the architecture. Regardless, this location could use a little tlc, as it isn't as "spiffy" as other Pita Jungle locations I've been to. Jocelyn was our server, and she was fantastic. Our drink and food orders were taken very quickly, and everything came to the table in short order. A kids meal was ordered, and it actually came to the table a few minutes before the adult meals - a little strange, but not a big deal. The glazed-chicken lavash pizza was good, but it was a bit lukewarm in the center, and it had some un-melted cheese on it. The falafel pita was very good, and was nice and hot. Pita Jungle is a casual Mediterranean-inspired place. I appreciate the health options they have. I got the curry chicken salad to go, and it was very good! It's full of spices and the curry flavor is not too strong, not too light. The best part was the grapes, nice touch. It comes with a dressing, but I didn't even use it, because it was delicious on its own. You can also substitute the rice for cauliflower rice, which I totally did and loved.
