I called them this one time when I could not make it to an appointment, and they said it was all good and they would be more than happy to reschedule me, but they failed to remind me that there would be a fine. They sent me a "no-show" fine for $150 for 3 missed appointments. A heads up would've been nice. They never make reminder calls or confirmation calls at all, or even give out hard copies of appointment schedule because it is against their policy. When I try to contest the no-show fee, the rude manager pointed out that it was my fault and it is not difficult to remember two days out of a week for therapy. I don't think anyone can remember the forever revolving appointment time and days that keep changing every week without a hard copy or a reminder.

I have been coming here for years and they have always made sure I was back in standing form when I left. I came back after not having care for about 5-6 months, I had SI joint pain so bad that I walked bent over. I came in three times the first week of treatment, and then twice a week after for 4 weeks. Dr. Gigi (recently left and is missed) explained what was happening and how the treatment plan I was on would help. By week 2 I was walking again with no pain and could see a big improvement in lower limb pains. I also love the staff. Everyone works together to make sure patients are taken care of and you don't have a long wait. The response to appointments is very fast and the times are good for the M-F group. They charged us almost 300 dollars per visit for about 10 minutes worth of service. Between my husband and myself they made over 10,000 off of us. Our settlement amount was 32,500 dollars. By the time the lawyer and Norview Chiropractor finished with their payments. My husband and I together didn't receive 10,000 out of the 32,500 between the 2 of us. So take my advice. Go to another chiropractor or if you use them don't allow them to schedule all those appointments for you. And make sure you ask how much ea session is costing. I'm going to get a lawyer to look into what they charged us. I checked with some other Chiropractors and they said we should have never been charged that much due to us not having serious injuries. I was attracted to this company due to their selection of options and their first time special offer. I started taking vitamin gummies but felt like they weren't doing anything. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with two employees and were helpful with answering my questions. Then another woman joined in and helped me out even more. I decided to go with the Soother drip with added vitamin C and B12 (which was a Christmas freebie) per their recommendation. I wanted the Soother to help with stress and anxiety, the B12 for energy (I usually feel low in the winter) and Vitamin C (I needed to boost my immunity because I'm needed at work and it would be detrimental if I got sick). And plus I needed the extra hydration because I've been feeling really dehydrated. I'm constantly drinking water and it always feels like it's never enough. Okay so Then I went to the back and then they offered me a red light therapy session. I've never tried a full body one before so of course I accepted it. So I went into the room and got undressed and used the spa wrap they provided me. They hooked up the IV and set up the machine for me. The great thing is you can do your IV drip while you do the red light therapy. The combination of the heat from the lights and the drip was amazing. I could literally feel my body relax more and more into the bed. I felt so relaxed and less stressed. The red light therapy took 20 minutes and the drip took about 30 minutes. I accidentally popped the needle out (I had my arms bent and that's a big no no lol) so it took some time to put it back in and finish my drip. I left the place feeling amazing. Throughout the day I felt so relaxed. I felt less anxious and worried. Now it's been 24 hours, my body still needs more hydration and my anxiety is still the same. I know it wasn't going to cure it and it does make me feel good overall. I would definitely try it again and see if consistency improves my overall health. If it does, I'd do one of their packages as it makes the drips cheaper for each visit. I want to thank the ladies again for all the help. You are then taken back to have your blood pressure and O2 checked. After that you are taken to the back room with four pods that will massage you while you are receiving the drip. I love that the lights are dim, the music is soft , they provide you with a soft fluffy blanket to keep you comfortable. They have new owners and have added oxygen while you are receiving your treatment. Sooooo relaxing. Normally I get the Revitalizer but after speaking with Lauren decided on the Glow.
