Parking wasn't too bad as there is a lot right in front; however, due to construction in the parking lot, I can see how it might get busy during peak hours. Gentleman at the cashier was enthusiastic, kind, and friendly! He was knowledgeable about the menu and patient with me going through all my options. Food came out fast and fresh and tasted delicious! It's a little on the pricier side for my husband and I but they have coupons in the mail and on the app :) Good experience overall!

Food, service and ambiance were fantastic! They even have outdoor patio seating which was really nice--day was gorgeous. First time eating at Capriotti's and we were thoroughly impressed. Sandwiches are loaded with meat and veggies and just really tasty! We ordered (2) 10in Wagyu cheesesteaks and (2) 10in chipotle chicken crunch sandwiches drinks and chips. Sandwiches costs a bit more than your typical SubWay or Jersey Mike's franchise but they taste so much better and worth every penny We will definitely be back!

Great variety of standard sandwiches with their own unique twist. This is clearly a new location as everything out here is new and most of the homes aren't even completed yet. The service staff was considerate and we could tell they were making sure they got all the orders, right. A few of us had the Cappastrami. We got it was sauerkraut and the dressing. Plenty of meat very flavorful. The 8 inch was plenty of sandwich. A few others got the cheesesteak with sweet peppers and onions. Again, lots of meat and this had lots of cheese melted in.. finally ordered some fries. They kind of like thin wedge fries. Some of the most flavorful fries we've had in a long time. The sandwiches were about $12 which nowadays is very reasonable, especially considering the amount of meat and the quality of the sandwich here

We were a little hesitant to try this place because the reviews were mixed. But we were really wanting a sandwich and we just bit the bullet and drove during lunch hour to try it. We didn't regret it because the sandwiches were actually tasty and pretty much gave you a good amount for what you pay for. The service was a little slow, I think the team members were just a little overwhelmed since/lunch hour was starting to pick up so I waited for about almost 10 minutes for an online order. Overall my wife and I would come here again and try the other sandwiches. I ordered a Bobby and it was really Delicious! Give us a chance! The place was very clean and has a nice outdoor seating, lots of people inside ready to order!

Visited Caps for the first time yesterday and was very pleased! Great Folsom location on Bidwell south of US 50. Ample indoor seating and spacious outdoor patio. Pretty packed on a Sunday at noon. We were warmly greeted by Will, the personable owner, who also took our order. Very accommodating and quick ordering process. I downloaded their app prior to arriving and received $2 off my first order. I also earned enough points for $5 off my next large sub. Our order was quickly prepared and my name was called to pick up at the counter. Very well presented. We each ordered small (they were big) Classic Cheesesteak subs with sweet peppers (I added Mayo) as well as a small (large) Bobbie. The bread was fresh, soft and perfect. Lots of meat and cheesiness with great thinly sliced mushrooms, onion and just the right amount of dice sweet peppers. We ordered the Bobbie after reading all the positive Yelper reviews. It did not disappoint! The space is spic and span, super nice and clean restroom and an overall attractive space. We will definitely be back and Thanks Will - see ya soon! BTW, we found this restaurant with a Yelp search for Best Cheesesteak in our vicinity and made our choice based on the reviews, especially those from Elites!

I am a big fan of the Capriotti's (franchise) Sandwich shop in Granite Bay. So stoked that another one opened up shop in Folsom, on East Bidwell Street. It's in the new subdivisions right off Highway 50, south on East Bidwell. Yup, the shop and the little shopping plaza is brand new. I don't need to travel to Granite Bay anymore to get my Capriotti sandwich fix. Since they opened, I've been there a bunch of times. The wait times have gradually improved as expected for a brand new crew/operations. My first visit was the week that they first opened. I got a cheesesteak. The next time, I got a Bobbie sandwich which is my favorite Capriotti sandwich. It's Thanksgiving in a sandwich! Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a side of gravy to dunk the sandwich. Delicious! They use fresh roasted turkey not packaged deli meat. The sandwiches come in various sizes and price points. On my next visit, I bought an Italian sandwich. No complaints there. Fresh fixings, quality deli meat. Mmm. The shop has indoor seating and an outdoor patio area. Dogs are allowed on the patio.

Great sandwich shop. I got the 9.99 duo, which came with a small sandwich and soup. I got the pastrami sandwich and tomato bisque soup. Both fantastic. Honestly I could see you getting that as a more cost effective kids meal if you split between 2 kids. I started eating before I got a photo and then remembered woahhhh Joce hold your horses and get a pic. The staff are pretty chill too.

