When my Google Pixel 2 completely shut down on a Sunday night, so I looked for a repair place on Yelp the next morning and found this business. I received a very quick reply and took my phone in right away. José found that my battery was expanding (!) and obviously needed to be replaced. Fortunately the battery expansion hadn't affected the screen. Ari ordered a replacement battery and they were able to fix my phone the next day. Weirdly, a couple of weeks later, I also had a screen issue: my very own light saber running from top to bottom. It didn't disable the phone, but I decided to get it fixed anyway. Cell Phone Factory Repair were able to order a new screen and replace mine the next day. It's an old phone, so I'm grateful I can put off upgrading for a while longer. I very much appreciate the good communication from Cell Phone Factory Repair: they let me know what was happening, when they expected parts to be delivered and when the repair would be done, all with no pressure or upselling. These guys are awesome! My phone was in very bad shape I was pretty confident that I broke it beyond fixing plus with the Damage the previous person who tried to fix the screen caused. They were able to fix it but then my finger print sensor on my home button still wouldnt work because I had tore it in the break- luckily they gave me the option of just trading the broken phone in and getting a brand new one for only like $300 or something. Which is so much cheaper than going to the Apple Store! I have a iphone 7splus - Needless to say I was thrilled I didn't have to drop a grand at the apple store. And to top it off I was running late pass their closing time and they waited for me to come pick it up. - oh & fixed my bfs phone on another occasion very quick and efficiently. They stole my Iphones and my 10yr. old sons Ipad every single time I called to ask if the Ipad was ready I would get a different story every time someone else was suppose to order it or it was never ordered we will call you when ready never received a call back. Second time to be here and all I can say is that this place is outstanding. My screen got broken this morning so I decide to call around and check for prices not gonna lie. Check on their reviews also and seems to be honest and popular in the area decide to give them a try. The second that I walked in I could feel like they knew what they were saying and the best is the prices. Could have wait in the waiting for my phone but I decide to go explore around what's good. They have a wallgreens next door they have a plaza a couple blocks away also so I have plenty of options. Came back and my phone was brand new decide to get a screen protector and a case of course so this doesn't happen to me again. So I got referred to the cellphone factory & repair the other day . I walked in yesterday with my iPhone 6 Plus , Sean helped me out , he was a super friendly young gentleman who knew what was wrong with my phone the minute he took a look at it . I had a motherboard issue and thought it wasn't fixable at all as 2 other iPhone repair shops told me so . Surprisingly he told me he can get it done within 1 hour !!! Very affordable price and I really appreciate his customer service . Hands down he kept me 100% satisfied throughout the whole entire time . The Cell phone factory is the best iPhone repair shop I've been to. The staff warmly welcomed me and assisted me as soon as I walked in. My iPhone 6 was severely shattered and I was worried that it was even fixable but they assured me that it would easily be repaired. My phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes as I was told and I received a free screen protector as well. The price was very reasonable and the cheapest by far. Im terrible with the handling of my iphone. Unfortunately, I dont have apple care. Luckily, I have these guys at CPFR . $35 later and my screen and charging port are restored to their original state.
