They accommodated our group of 17 people on really short notice. I saw them making everything fresh. The dough has this great crispyness and they load the pizza with toppings! An exceptional Greek pizza place! The place is very cozy and looks like family owned! Me and my wife went to the sanctuary and zoo nearby. We came here after I read some of the reviews. And it is really good pizza place. We ordered white garlic chicken pizza and Greek fries. The pizza takes around 20 minutes. But it came very hot and cheesy. The pizza base is soft and fell apart on your palm. This is one of the best Greek pizza place I have ever tried (hands down). The loaded fries comes with well seasoned fries, fetta and sauce. Really loaded! Overall a must visit if you are in the area. This is my first time in Folsom, love the zoo and the food. Next time I will try their kabob! Please come here and try! I came here on a Tuesday just before noon and was the first of a few other customers. The place is simple and clean with a small but adequate dining area. I met the owner and cook Robbie who was very friendly and told me he was from Iraq. He took my order and prepared my lunch in a few minutes. I got the ground beef and lamb kabob plate. Food is amazing. Portions are great. Service gets the job done, don't expect anything fancy. Our first visit started off a bit rocky. I think a large catering order was going out and there was some miscommunication between the staff/owner and the customer. So we caught the tail end of that. As we were headed out for errands after our meal, we decided to eat here. There are only a few tables and a water dispenser or you can choose to purchase bottled drinks. We opted for the meals/plates rather than pizza although the pizza looked really good. I liked the chicken and spicy hummus the most. There was a good amount of seasoned rice and pita to accompany it. The salad was good but the dressing was bottled. Overall, the food here is solid but I might feel more comfortable getting takeout in the future. read more

We stopped in here on recommendation from a friend. It's a small place with few tables inside and outside. There was one guy working which I'll assume was the owner. Our food was made to order and came out pretty quick. We loved our lunch selections and glad we gave this cool spot a try. My wrap was packed with chicken, and loved the pop of tomatoes with each bite. The chicken kabobs were huge and super moist and tasty!! their spicy hummus is to die for. i'm not usually a fan of falafel because it tends to be dry, but not here. their food is consistently great. we usually get falafel, fries, and lamb/beef sandwiches with a side of spicy hummus. one day, we'll try their pizza, but it's hard to deviate from the other items on their menu! sometimes, if it's busy, service is quite slow, but we've gone there about 5 times despite living a good 30 min away, so it's obviously well worth the wait. read more

I spent 10 days in the Middle East last year and this food is as good or better than anything I had on my trip. I'm really not exaggerating. I originally searched for "Mediterranean food" because I was in the area and was craving and gyro. However, after walking in and seeing it was a family-run, hole-in-the-wall type place, I decided to lean into the owner's recommendations. She recommended the combo plate with lamb and chicken, and I ended up getting it with the spicy hummus and a side of falafel. 10/10 Don't be intimidated by "spicy." The hummus had just enough kick to make it exciting, but not enough to overwhelm the flavor of the meat you're dipping in it. The rice was spiced well, too. The lamb was everything I wanted to taste in my gyro, and the chicken was juicy and well-marinated. I'm not a huge falafel fan, but that was mostly because I'd never had falafel this good.