If you like good sandwiches that are made well and taste delicious...then race over to Capriotti's Sandwich for lunch or dinner for satisfaction! Not only does Capriotti's make delicious sandwiches, they also offer salads, vegan options, and fries! Today the hubster and I popped in for our maiden tasting for lunch. I tried The Hot Bobbie, think of the classic Thanksgiving sandwich. I didn't even know until later that The Bobbie has been voted The Greatest Sandwich in America... for a reason! First bite my eyes actually rolled back into my head from this yumminess! The hubster tried the Classic Cheesesteak. Of course I had to try it and...it transported me to Philly! So so SO mouthwatering good! Sadly we didn't try the fries, so we will have to return. The place is industrial on the inside with plenty of seating either inside or outside. The staff is terrific and helped us with recommendations. It's located in a new strip mall and even though construction is ongoing, there is plenty of parking and very little noise. Treat yourself, friends, and family to an extraordinary Sammy!

If only they did a french fry test among all fast food restaurants and included Capriotti's steak fries! Hands-down, the french fries perfectly crispy on the outside right amount of potato goodness on the inside seasoned lightly with salt and pepper. oh so delicious and satisfying when craving a scrumptious snack. The fresh and healthy sandwich with these fries makes it a perfect combination for a healthy hearty meal. It's also a very local family owned business great service type of feel!

Drenched in mayo. Very sloppy sandwich soggy bread with all the mayo.

Portions were generous and pricing was decent. The Pad Thai looked great visually, but the noodles were overcooked and broken into smaller pieces, and it was missing peanuts. The flavor was very bland--I kept adding fish sauce to try to bring it to life. The sour seafood soup was good but also needed fish sauce. The Thai fried rice was begging for soy sauce or fish sauce as well. Something just felt off tonight. The Laos-style papaya salad wasn't pungent or spicy at all. I ordered medium spicy, but it came out mild. I had to add quite a bit of fish sauce and chilies to suit my taste. Overall, the service was good, but the food lacked flavor for me.

We ordered the boat noodle, which was super flavorful and really unique. We've never had anything like it before, so it definitely stood out. But the star of the show for me was their Pad Thai. I genuinely think it's the best Pad Thai I've had in Sacramento. I've been searching for a good one that isn't overly sweet, and this place absolutely nailed it. This is officially my go-to spot for Pad Thai from now on. The service during our first visit was good, and the ambience is really nice ,cozy, warm, and inviting. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because of our second visit. We arrived about an hour before their posted closing time, but as soon as we pulled up, the staff inside hurriedly switched the sign to "closed." It caught us off guard because it was still early, and we were really looking forward to eating there again. Not sure what happened that night, and maybe there was a reason, but it did feel a little disappointing. Still, based on the food and our first experience, we're hoping to return and try again, especially for that Pad Thai!

The staff was able to seat us right away, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing after we were seated. We had to ask for menus, and it took quite a while for someone to take our order. In fact, the bartender ended up taking our order because no server had come by. At about 7:00 they came to take our plates off our table that were staged when we sat. I mentioned we haven't received our chicken appetizer and she said "oh yah sorry it's coming" but still walked off with the appetizer plates to put the chicken on. Our food didn't arrive until about 7:10 p.m., and one of the meals was completely incorrect. On top of that, our food came out at different times instead of being served together. The portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price point. I ordered the Mahi tacos, which had only a small amount of fish and slaw, although each taco did include a generous amount of avocado. My husband's Hawaiian BBQ which he added Kalbi beef was also a very small portion and didn't feel worth the $36 price tag. We were so hungry that we didn't even get to take photos. The hostess was very enthusiastic about clearing our table and was attentive in that regard. Lily, our server, was kind and pleasant, and honestly, I felt sorry for her because she appeared to be the only waitress working. We had to ask for our check at the end of the meal, but Lily did comp our chicken wings because of the service issues, which was appreciated. Overall, the prompt seating was a good start, but the slow service, incorrect order, staggered food delivery, and small portions relative to the prices made for a disappointing dining experience. While Lily did her best, it seemed like the restaurant may have been understaffed.

"Sounds good," I heard so across the parking lot was WCSD. In we go. Ordered two 6" BLT, no chips, cookies, or drinks, had water. Over $25.00. After waiting a fair amount of time, the order was ready (there was nobody in the place except three employees.) I brought the pie tins that they serve on to our table. They looked a little flat....odd. After I was seated, I lifted the top off of the sandwich, and where is the tomato? The sandwich was cut in half, so I looked at the other side, it looked the same. Upon further inspection there was ONE 2" diameter slice of tomato on each half of sandwich, approximately 1/8" thick. No kidding. The bacon was some very flat pre made stuff that was resembling aluminum foil in thickness. The lettuce was shreadded into long stripe and was wilty. I went back into the empty store and showed the sandwich maker my open sandwich and asked where the tomato was. She graciously stuck her lingers and thumb into my open sandwich, lifted the bacon and lettuce and proudly said "There it is!" (She did have gloves on. God only knows what she had handled with them on) A supervisor came up and asked what the problem was. I explained that there were no tomatoes on my sandwich. He explained that was how they make them. He offered additional tomato slices, I did not take them. The point is-That was the standard that they serve. It was just ridiculous. Not coming back.
