This sandwich shop is open currently Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm only. (Little Beast opens at 4 pm). We got a Parrish Sandwich (a pastrami Reuben) and an Artemis Chicken Sandwich. Each sandwich comes with a choice of chips or fries. We grabbed a table outside and were served glasses of water. After we ordered, the food arrived in take-out bags a few minutes later. We each also were offered a plate as we were eating the meal onsite. The sandwiches were very good. Very large and filling. The chicken breast was moist and the Reuben was legit. The fries were crunchy and tasty, although a bit too salty for me. We spoke with one of the owners, who said the plan is to be at this location for several months and then perhaps move to a permanent location. Definitely delicious sandwiches and worth a try.

For what it's worth, the little old lady in front of me almost had a panic attack when they rang her up. I would've bought her groceries for her, but I suddenly realized that me buying a couple pounds of chuck roast and 10 marrow BONES to make stock with would already have me above $100.
