I love this location I think it is better than the other location but sometimes the employees here suck. They either forget about you or forget about the items you requested. The seasoning on the fries is amazing I love it so much but the employees favor the bigger parties and when I ask for a fork they forget about it! How can I eat my chicken tots without a fork. BEWARE!! I'm really disappointed with my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. After eating there, I ended up getting very sick with what felt like food poisoning and had to miss work because of severe stomach issues. I called to let management know about the situation, hoping they would at least show some concern for my health or try to make things right. Instead, I was basically told that they "cook food at the correct temperature" and that they would just write my complaint down in their notes. There was no apology, no effort to help, no refund, and no concern about the fact that I became sick after eating there. I understand mistakes can happen, but customer service and care matter when someone reports getting ill from your restaurant. My boyfriend and I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings location on Gosford Rd in Bakersfield this past Sunday and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. We ordered wings, and shortly after eating, both of us became sick with symptoms including DIARRHEA AND NIGHT SWEATS. I am also currently 8 months pregnant, which made this situation especially alarming and stressful for me since listeria is a huge issue! We returned to the restaurant to report what happened. The manager on duty, ALEX took down my information, but the situation did not feel like it was handled with much urgency or concern. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I came back to Buffalo Wild Wings to give them another chance. I'm so disappointed in how I was treated that we left before getting seated. We won't in for a quick lunch and to watch the Dodger game. We noticed that all the TV's were playing football. Many of them were duplicates of the same game. Our server greeted us and I asked if we could switch one of the TV's to the Dodger game. This has been one of the chain restaurants we have had in rotation for years! Lemon Pepper, Hot Buffalo, and Asian Zing flavored wings are my husband and I's personal favorite flavors! The only thing I wish would come back is the carrots and celery to accompany the wings. The current deal of bottomless appetizers for $12+ was awesome! Yes, it does take a bit to get orders in. But as you look around the restaurant, you have to give some grace to the folks taking your order and turning those orders out. I saw people come in, 5-7 top parties at a time. The ambiance was definitely loud and place just seems super compact. At any rate, when drinks came out, they were made very well. So I ordered another round. When the food came, I admired how the bone-in wings were fired to a nice crisp, but were glossy covered with just enough sauce. So I ordered additional for to go. BWW proved to be a nice time and proved to be a satisfying choice. Will consider BWW again next time for happy hour. read more

At this BWW location, I did not have their wings. I chose to try their All-American Cheeseburger and Fries. The burger was nothing great or bad. It tasted just fine. Overall experience was 4 stars. My boyfriend and I were in the mood for buffalo. We've gone to this one several times and it's a hit or miss with the food. He and I always order the same thing when we go. When we arrived we asked for a booth and the waitress attempted to sit us at a both with chairs when other booths were available. We asked if we can sit at one of the available, clean booths and she told us it would be about a 15 minute wait. Clearly she just didn't want us sitting there, but we patiently waited. Another hostess came and and seated us on a booth. We placed our order (we're very particular when we don't want things on our food due to texture or taste). I had asked for nachos without crema, cilantro, or pico. My boyfriend ordered a burger without pickles. My nachos had cilantro so I kindly let her aware and my boyfriend had noticed his burger had pickles. When they returned our food, my boyfriend noticed the smell of pickles (he absolutely HATES the taste of pickles); they just literally removed the pickles which still had the taste and the burger was cold. At this point, we were hungry and still waiting on our drinks so we spoke with a manager since the service was horrible (or waitress didn't even go to check on us). When we spoke to the manager, he asked my boyfriend if he wanted to order something else so he just ordered a chick sandwich. We didn't receive an apology, discount, or anything. Recently during the CORONAVIRUS era I didn't know what to expect this time we came with a party of 12. Here we go they treated us like it was a party of four, all the drinks were filled. The food, came out in a timely manner it was hot and tasty plenty of sauce on my wings and what more can you ask when the restaurant was crowded. The servers were all nice and courteous, as well. When I was done, I went to the bar to watch ESPN and a couple of replayed games on in the NFL network, my bartenders are nice and offered mini options because they were pretty knowledgeable about what they had behind the counter. We waited about 30 minutes and asked for onion rings while waiting. After another 15 minutes the food came out, but my son's order was wrong. When it was corrected, the wings came without fries, which took another few minutes. The onion rings never came at all until we asked again.
