Mouth-watering, beefy perfection! My second time here I had the same sandwich plus a bite of my hubby's Classic Italian and immediately fell in love with that too. The vinegar, oil, and oregano added to the salami, capicola, and proscuittini (firmer and juicier than prosciutto) made it beat other Italians. Their sandwiches are incredibly savory and filling. A medium can feed two. A large 18 inch can feed 3-4. I downloaded their app for deals and feels like Christmas when I see what's available. So far I earned a free small sub for signing up for texts. Their outdoor patio is nice and the manager/ owner is great. Feels welcoming and bright inside. My husband returned an extra twenty dollar bill that was stuck to his change. In return the manager let us pick a free dessert. We also saw him at the Rancho Cordova location and he told us he owns both. We'll help keep him in business! read more

A chain of sandwich shops competing with Subway, Jersey Mikes, Jimmy John's , Quiznos etc. Given this one was within a mile from my daughter's house, so we walked there and back. Upon entering, we were greeted and told how to decipher the menu. I ordered a medium sized grilled Italian and my wife got a small steak and cheese. Before a couple of days ago, I never even knew this shopping center existed. When I'm in Folsom, I'm not normally on this side of the freeway. The place is clean. Everybody was friendly. They have a very large selection of sandwiches, , soups, salads, and sides. I would love to try either the Wagyu or the capistrami loaded fries. Today, I just decided to go for a sandwich. I went for the American Wagyu roast beef. The sandwich was amazing! The Wagyu was so rich and tender, and all of the veggies were very good. I asked for light mayo, and it was just the right amount. The bread was also just the right texture. Not too soft, and not too hard. I was only gonna eat half and take the other half home, but it was so good, I ended up polishing off the whole thing. I left stuffed, and satisfied. Prices are reasonable. This sandwich was on the higher end pricewise because of the Wagyu, but for the quality of the sandwich, it was definitely worth it. We found a really good sandwich place. This was the only thing that was good yesterday since both the Bills and 49ers lost. We had passed by this place several times while visiting Folsom. The staff were friendly and the place is clean. Plenty of tables along with seating both inside and outside depending on weather. My wife and daughter ordered the 4" sandwich and Salad Combo. Very nice size salad and you choose your sandwich. The price is also good for this combo. My wife had the Italian Sandwich and said it had good flavor & plenty of meat. I ordered a medium Bobbie Sandwich. The Bobbie is a Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and stuffing on the sandwich. Very good and the Turkey is shredded verse sliced which added a nice texture to the sandwich. The medium size is a good sized sandwich. I am a big fan of the Capriotti's (franchise) Sandwich shop in Granite Bay. So stoked that another one opened up shop in Folsom, on East Bidwell Street. It's in the new subdivisions right off Highway 50, south on East Bidwell. Yup, the shop and the little shopping plaza is brand new. I don't need to travel to Granite Bay anymore to get my Capriotti sandwich fix. Since they opened, I've been there a bunch of times. The wait times have gradually improved as expected for a brand new crew/operations. My first visit was the week that they first opened. I got a cheesesteak. The next time, I got a Bobbie sandwich which is my favorite Capriotti sandwich. It's Thanksgiving in a sandwich! Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a side of gravy to dunk the sandwich. Delicious! They use fresh roasted turkey not packaged deli meat. The sandwiches come in various sizes and price points. On my next visit, I bought an Italian sandwich. No complaints there. My husband and I visited Capriotti's today for the first time. We had an outstanding experience. Scott enthusiastically greeted us at the register and helped us with our orders. I am vegetarian, and they had a great plant-based turkey sandwich option that was just terrific. My husband also really enjoyed his (actual) turkey sandwich loaded up with a spicy pepper relish that he loved. Scott's brother Mark was also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and inviting. They seem to have a lot of loyal/repeat customers coming from nearby businesses on their lunch hour, and I noticed that many of them were greeted by name. New sandwich spot! This is my second visit. Original visited for their pastrami sandwich. Still not the pastrami sandwich I can get on most any corner in Los Angeles but it was a cut above many pastrami sandwiches served in the Sacramento area. I just finished my second sandwich from this sandwich shop and it does not inspire me to return any time soon. I ordered the Wagu beef and Provolone cheese sandwich. Lettuce, tomato, and onion were also included with a smidge of mayo. The ratio of bread to meat was not very good. I asked for more mayo because the amount of bread to meat made the sandwich very dry. Because of the fattiness of the Waygu and the cheese, I think the sandwich might have benefitted from some kind of acid - a pickle or a pickled pepper to cut through some of the fat. I was very disappointed in the sandwich. I usually get my sub-type sandwiches from Jersey Mike's in Rancho where I live. To get a sandwich from here requires traveling a longer distance and at this point, I don't think it is worth it for me to do so. Since all tastes are subjective, I can only speak to MY taste. Obviously, many people enjoy these sandwiches since they have many locations and have been around for a while. Please, don't use my word as reason to stay away. Try them for yourselves. They may be just the sandwich you're looking for. The staff is friendly and the store itself is bright, light, and clean. However, the staff is very young and the way they were talking in the store wasn't as if customers were inside. I wanna cry talking about this place lol. It's just so damn good! I first had one of their subs years ago at the Roseville location. My wife and I fell in love with all of the subs! Money isn't an object at Capriotti's. The service is always quick and effortless. I've never had a messed up order, the employees have all been friendly, and did I say the food was amazing yet . I don't know the history of this sandwich shop, but they are apart of mine now. The location in Folsom is really nice. They still got that "new car smell" if you know what I mean by that! I don't mind the light hike from Rancho to Folsom knowing that I'm gonna eat at my favorite sandwich spot hands down. Also... thanks for the app! Love earning free stuff! I'll be back for sure. I read the internet news this place was opening today so I made sure to check it out. The place is brand new and located in the new Folsom development south of US 50. This appears to be a national franchise with multiple new locations opening up in Sacramento. The place is modern and cozy. The front staff was very friendly and helpful with the new menu. Per the recommendation I ordered the warm Bobbie and Philly Cheesesteak but asked to have the chipotle sauce. I really enjoyed my cheesesteak especially with the chipotle sauce. The Bobbie was a very unique sandwich with warm turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce which I really started to like after a few bites. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the other sandwiches. The Brookie (half brownie and half cookie was amazing and yummy . Definitely recommend! read more

Can't lie, everyone here was really nice the moment I walked in the door. I know they are new, and practically the only thing open in a brand new shopping center, but the owner has his team dialed in. It was clean, bathroom was decent, and the food was almost exactly what I expected. The one downside is that I really hate those metal chairs for the dining room. A lot of places have them, but for larger customers the backrest can dig into your hips and waist making it very uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a great place and I'm happy to not have to travel out to Roseville or Reno to get a sandwich. :) read more
