my phone charging port wasn't working, and turns out it was physically damaged. I took it in and Ari was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgable. He managed to get my (very finnicky) Galaxy Note charging wirelessly and ordered the part to repair it. He also loaned me a wireless charger to keep my phone working until the part came. I decided to just replace the phone (good credit with Verizon) and they were extremely gracious about cancelling the part order, no questions asked.
