Their delicious Farmer's Market sandwich and a fountain soda. This sandwich was fantastically made, full of flavor, and brought me back to my Scott's Valley days! I confess to doing a bit of a happy dance with every delicious bite. Erik's has ample seating inside and outside. An added plus, Carly and her crew keep this place super clean! It's located conveniently across the street from Target and there are plenty of parking spaces too. Fountain drinks are to the right of this space as well and I can see it getting a bit chaotic at rush hours. There are seats outside and inside to your liking depending on weather. Staff is hit or miss on my visit here. Gentlemen today was friendly. I had a female help in the evenings and there isn't a greeting of any sort just take your order and pick up.

Assistant manager was incredibly non-apologetic and my husband was livid.
